You start off by taking a very detailed quiz about your hair type and hair goals and it creates a custom formula for you! With this formula you can choose almost any hair product you’d like as well as your preferred fragrance (if any) and they make custom products specifically for you! I have curly/wavy hair and the shampoo does a beautiful job of getting all the product out but not stripping my natural moisture and oil. The conditioner makes my hair tangle-free, soft and shiny. And the curl cream was the perfect combination of keeping my hair frizz-free but still giving it some structure. I honestly can’t recommend Prose enough!!
