Really love the pill shaver – I use it primarily on my couch (recently got a kitten) and upgraded from a battery operated one, so the re-chargable wireless shaver was a huuuugeee plus. The thingdrop discount was definitely a push to take the dive, but the quality is really nice and it shaves a lot quicker and better than my previous one. I think this would make a great gift for someone who has a fabric couch or clothing that might pill. It's nice that it comes with a replacement blade and has different shave settings because it's definitely scary shaving thin fabric. My only (barely) negative is how chunky it is, probably good ergonomic design but we have a tiny basket for our laundry items in our little Brooklyn apartment, so a slimmer design would have been nice but definitely not a make or break kind of factor.

So far so good. Works really well with most of my sweaters. A bit loud for my cats taste so have to go into the other room. Love that it's rechargeable.

The Fabric Shaver works great!! Easy set up and simple to follow directions. Can really tell the difference - my sweaters go from looking ratty to newish looking again. Love that it comes with razor replacements too. Really want to try the iron now.

Love it! I was skeptical at first, but was totally sold on the packaging. It makes me want to use my sweater shaver!

I bought the Nori Fabric Shaver and it has brought some of my clothes completely back to life! Its small compact design is great for storing and travel, but it does take a while to shave a full item of clothing. It eventually does get the job done! Very happy with it

I cannot recommend the Nori shaver more! I have a cheaper version and didn't think that there would be that big of a difference, I was completely wrong! This is infinitely better! From the magnetic cover, replacement blades, rechargeable battery, and little brush to clean out the fuzz, they've really thought of everything and made the mundane feel premium!

I bought a sweater that I snagged on some Velcro. When the Nori shaver came up in a ThingDrop, I purchased. Shipping was fast, but I found that packaging to be too much. Wrapped in plastic, in a box, inside wrapped in plastic, and with a canvas bag. Most of that could have been avoided. The shaver worked ok on the snag, and just ok. It took a lot of work to make it look smoother. Overall, it was just ok. I wish I had received the Nori press. That’s probably more useful.

Top notch fabric shaver! I've been destroying my sweaters for years using whatever shavers I could find in stores. I'm grateful to have stumbled across Nori. It has USBC charging instead of batteries, clean shaving, sleek design and works wonders! Now I don't have to replace my sweaters so often because I can't stand pilling. Packaged beautifully and would make a great gift. Highly recommend!

Nori Shaver LOVE. It is rechargeable- amazing. It is so powerful but not harmful to the fabric. Love that it has a little bag. It came with an extra bag and a cleaning brush. The cheaper ones work but this is one of those items that most of the time I am using it delicate items and the fact that it was powerful enough to shave but gentle enough not to hurt the fabric shows that it is worth it to spend a little more.

I liked the nori shaver. For what it is i think it’s a bit expensive. But it works well and looks nice.

This is a sweater saver on steroids. It worked well to remove pills from a sweatshirt. I can't say how it would do on more delicate fabrics. I love that it's rechargeable and doesn't;t need batteries. It came nicely boxed.

I’ve used different fabric shavers - electric (similar to Nori), combs, and I’ve even resorted to safety razors. I preferred a more manual method because I always managed to cut a hole in whatever I was shaving with the old electric ones. Nori makes it so easy - and much safer for your clothes - to depill. I’ve used this on sweaters, decorative pillows, and blankets and they look like new. And no accidentals holes (although I’m probably a little more careful with how much pressure I use). So glad I was able to try this via Thingtesting, and now I want to try the Press (since steaming can be tedious).

Works really well! It comes with a magnetic cover but I find it fallen off most of the time. I did have it chew up one of my shirts, so you can't carelessly move it around; try to keep your garment on a flat surface at all times. Battery life is great and emptying out the shavings is mess-free and easy.

I’ve never had a fabric shaver before but this is exactly what I wanted and imagined! It was so easy to use, fits perfectly in the hand and it literally makes me want to shave anything and everything I have!

I have never had anything like this before but I have lots of pilly sweaters. I used it on a sweater (wool) that I was going to get rid of because of how messy it was with pills. The Nori was amazing. I'm keeping the sweater and thought it did a great job. I can't wait to clean up more sweaters. Really, it makes them look like new.

Ok… I bought this sweater shaver thing without paying attention… I’ll be honest! I thought I was buying the iron - which is what I really wanted BUT… I digress… this shaver thing is AWESOME. I used it on some old Athleta yoga pants today and it got them in tip top shape. I love that it comes with extra blades too. So thoughtful. Now I want to go through my closet and shave everything. Ha. This will allow me to get a lot longer use out of clothes and I can’t wait to use it on my Hanky Panky unders because they always pill. I am super impressed by this product, even if I accidentally bought it. 😂

Didn't even know these devices existed until I saw the Thingdrop but have since turned all my old sweaters from looking super shabby to almost new again! The blades and rotors are also a good enough build that you can just quickly run through your sweaters to clean them up instead of meticulously holding the shaver above every inch and slowly moving.

Best fabric shaver ever!! All the other ones on the market are too small and i'm too impatient to use. This one is so easy and fast to use. Makes all my clothes look amazing!
