Personally, huge fan of Nuuly and a very loyal user and recommender. It scratches my browsing itch (mostly) and shopping itch almost completely. I've bought very few things in the almost 2 years since starting. They have great brands and options for a variety of needs. It really allows me to be a bit bolder than usual since I know I'll only have the item for 30 days. Shipping is typically a reliably quick turnaround. Love that it's creating less textile waste and I get new things every month!

High-quality ingredients at rock-bottom prices - respect the push to make effective skincare accessible! I've tried several of their products and all are great, there's very little need to get comparable products elsewhere.

I've only had Salt and Straw in person so can't speak to their pints but every flavor I tried was delicious and the waffle cone smell - 10/10. Special shout out for the low food waste line they're currently offering, the lemon ginger was the best of all the 8 flavors we ordered as a group.

I think this is such a fantastic concept - a perfect example of a product ripe for innovation and disruption and female-founded. I ordered Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. I'm no wine snob so can't really speak to the quality compared to other boxed wines or comparable bottles but enjoyed both. The red definitely benefits from getting a little time to breathe and the white was pleasant from first pour. I've really enjoyed having them on my bar cart and think they're a perfect option to bring along to book clubs, picnics, etc, or for gifting. Enjoyed my experience overall, and would rebuy and recommend to others.

    Feedback

I didn't think of it on my own but agree with other feedback about the quality + quantity vs. price. The Thingdrop discount was, of course, awesome but I wouldn't be jumping to buy this again at retail just to drink at home. I'd like to know more specific sustainability specs but know they're in the early stages and feel sure there's a lot more to come. +1 on the packing materials, only one of mine came with bubble wrap but seems like they're just working out a few kinks.

Only buy if you're prepared to eat the whole bag in one sitting.

We love our Windmill! Needed a new unit so went for this - it really is beautiful and works well. Nice to have the app in case we forget to turn it off before leaving the apt. Feels very elevated compared to any other option.

Love WGAC, I've bought the 40+ roll pack of bamboo deluxe and it's great! From the packaging to the sustainability, it's a win. No plastic does it for me.

The only thing is it's tough to keep a large stock on hand/buy large quantities at a time for an NYC apartment where storage space is precious!

    Blueland

While I agree with several of the critiques of other viewers, I'm too loyal to quit now short of any major pains. Blueland provided an almost all-in-one kit solution for a more sustainable cleaning routine at the right time for me. I just love and appreciate the brand - maybe their social presence is doing a number on me? Anyway, I feel like the products are effective and now that I have a lot of their Forever Bottles already I'm not going to switch to a competitor. I guess the upfront investment in that goes a long way but even so I haven't had any experiences that made me want to drop the brand entirely. I think they're just going to keep iterating to make and refine products consumers actually want and love.

    Feedback

Agree that the dish powder is terrible - I've switched to a plastic-free dish soap bar that I love. Would buy from Blueland if they made something like that. I've also tried the laundry "pods" and switched to just a baking soda powder I can buy in bulk. Another thing I'd probably get from Blueland if they had it. The Oxy booster smells pretty good but it's not a usual part of my routine. I don't love the smell of the all-purpose cleaner but maybe the newer tabs are better. I bought a black soap set specifically for the aesthetic and I like the hand soap smells though they often aren't very strong. Also, I'm glad the black bottles have a smaller logo but the original hand soap bottle logo is a bit much. I definitely agree that the shipping minimum is a challenge because I have a huge backstock of tabs that I bought just to meet it when I needed something else. I had the original Forever Bottles which all cracked and had to be replaced but the updated design seems to be holding up well and customer support was very helpful.

I've never bought directly from the brand but I have rented a few of their pieces from Nuuly - they're super cute and comfortable. The price point is reasonable to actually own and the sweater sets are particularly stylish!

Needs to be quite doctored up to be satisfying - if you're in the mood for packaged ramen just eat the crappy stuff to scratch the itch. These are better used as a base for a saucier noodle or a lot of accouterments which I don't always have on hand when I'm just looking to open a package of ramen for some hot soup. I appreciate what they're going for and I'm all for a healthier alternative but I don't think this quite serves the same purpose.

    Feedback

I haven't tried since they reformulated so maybe they're better on their own now! That's just not really my packaged ramen speed, need lower effort-to-satisfaction ratio.
