  • I have a few items from slip – the scrunchies (thin and thick), the pillowcases, and the eye mask. I really like the scrunchies because they don't pull at my hair when I take them out, and they look cute when I wear them on my wrist. I really love the eye mask because it leaves room for long eyelashes, and doesn't press directly on my face when I sleep. The only complaint that I have is that it is kind of hard to clean. It has already been stained due to remnant mascara.

  • I've had cheap satin scrunchies before that don't last long. The slip silk scrunchy is well sewn and there are no loose threads after months of usage. Expensive but you do get a well made product. I bought it on special at TJ MAXX.

  • The quality feels great, and they last longer than most drugstore hair ties I’ve tried. My only small note is that they can stretch a bit over time, but I’ve found they still hold really well. Overall, these are the first hair ties I’ve used that balance comfort, strength, and hair health. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a snag-free option.

  • I’ve been sleeping on silk pillowcases for obvious reasons for many years. I was excited to try Slip as one of the most luxurious ones. Unfortunately the silk tore apart after only a few months. At first it got holes at the logo embroidery and a bit later the seams ripped open although I washed them correctly. The sleep mask feels lovely on the skin but does not really block the light and slips away easily at night. Their Scrunchies are a bit too loose and don’t hold my hair. They tore apart quite soon. I wish all products were of higher quality. They’re not particularly better than other made in China silk products.

  • Wearing one as I’m writing this, I love the hair ties! I have fine hair that I usually just throw in a messy bun. These scrunchies do not hurt or crease or break my hair. They’re worth it just look for a discount code or purchase on sale only. There’s no need to pay full price.

  • I’ve bought the pillowcases and hair ties over the years from Nordstrom and Sephora. I sleep on the silk pillowcase every single night however I much prefer them in the winter rather than the summer. The silk holds on to body heat more than cotton so it’s difficult to sleep if the fan or A/C isn’t on. Also, you have to make sure your moisturizers are completely soaked into your skin or you can feel them on the pillowcases. If I blow dry my hair at night, I noticed that I wake up with much smoother hair. If I sleep without blow drying my hair i wake up with really pretty waves with less frizz and no tangles. I also don’t get those lines on my face like you get from cotton pillowcases. I also bought the special laundry detergent and only wash the silk pillowcases separately in a gentle cold cycle and hang dry. I’m happy I don’t have to hand wash these. Lastly, do not sleep with make up on because it’ll be difficult to take it off the pillowcases.

I think these are great products and worth it to get it on sale. All the retailers including slip always have sales of 20% off, it’s worth it to give it a shot. They also sell them at Nordstrom rack.

  • I have used their thin silk scrunchies for a few years but always found them stretching out and becoming ineffective. Since it is silk I have not gotten rid of them and don’t know what to do with my collection. I wish the company had a recycle rewards program where you can send them back for free and get credit in some way.

  • I have a black pillowcase and it is very soft. It is comfortable and durable which makes it worth the money. I’ve had it for a few years now

  • I was surprised to see the review average here, but I guess maybe not at the same time given the price point. Slip does truly offer all things luxury, but part of me does wonder whether its worth the pricing its set in the marketplace. I wish they'd offer more sales to reach everyday consumers as I'd be a top buyer and gifter - particularly of the pillowcases. All of that being said, the quality is there.

  • Love my Slip silk pillowcase. Nothing feels better. I love the benefits of silk pillowcases - and the luxurious feel.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have two pillowcases (NAVY), an eye mask, hair ties and a (mouth) mask. To be honest, the mask to go over my mouth was ridiculous. Zero out of 10 would recommend. I got it because I figured it might be better for my skin but it’s impossible to breathe in. I think my head might be a smidge too big for the eye mask, but that’s ok, I still use it on long flights! I love the hair ties. But the hero product is the pillow case. As a Black woman, I went with the navy because I didn’t want my products to stain my pillow case in my sleep. And I love it! I hand wash it and let it air dry, so I grabbed a second one. Bye bye bonnets, scarves and hair damage in my sleep!

  • Slip silk pillowcases have totally transformed my sleep and skin!! I switched to these a few years ago hoping to help my skin. They’re so luxurious and soft, and I wake up with fewer creases and smoother hair. Definitely worth the investment, the pure silk is 100000x better than fake silk/"satin". Don't confuse the two ! :)

  • Best pillowcases. Worth every penny. I used mine for two years ! And it lasted me the whole time. My hair is so much healthier.

  • I like the silk scrunchies but feel like they are a bit pricey and the elastic doesn't last as long. Definitely would like to see an improvement in the elastic that's used so that it stays taut for longer.

  • Great, but you can get most of these things in mulberry silk much cheaper from other brands. Nothing good enough in their design (except the eye mask, perhaps) to warrant the extra cost for the brand.

  • These are my go to hair ties and there is always one on my wrist. I have used their scrunchies and small hair ties which are both great. They do not leave a mark on the hair when taking them out of my hair. I have been very careful when using them but they do tend to stretch out over time and for their expensive price I wish they would stay for a little longer… yet I keep repurchasing them so obviously they’re doing something right. I also have their pillowcases which stay cool for a long period of time and I think help keep my hair better at night. I will say they are harder to hold onto based on the silk material but that is a given.

  • They’re great, accessible silk products. I will always choose silk over satin, and as such this price is comparable to other silk brands. I have six pillowcases from them, too many scrunchies to count, and a couple eye masks. They are all fantastic and have lasted for six years. My one gripe is that the white pillowcases are not bright white, and will look especially yellow next to white bedding.

  • I suffered from hair loss and eventually made the switch over to slip hair ties! They never rip out my hair like other hair ties did, and they don't crease.
