Great quality without the price

Overall the quality of everything I have bought from Italic has been high. Their products really are as good as they claim they are. However, when I really take a deep dive into price comparisons for similar quality items I started to realize the Italic pricing isn't as amazing as they claim it is, which is one of the key components of their entire marketing pitch when you sign up.

I love the goal of italic, and I think their ecommerce website design, emails, and general software experience is second to none. Truly, anyone working on direct-to-consumer should steal a thing or two from them. However, some of their products just don't live up to their claims of quality and design, and their lack of reliability is hard to trust.

The candle sampler is no joke. They all feel really luxurious and are exceptionally well-made. The packaging is luxe too. The scents are all kind of similar, and one (Lilac Jasmine Sandalwood) was a little too powdery and perfumey for my taste.

I've only had good experiences with the items I've ordered from Italic. I haven't tried clothing but I've tried a handbag, a candle and sunglasses and I'm so happy with the quality of those items. I find their concept fascinating and I will always check in with them when I'm in the market for something!

Hit or miss in my experience - I really wasn't a fan of the clothing quality I got, but other things like home / fitness equipment seemed high quality. Their returns are pretty good, so doesn't hurt to try. But I'd read specific reviews for the item you're looking at before deciding to purchase.

I love a lot of my italic products! They’re super stylish and I get lots of compliments on the products I have in my home and wardrobe.

I just learned about Italic recently and can’t believe more people aren’t talking about it. I bought some gorgeous kitchen accessories made by the same manufacturer used for Williams Sonoma and Crate & Barrel but for a fraction of the price. Same story with a set of lavish candles and a soap and hand wash set that looks like you would buy it for 2x the price at Le Labo. A great site for gifts — for your loved ones or just for yourself, because you deserve it

Some of my closet favorites are from Italic. The items you get really do feel luxurious rather than a copy that cut corners. My cashmere sweater and leather backpack make regular appearances in my day to day gear. The subscription fee something to look out for. Although I love the luxury without labels concept - I'm also not into buying too many things a year. I have my sub on pause until I decide that I might buy more than 3 things a year to make it feel worth it. It helps that they are always adding new products and are super receptive to customer suggestions.

I know their whole thing is being cheap luxury but there are brands like quince doing what they do for even cheaper. That being said my cashmere sweater from them is my most prized possession. I’m still trying to decide if I like the silk dress I got from them or not because it’s an awkward cut. I really like the look of their jewelry and will be purchasing it in the future

I purchased a mystery box from Italic last year as well as purchasing some activewear. I have been really happy with the quality of everything I have purchased and will likely become an Italic bold member at some point in the future.

I got the women's dark green hoodie and sweatpants (I can't remember the name it was under but it is sadly not for sale anymore) and I like them! The fabric is thick but soft on the inside. It feels very high quality and the stitching on the seams appears to be done nicely. One issue I ran into was that both garments, though especially the sweatpants, shed after I washed them the first couple of times. It has gone away now and has not affected the softness of the lining but it is something to be aware of.

I was a member of Italic for about 1 year. The products were pretty decent quality (I purchased champagne flutes, yoga blocks & some apparel. I think I became jaded about the company after they tweaked their business model around a bit. But I like their idea/business model.

Good quality, great pricing, growing selection. These folks understand the mystery behind big brand labels and price points and I love their mission to make quality affordable.

Love love love. I bought the ugg-ish short boots, all the candles, and a pair of leggings. All of these items had a 10/10 quality. I have friends and family that have purchased home and pet products and love their items.

Really love the idea behind this brand, but the quality and experience was all over the place (both in terms of quality of the actual products and customer experience with shipping/packaging). A yoga mat and set of sheets were the best values. My experience ordering clothing and shoes left me disappointed more often than not. Similarly I ordered several pairs of dumbbells that arrived in really poor shape from bad packaging (they were also covered in some kind of grease).

I've enjoyed all the products I've ordered from Italic so far. I'm glad I came across this brand (thanks Thingtesting!). I mainly went on their for new towels (after using a cheap amazon set for a while), and they are indeed, amazingly soft and nice to use. I also ended up order some soap, moisturizer, and reset face wash — all of which are really good to use! LOVE the smell of the soap and moisturizer. Also love how gentle the face wash is and how good my skin feels after using it! My towels seem to be shedding a lot — not sure if this is normal — I've reached out to customer support so I'll see if they can help me out because I do really love these towels.
