    I tried Milk Bar for the first time when I visited Washington, D.C. for work. And then had to go back again the next time I visited! I'm very happy that there's a location in Chicago now, so I can get truffles whenever I want.

    So yummy and aesthetic. Equally fun to get cake in the mail. Cake itself is very flavorful and isn’t dry ! Yummy frosting but is very sugary. Would recommend for long distance friend gifts. Can’t go wrong and it’s a fun unboxing.

    My birthday cake arrived three days late, completely warm (the box and even the cold packs), and damaged. Definitely not safe to consume. Unfortunately for me, there was nothing Milk Bar could do, not one thing. After my terrible experience, I checked the reviews and learned that this happens quite often. It might taste good (dont know as I never got to try it) but the customer service is awful.

    I've only tried the mini crunchy cookies from this brand, but they are delicious. Both flavors I tried were equally as good. I like that the bags can be resealed after opening.
