I've had cheap satin scrunchies before that don't last long. The slip silk scrunchy is well sewn and there are no loose threads after months of usage. Expensive but you do get a well made product. I bought it on special at TJ MAXX.

4.2
Slip reviews show the brand works for improving hair and skin: users consistently praise pillowcases and eye masks for silk’s softness and reduced creasing, while noting hair ties and scrunchies protect hair. Strengths include luxurious silk feel and effective eye masks; weaknesses include high price and recurring reports of stretched elastic, delicate seams, and staining or light-blocking issues—helpful for buyers who value true silk benefits but expect some fragile construction and variable durability.

The quality feels great, and they last longer than most drugstore hair ties I’ve tried. My only small note is that they can stretch a bit over time, but I’ve found they still hold really well. Overall, these are the first hair ties I’ve used that balance comfort, strength, and hair health. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a snag-free option.

I have a few items from slip – the scrunchies (thin and thick), the pillowcases, and the eye mask. I really like the scrunchies because they don't pull at my hair when I take them out, and they look cute when I wear them on my wrist. I really love the eye mask because it leaves room for long eyelashes, and doesn't press directly on my face when I sleep. The only complaint that I have is that it is kind of hard to clean. It has already been stained due to remnant mascara.

I’ve been sleeping on silk pillowcases for obvious reasons for many years. I was excited to try Slip as one of the most luxurious ones. Unfortunately the silk tore apart after only a few months. At first it got holes at the logo embroidery and a bit later the seams ripped open although I washed them correctly. The sleep mask feels lovely on the skin but does not really block the light and slips away easily at night. Their Scrunchies are a bit too loose and don’t hold my hair. They tore apart quite soon. I wish all products were of higher quality. They’re not particularly better than other made in China silk products.
