  • Always been a fan! I love the story of pastry chef Christina Tosi and how Milk Bar came to be. I love most of the products I've tried but sometimes I feel like they miss the mark, especially the pre-packaged cookies. But, the b-day truffles never get old. I also recommend checking out their recipes and cookbooks- I'm making their pumpkin pie recipe for Thanksgiving.

  • Used to love love love this place and their corn cookies in particular but now it’s mass produced the taste is not at all the same and not worth the cost

  • I'm rating this at 3 stars because although the flagship Milk locations are quality locations for a super sweet dessert, the take home items are somehow disappointing. I believe something in the manufacturing isn't quite the same!

  • Yo its my girl tosi! All this shit is good. I mean look at it plus the logo makes you feel good. You bring some cereal milk shit anywhere and the squad is going to freak! Big rec. Love you tosi.

  • Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with getting a cake shipped for a birthday. The tracking was never updated, and when I called to see if there was any update I was told the cake would not make it on time.

Improve shipping (where able to control)!

  • My favorite spot to send sweet gifts to friends and family from. Their cakes and truffles are my favorite - Perfectly sweet and tasty. Their cookies are just okay in my opinion. LOVE their seasonal offerings as well!

  • Milkbar is okay. It's not the best cookie out there, but it's really shippable and makes for a a good gift.

  • This is special occasion food. Perfect for gifts or celebrations. Yes, it is PRICEY. But I have loved everything I've tried and it is shipped quickly. Red velvet is my #1 favorite. I like that you can also buy some products in store at a lower price point (cookies and other products are available at Target, Whole Foods, etc.).

  • Milk Bar used to be incredible! I feel like perhaps the quality isn't what it used to be. It's still perfect for gifts and reliable, I just feel like some of the magic has been lost as it scaled.

I don't love that their products are packaged in so much plastic, even when you purchase them in-store. The CPG products that retail at Target don't have the same flavors as the original cookies.

  • The gluten free birthday cake is so good the rest of my family will eat it. I’ve resigned myself to sad and dense gluten free baked goods, but Milk Bar’s birthday is amazing.

  • Love the Milkbar brand, the lively colors and impressive founder, and their stores are a wonderful treat to visit. I also think the at home offerings are tasty but the do not come close to what you can buy in store and the products are quite pricy. Everyone should visit a Milkbar in person but you should skip the whole foods products and opt for your local bakery instead.

Maybe the at home products would be better sold as mixes (ie a boxed cookie mix instead of the pre-made cookies).

  • The cookies were too sweet. The dough tasted artificial, and not worth the price premium.

    Feedback

    Lots of single use packaging.

  • I tried the gluten free cake and it was amazing.

There is not thing I would change.

  • I love Milkbar! I'm so happy they were able to launch products in grocery stores during the pandemic. I'm still waiting for their corn cookie to launch. Always have to get their soft serve when I'm in NYC or Las Vegas.

  • So I’ve only been here once almost ten years ago in the height of the cereal ice cream fad…it isn’t totally for me and I don’t quite get the hype. But I’d still say it is worth trying for the experience.

  • Milk Bar's cereal milk ice cream is next level, giving me major childhood vibes in the best way. But man, I miss that addictive cr*ck pie... it was pure dessert magic.

  • Tried in NYC! Definitely worth the stop but wouldn’t try again most likely!
