Piecework puzzles are highly appreciated for their beautiful and stylish designs, quality materials, and challenging yet fun complexity. They are also praised for their packaging, which is considered attractive enough to be displayed. However, some customers find them a bit easy and report missing pieces.

Beautiful, complex art and delightfully challenging puzzles. The piece shapes have very little rhyme or reason, and every element of the puzzle feels considered and thoughtful. These puzzles have made for great date nights at home, and my coworkers have started swapping when we finish one.

Bought the cutest hosting set for a friend! Love these puzzles and love their home decor. Hope they release more product!

Really beautiful designs and very nicely cut puzzle pieces. I know sometimes puzzle pieces can be dusty or not fit but I had a very easy time determining fit. High quality puzzle.
These puzzles are stunning but they are SO hard!! Would only recommend for the puzzle elite. Once I finished mine, I almost want to frame it because 1. it took so long & 2. it's so pretty! These saved me during Covid!
i love them! I have the Lazy Sundae puzzle and it was so fun to put together. the art design and colors are so vibrant + look really luxurious. there are so many puzzle brands on the market but Piecework stands out everytime--especially with the matte coating!

would be great if there was a glue or binding agent that could come with the puzzles! i know that a lot of folks would love to secure the pieces and use the puzzle as decor :)
Beautiful packaging and fun puzzle designs. Overall great quality and great for gifting.

The images on the puzzles are great! But the quality (flimsy cardboard) is not. Also it feels like they just chose beautiful/hip photos without thinking about what images work well as puzzles – there are large blocks of a single color (which is not ideal in the puzzle world). All the said, I think they've done great workin on branding.
The puzzles are cute. The designs are cool. The packaging is appealing. But the quality fell short of my expectations. The design on several of the pieces is peeling off at the edges, and this is my first time taking it out of the box. Obviously with a puzzle having smooth and fully visible designs is critical to be able to assemble it! I’m not sure if this is just mine or an issue across the board, but the puzzle doesn’t have a luxury feel the way it looks online.

My friend gave this to me as a gift and I enjoyed it. It's super cute and different from other puzzles on the market. A bit challenging and overall really fun.

Pretty designs but the pieces don’t hold together well. Connected parts are delicate and can easily fall apart or move out of place compared to puzzles from other brands
Very aesthetically pleasing puzzle. Received the Champagne Problems one as a gift and loved it.
So-so experience. Feel like Piecework focused much more on the branding/vibes than the actual puzzling experience. Overpriced for what you are actually getting unless you just want to collect the pretty boxes.

Materials feel cheap and can be hard to see some of the color differentiation on the picture compared to the puzzle
I've put together one Piecework puzzle and have many more on my shelf. The copy I worked on had two extra pieces, so unfortunately another customer must have received a box with two missing pieces.
Had so much fun putting together the Lazy Sundae puzzle! It was a bit more challenging than expected, but two of us were able to finish it in one evening. The puzzle feels high-quality, and the packaging is super cute!! I think this would be a really good gift too!
Incredible puzzles. Great gift. Pieces fit together well.

I love these puzzles! The artwork is so fun. I know some people don't prefer the large blocks of color (fair) but I think that is what makes the puzzle challenging and rewarding once complete. I like the matte finish of the puzzles because makes it easier to work on in different lighting. So far I've completed two and can't wait to expand my collection. The customer service of this brand is beyond fantastic. I purchases a Piecework puzzle from a large book retailer and the puzzle was damaged (I believe by the retailer and not Piecework). I reached out to the brand and they replaced the puzzle quickly and were super nice about everything. One tick against these puzzles is the cost. I would purchase more if they weren't so expensive. I tend to purchase them as gifts for friends and family and less for myself.

I love these puzzles! The themes and images are so fun to put together. The design element is also something I appreciate. Would definitely recommend to fellow puzzle enthusiasts!

It would be great to have a more portable case for the puzzle pieces!

Have bought about 8 puzzles from piecework puzzles, 4 of the last 6 have been missing just one piece, have spoken to company and they have been responsive, but very frustrating not to complete a puzzle, seems like quality control issue as this has been most problematic last 12 months. I would be hesitant to buy another puzzle until they get this figured out

Make sure no missing pieces. Would look for other puzzle manufacturers until they get this problem under control. It is to bad because the puzzles are well made otherwise.

Edit*: I did end of getting a refund on the difference of the items on sale so I adjusted the rating to 4-stars. Not sure if it is their policy, but it seems good to me. Still not five stars as their price is a think a bit too high considering the puzzle's quality. Great pictures used in the puzzles, but considering the price, quality is mediocre (it is the same as in other brands but I was expecting something better due to the price). Also, maybe just because they are a young company, but they do not do price adjustments so if you are buying from them around the holiday season/black friday just wait until they go on sale (usually 30%). I always find it kind of slap in the face when you buy something around full price and a week later it is on sale but no price adjustments are available (mind you I can't just return the product as I am not in the states so shipping is too expensive).

So I'd say 4 stars for the product (best images used in puzzles that I know of, print quality is as usual, the stamping of the puzzles are nothing special, and there are some pieces in the puzzles with very similar colors that will fit together but are not actually suppose to which can be a bit confusing). My only real gripe is that the company behind the product is a bit so-so.
