Reviews mention

  • Overnight, reliable blemish flattening
  • Discreet, skin-blurring patches
  • Satisfying impurity extraction
  • Consistent, high-quality adhesion
  • Limited deep-cystic efficacy
  • Occasional adhesive irritation
  • Edges can visibly lift
  • Residual circle discoloration

Hero Cosmetics earns high marks in reviews for Mighty Patch, which consistently flattens whiteheads overnight, curbs picking, and blends discreetly on skin—especially the Invisible+ and Surface patches. Reviews also flag limits: minimal effect on deep, cystic or under‑the‑skin pimples, occasional irritation or circle marks, edges that can lift, and frequent comparisons to cheaper hydrocolloid alternatives; packaging waste and price sensitivity recur.

  • I like this brand a lot. I'm pretty sure it's a K beauty brand. I've bought their acne patches, their acne wand, their lightening wand, and their super serum stick. I LOVE their acne patches. They totally work. There was a learning curve when using the wands. I thought it would be easy to figure out how to use. Press the button and roll the product over your pimple or dark spot... Right? Seems reasonable. But alas, you need to hold down the button and roll it over your skin at the same time. I have multiple degrees yet my nemesis were these two wands. It took me SO long to figure out that you needed to press and hold. Maybe it's a me thing but my learning curve could help you out in the future. What I will tell you though, is that the serum stick is so gross because of it's texture, I returned it to Ulta. Ugh. It felt like trying to rub a firm stick of butter across your face. I was expecting things to be a bit smoother. It skipped as I was swiping it on my face. So firm slime and how now it's patchy? No thank you. I'm not typically a texture person so that says something. I'm all for trying their other products and now you know how to use their wands, you should be good. Just consider yourself warned about that serum stick. Use at your own risk.

  • I use the Mighty Patches and I absolutely love them. They are very effective and get rid of prominent pimples in just a few hours. If you are looking for a pimple patch that is always effective, then I definitely recommend this brand.

  • I’ve tried their micro needle patches and regular patches. The regular patches are nothing special (my go-to for those are CosRx). If you want pimple patches with fun designs (like Starface), this isn’t the brand. I haven’t tried the other patches, but now that I have an FSA account, I probably will (yes, they’re available at the FSA store, which is pretty cool!).

  • I have very acne prone skin and had a phase of tons of cystic acne. I think the patches probably work better for non-cystic acne. I don't doubt that these work super well for other people, but just didn't have much luck myself. I did notice that it brought the cysts a little bit more to the surface - they are just super tricky to treat!

  • I love their patches, effective and invisible so people can't see them. I also use their cover-up cream for those post-blemishes.

  • Hero Cosmetics patches are amazing! They conceal blemishes really well on my face and also extract all the yuck overnight. I typically wear them overnight as opposed to during the day, and they get the job done. Be sure to stick them on to a clean face - as they will not stick if you put products on underneath - particularly lotions. These are a must in your beauty routine for emergencies!

  • Yo wtf these are so good, you gotta go get them. Even if your skin is alright this still finds wild stuff. I love seeing gross stuff like ear cleanings on IG and my dog dr pimp papi so if that is your thing too you can yank all sorts a crazy stuff out your face and it works so well. The nose pad too will blow your mind. This is a BIG rec to everyone I talk to about face stuff. Great price for what you get. Shout out to my dogs and hero they are really about their business.

  • I do really like and find the Mighty Patches useful for those monster zits you need them for. Personally I found the invisible were my preference as I could start to see the mighty magic happen! I did notice that if I leave them on too long or my skin is just more irritated they leave some redness behind for a few days. Overall worth a try! They are really easy to buy at Target or amazon.

  • Acne patches are the greatest thing ever. They really do shrink a zit overnight. Nothing else works this well for this cheap. I have used this brand and others and I am very happy with how they work and how easy they are to use. If you haven't tried them yet and have zits, what are you doing? They also work on other skin issues like fever blisters too. Really great product.

  • I bought these for my 13 year old son. They seem to work well for his mild acne. I love how easy it is to use b/c he probably wouldn't use them if they weren't!

  • This is the only thing that helps get rid of my acne and doesn’t leave scars on my face.

  • Great product for on the go, or stubborn, singular breakout areas. Formula works great to absorb excess oil and treat the breakout before it comes into contact with outside factors. Would definitely recommend to any family members or friends.

  • I love these but they only really work on pimples that are pretty much ready to pop on their own. I will say they help to prevent me from picking though!

    Pricey for the product

  • These work so well—really speed up the timeline for clearing breakouts.

I do limit purchases because of the resulting waste and wish there were a more sustainable alternative.

  • These are my go-to pimple patches- effective, widely available, and nearly invisible on the skin.

I wish they came in multiple sizes.

  • I always see so many great reviews on this exact product, the one pictured is the might patch. Don’t get me wrong I love the hero brand, and love there sunscreen, but the mighty patch is not worth it. It works sometimes but sometimes doesn’t. But the sunscreen it’s holy grail!!!! So gooood!

  • I love Hero products! I've used their patches and rescue balms and think they're all fairly priced, easy to use, and effective. I'll continue to recommend them to friends!

  • I’ve been using these patches for a few years now and they work pretty well! Only if the pimples are ready to pop, however. But out of all the pimple patches I have tried, this one has been tried and true and works the best. It is just hard to accept the high price point, but I guess that's why they are the best

Definitely better than other pimple patches I’ve tried. Too expensive, though!
