Piecework earns strong reviews for dazzling imagery, luxe matte pieces, and giftable, display-worthy packaging, yet mixed feedback questions consistency: several users report peeling prints, flimsy cardboard, loose fits, and missing pieces. The brand is praised for challenging, artful designs—Lazy Sundae, Après Ski, Garden Party, Flower Feast, Cloud Nine, The Meta Puzzle—though some find sections overly difficult or monotonous (large color blocks) and note occasional quality-control lapses.

Bought the cutest hosting set for a friend! Love these puzzles and love their home decor. Hope they release more product!
Had so much fun putting together the Lazy Sundae puzzle! It was a bit more challenging than expected, but two of us were able to finish it in one evening. The puzzle feels high-quality, and the packaging is super cute!! I think this would be a really good gift too!
Incredible puzzles. Great gift. Pieces fit together well.

Super bummed! Just got back into puzzles (since my kids stopped destroying things). Got this puzzle because I liked the looks and style. I had previously ordered a puzzle off of amazon and it had great reviews and the pieces were easy to put together. This puzzle, on the other hand, was exceptionally difficult. Just creating the border took way too long as pieces seemed to fit that shouldn't have and ended up missing a border piece when I finished! There were several moments during the put together were I had to remove pieces that clearly fit that didn't belong and it was hard to access because the whole section was black. I purchased two other puzzles from them and I plan on returning it. When purchasing it said the returns were easy. But they are not. They basically give you a return address to use and a code, and you have to go to the post office, get a box, make a label and pay for your own return. Not ideal. Will be sticking with my amazon puzzles.

Really beautiful designs and very nicely cut puzzle pieces. I know sometimes puzzle pieces can be dusty or not fit but I had a very easy time determining fit. High quality puzzle.

I love these puzzles! The artwork is so fun. I know some people don't prefer the large blocks of color (fair) but I think that is what makes the puzzle challenging and rewarding once complete. I like the matte finish of the puzzles because makes it easier to work on in different lighting. So far I've completed two and can't wait to expand my collection. The customer service of this brand is beyond fantastic. I purchases a Piecework puzzle from a large book retailer and the puzzle was damaged (I believe by the retailer and not Piecework). I reached out to the brand and they replaced the puzzle quickly and were super nice about everything. One tick against these puzzles is the cost. I would purchase more if they weren't so expensive. I tend to purchase them as gifts for friends and family and less for myself.

Have bought about 8 puzzles from piecework puzzles, 4 of the last 6 have been missing just one piece, have spoken to company and they have been responsive, but very frustrating not to complete a puzzle, seems like quality control issue as this has been most problematic last 12 months. I would be hesitant to buy another puzzle until they get this figured out

Make sure no missing pieces. Would look for other puzzle manufacturers until they get this problem under control. It is to bad because the puzzles are well made otherwise.

Edit*: I did end of getting a refund on the difference of the items on sale so I adjusted the rating to 4-stars. Not sure if it is their policy, but it seems good to me. Still not five stars as their price is a think a bit too high considering the puzzle's quality. Great pictures used in the puzzles, but considering the price, quality is mediocre (it is the same as in other brands but I was expecting something better due to the price). Also, maybe just because they are a young company, but they do not do price adjustments so if you are buying from them around the holiday season/black friday just wait until they go on sale (usually 30%). I always find it kind of slap in the face when you buy something around full price and a week later it is on sale but no price adjustments are available (mind you I can't just return the product as I am not in the states so shipping is too expensive). 2nd purchase: I recently bought from piecework again. I still like their puzzles, and the above quality concerns are still valid. But I removed 1 star due to issues with the ordering process. I paid for shipping on their site, and then their shipper (UPS) billed me for more than the cost of shipping for brokerage fees (which are on top of the taxes/duties/tariffs). Getting a surprise bill for something I already thought I paid for kind of sucks. Please fix the site so that their is some information about this. Update to 2nd purchase: I reached out to the team, and they are refunding the cost of the brokerage fees. Apparently, they normally cover this, and it somehow slipped past their stuff. That's great, and I am thankful for that! I've updated my ratings again. I will still spread the gospel that we should just avoid shipping with UPS though...

So I'd say 4 stars for the product (best images used in puzzles that I know of, print quality is as usual, the stamping of the puzzles are nothing special, and there are some pieces in the puzzles with very similar colors that will fit together but are not actually suppose to which can be a bit confusing). My only real gripe is that the company behind the product is a bit so-so.
