I've enjoyed the thick hair treatment masque - great to use weekly. I find that the shampoo and conditioner fragrance is on the strong floral side - it's pleasant but it's not my favorite. The products seem OK for my hair - didn't make it overly dry but wasn't amazing. However, I do LOVE the detox shampoo and have used it in the past. It feels like a deep cleanse of the hair but it doesn't leave your hair feeling like straw. My other favorite is the St. Bart's body cleanser - it transports you to a beach!

I have thin, fine hair that’s prone to oily roots and dry ends, so I’m always a bit cautious with new hair products. But this detox shampoo has honestly been such a win. It cleans my hair really well without making it feel dry, stripped or weirdly coated, and my roots stay fresh for so much longer. The hair mask is also really, really lovely. It’s super nourishing but somehow still lightweight, so my hair feels soft and smooth without being weighed down or greasy. My ends in particular feel so much healthier after using it. And the fragrance — I’m obsessed. I’m very much a “make everything feel like a spa day at home” kind of person, and using these products actually gives me that little self-care moment. It just makes the whole hair routine feel nicer, calmer and more enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to wash day now.

I’ve tried several OUAI products, from travel kits to full-size essentials. Everything is gentle and effective, and the clean, fresh fragrances really stand out across the line. The OUAI Makes Scents Discovery set and the travel sets are a great way to sample without committing, and while the products aren’t radically different from other high-end brands, they’re reliable staples with really nice scents. In the past, I also tried their Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, which I found quite effective.

My first Ouai order! I’m glad I assumed correctly, I really like OUAI’s hair and body mists. The scents are clean, modern, and don’t feel overly sweet or cheap like a lot of body sprays can. They last longer than I expected for a mist and are noticeable without being overpowering. I also like that they work well in hair without making it feel dry or sticky, which makes them easy to reapply throughout the day. Overall, they’re a great option if you want something light, versatile, and polished without committing to a full perfume. Cute gift, but the contents in the box did get shaken around a bit.

I like this oil but I feel like the fragrance can be a bit intense! Would be amazing for this oil to come in a more subdued fragrance like lavender or eucalyptus even. Otherwise this oil is great for on the go and frizz control!

This hair mist has such a tropical scent, it reminds me a bit of a pina colada vibe! The funny thing is that this doesn't have any coconut notes but it smells so much like coconut. I like that it doesn't weigh down my hair or make it stiff or sticky. Really good scent and worth the hype

The first thing I noticed about this shampoo was the scent. It’s not as heavily scented as some of their other products. Neither good nor bad, just something I noticed right away. It has a very light, clean scent that doesn’t linger. The first time I used it, I didn’t feel like it left my hair or scalp very clean. But I started to double cleanse and it has made a huge difference. It foams up really nice and rinses out clean. My hair feels lighter, and my scalp less itchy. The only real con is that it left my hair feeling a little dry

I love everything about this hair and body mist. The St. Barts scent is intoxicating. It has a fresh and fruity fragrance with strong notes of coconut. It really captures the tropical vibe. Great product! Love the leave in conditioner and scalp scrub too! I’m excited to try the deodorant I just ordered.

I love the Detox Shampoo. It truly changed my hair! I have thick hair and often feel like product gets stuck in it and I can't get it fully clean. This shampoo removes any residue and leaves me with soft shiny hair. Can't recommend it enough!

I’ve always loved Ouai as a brand mostly because their scents are appealing and unique. A few years ago I had a Melrose Place candle and it hooked me, so when Ouai showed up on Thingdrop I knew it was finally time to try the hair products. I went with the Fine Hair Shampoo and Conditioner and also grabbed a shampoo refill. First off, the packaging is very my vibe. Simple, clean, and looks good in the shower. The shampoo itself is slightly thicker than what I’m used to, but in a good way. It feels concentrated and once you add water it really activates. I usually double wash and noticed a ton of suds even on the first wash, which made my hair feel clean. I also didn’t need much product. The conditioner was lightweight but still moisturizing and didn’t weigh my fine hair down. The scent is honestly the standout. It lingers in my hair way longer than what I expected. I could still smell it 24 hours later, which almost never happens for me. My hair felt clean, soft, and had nice volume without feeling fluffy or dry. Overall, I’m really happy with how my hair looked and felt. I also want to call out their customer service. The refill shampoo bag I ordered arrived punctured and was slowly leaking. I reached out with a photo and they sent a replacement refill quickly and with zero hassle. That alone makes me feel good about buying from them again. Overall, great scents, solid performance, and a really good experience.

The detox shampoo is my holy grail hair product! I use it once a week before my normal routine for a full hair reset and it works perfectly to get old product out of my hair and scalp. This is my third bottle to date! It’s probably the best smelling leave-in conditioner I’ve ever used. I use it most often for its heat-protectant element and apply it to damp hair before drying and straightening. Sometimes the squirting nozzle can get stuck and it’ll spray thicker droplets rather than an event spray, but I don’t mind it too much since I’ll often spray it into my hand and then spread throughout.

I’ve used the Ouai products on and off for 8+ years now. I finally found the fine hair product line and it’s one of the best that I’ve tried. I love the scent but don’t love the fragrance as a product. My husband even loves the products and I got him the full hair line! It’s expensive too but it does last

I love Ouai's packaging, minimalist branding, and wonderful scents, but the actual benefits don't stand out to me. The wave spray does add texture to my wavy hair, but it also makes it frizzy, and overall does not improve my hair's appearance. I want to love the products, because the brand itself does a great job of marketing, but I just can't bring myself to repurchase.

I like products from Ouai. Initially did not think it was worth the cost, but after trying some products I have changed my mind. Their haircare products are good quality and nicely fragrances. I like that it doubles as perfume/ hair care.

Ouai’s detox shampoo is truly the best clarifying product out there. I live in an area with extremely hard water, while also having naturally blonde hair that can get brassy, dull, and greasy-looking from the minerals in the water. I use Ouai detox 1-2x per week, and notice a huge difference in the color, texture, and shine of my hair. It foams really well and has a great scent. This is a product that will always remain in my rotation.

I use the Detox Shampoo once or twice a week as a deep clean and let me tell you... they stuff gets your hair SQUEAKY. It's great at getting all of the product, oil, buildup, whatever else out of your hair. If you use dry shampoo or hairspray, this will do you well.

I have been using this brand periodically for a few years. It does have a strong smell in the shower, but I don't really notice it outside of that. I like that it isn't heavy on my fine-medium hair, of which I have a lot.
