From the personalized quiz and product customization based on scents, packaging, and clean, extremely clear ingredients, I’m thoroughly impressed by the ease and completeness of each product. I’ve been using the set daily for two weeks, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement. My skin’s dullness has lifted, my dryness has been moisturized, and my overall complexion has become fuller and more vibrant. I kept seeing ads for Prose and looked into it but thought it was a bit pricy. I finally caved and subscribed and I am astounded at the results! And the customer service is bar none!! I had sent them an email saying I still had some dryness and frizz and they sent me suggestions like 'plopping' my hair. I didn't even know what plopping was, so I looked it up. It looked silly and like it wouldn't do anything, but I tired it as well as using the cold setting to diffuse (another suggestion). I was amazed, AMAZED, at the results! I had no idea my hair could be like this! I LOVE MY PROSE!!

I used Prose’s custom shampoo and conditioner for a few months and liked it but didn’t notice anything transformational. I wish they were more clear about how my personal details translated into my custom formulation, and I wish I could repurchase on my own cadence instead of their suggested cadence. I do like that they use clean nontoxic ingredients. And their dry shampoo is one of the best powder options I’ve found.

I like the packaging of the dry shampoo because it's not an aerosol can, but still has the puff dispensing. I like the dry shampoo, but it's still not my ultimate fav dry shampoo. That being said, for the Black Friday deal I got it on and the large amount in each bottle, it feels like a very good deal for the amount you get! Like the other products, it's supposed to be customized for me which I do feel like it doesn't leave as icky of a feeling like some other dry powder shampoos.

I got my custom Prose kit on a big Black Friday sale because I love a deal and am on a mission to take better care of my hair and help it grow long and healthy. I love my custom shampoo, but it does feel like a more watery consistency than I expected. That being said, the bottle has lasted a few months (I wash my hair every 2-3 days). It lather's really nicely and I think it works really well. The custom scent is pretty mild, but I really like it. I bought 2 bottles initially, so still TBD if I'll purchase again at full price, but I do really love it!
