Milk Makeup earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its Hydro Grip primer, Kush mascara/brow products, and creamy Lip + Cheek and bronzer sticks often perform beautifully—gripping makeup, blending easily, and suiting sensitive skin—while recurring complaints cite tacky feel or pilling from Hydro Grip, inconsistent formulas, fading pigment, and fussy or small stick packaging. Reviews of Milk Makeup also flag scent issues, products drying out or melting, and some underwhelming skincare and highlighters, making it a brand with standout staples but uneven reliability across the range.

I decided to purchase the milk make up lip and cheek balm. The color was fine. It wasn’t really anything different than anything else. I’ve purchased in the past and I did like it but for the price it didn’t really feel high-quality to me it’s just OK. Worth a try if you get it in a gift bag or on sale.

I absolutely love milk products and this is one of my favorites . It is hydrating while also providing a good grip for makeup to last throughout the day without looking cakey. It is a great product that i recommend

Milk Kush line is one that I really like especially the lip balm
I love Milk products in general but their matte bronzer is my favorite. I use it to add color to my check and to contour the rest of my face and chest are. The color blends well and looks great with my complexion. The products are quality and they last.
Milk Makeup’s primer is lightweight, smooth, and does a great job of gripping makeup without feeling heavy or greasy. I love the clean ingredients and how it creates a nice base for foundation. It helps makeup stay put for hours and adds a slight blurring effect that makes skin look more even. Sometimes it can feel a bit tacky at first, but overall it performs really well and makes a noticeable difference.
Love this brand!!! I had the blush/lip stick and I used it so much. The color was so cute and it was great for easy summer makeup. I’ve also used the primer

I bought all of my milk products before the repricing. I have the holographic highligher and the Kush green lipgloss. Love love love the lipgloss, its a great consistency and the metal applicator stays colds and is nice to reapply with. The holographic highlighter was one of milk's products that comes in a twist up push-pop tube. The highlighter itself was fine. The swipe stick was prone to becoming a but nasty and smushy over time. The product is also extraordinarily soft (not my fav). Three stars due to the packaging not settling with me, although I do appreciate the creativity.
Definitely had their moment as a brand but I do love their concealer. I don't often use primer but I've heard raving reviews about the Hydro Grip. The Kush mascara is phenomenal as well-- I've been meaning to repurchase!
I learned when using Milk Makeup Hydro primer make sure to use the same base/foundation formulation as the primer or it might not work. The primer is perfect at giving hydration to your skin but also keeps your oils in place because the formulation first is a stinky/ serum and then turns into a lightweight hold on the skin. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the primer, but that is my opinion, and it is not a fragrance scent it is more of a plant/light earthy aroma. It hard to pinpoint it.

I was quite disappointed about the blush because it very easy to slip even though I used setting spray.

Lovely products in cute packaging, but don't last that long and could use more product.

Milk Makeup's eyeliner is easily a favorite of mine. It goes on smooth and easy and stays put during wear but also removes easily enough. If you haven't tried these products, it's worth giving them a shot.
Their blush is so nice on my druk skin. It looks hydrated and naturel.

I have tried the hydration stick and the highlighter. Both came in the clear tube packaging which was convenient to use and also easy to find in my makeup bag! I liked the highlighter better than the hydration stick (found regular lotion to be more effective). Highlighter was subtle, easy to blend, and long-lasting.

Instead of hydration stick maybe try a serum or a not-so-solid formula? Felt too rough on my skin for it being a "hydrating" stick.
I have multiple kinds of their moisture stick. I tried the watermelon and a hydrating one. I really wanted to fall in love with the product because I love the fact that it’s vegan and portable. I also tried a primer cuz I thought it would help mattify my oily skin. (I’m pretty sure a Sephora person sold me on that one 😂)

I feel like the product doesn’t soften enough to really go on your skin but it’s still cooling and nice when you finally get it on.
Absolutely love my milk, lip balm. It is amazing. It makes my lips feel luscious and taste delicious.
I am not overly impressed by Milk Makeup. I have the blush stick and it is okay, but you can get something very similar and higher quality from other brands. I found a lot of their stuff dried out and was unusable rather quickly. I also HATE their mascara. The only redeeming quality is the brush.

Fine! Love their mission, products aren't anything special over others

Not long-lasting
I've tried a range of products from milk and the packaging is always so bite sized and cute. Favorites include all the cream sticks and least favorite is the Kush mascara (did not hold a curl and smudged like crazy) and the skincare (saw minimal effects).
I have used their hydro grip primer and their eyebrow gel and liked both! I've heard about them increasing their prices while making the size of their products smaller which I don't appreciate
