Reviews mention

  • Chic, luxurious packaging
  • Complex, bitter flavor profile
  • Versatile mixing options
  • Convenient, tasty canned spritzes
  • Punishingly bitter aftertaste
  • Murky, cloudy appearance
  • Short post‑open shelf life
  • Inconsistent flavor distinctness

Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

  • I loved the packaging and the concept of this brand. However the taste is too sharp for me. I also tried the other flavours too to see if I could find something that suits my palette. However it wasn’t for me. I can see the appeal as a non alcoholic beverage and could work nicely as a mixer. I would be curious to see how the brand evolves with other flavors. This is my personal taste so this couldn’t be more appealing to others.

  • i truly super appreciate the move towards offering fun NA drinks for people who still want to have fun! these are so delicious and offer so much versatility. the packaging is beautiful too that i love reusing the bottles after i’m done

  • Worked at a country club all 4 years in college and that’s when I started loving tonic water. Plus I’m a gin drinker. Ghia tastes much better to pair with gin and looks cooler too. Impressed!

  • Ghia tonics are amazing alternatives for alcohol and are great to have around when you want a fun drink or nightcap without the alcohol!

  • This tastes good and looks so chic, but serves no noticeable function and the price is way too expensive.

  • Because this is meant as a cocktail alternative, I feel that the look of the drink itself is fairly important. I didn’t love the murky-red appearance of the drink, although if consuming straight from the can that isn’t a problem. Taste-wise it is similar to what you might imagine an “aperitif” mocktail is.

  • Obsessed with Ghia - the flavors are incredible, and it really makes me feel like I'm drinking alcohol. Goodbye sad Spindrifts. I also love their new chocolate hazelnut spread

  • Great option for your NA loving guests. Expensive vs throwing some bitters in club soda tho

  • wanted to love these (love the mission), but i just really didn't like how these tasted

  • There are so many non-alcoholic drink options on the market now that this wouldn't be my first choice. Very herbal and botanical tasting but not very flavorful - you smell it more than you taste it. I'll drink it if it's around but I don't reach for it at the store. Unrelated to the taste - I find that the bottle itself gets really oily which is strange and annoying.

  • Bitrrrrrr. I get the a-peel (sorry for that). Anyway it’s ok. There are a ton of sober bevs to grab now and this wouldn’t be top of my list.

  • BIG FAN of Ghia. Its become my go-to na cocktail option when out. I love all of the products.

  • I wanted to love Ghia more than I did - I tried the Ghia spritz and found that it tasted like sour vegetable juice. I love the brand's mission and their marketing so much – I would recommend if you want something beautiful to serve as an alcohol alternative, I just wish I loved the flavor more.

  • I didn't love the pre-canned drinks, and in generally it's too herbal/botanical for me rather than like a replacement liquor or amaro. I appreciate the attempt and the normal ghia with soda water isn't bad, but I've had better non-alcoholic spirits.

  • I didn't care for the taste but that is very subjective (too bitter). Otherwise I like the idea and ease of the drink.

  • I love the expansion of non-alcoholic drinks. That being said, I don't think they're for everyone. I personally LOVE the canned lime and salt. I order it often at restaurants, or pick one up at events. I think they're delicious. I think the syrup is really nice depending on the application, and what you mix it with. I'm not a huge fan of the canned Le Spritz, I find it really bitter but I like when it's cut with seltzer. I'm not a fan of the ginger, but I just don't like ginger drinks in general. My partner thinks the ginger is the best flavor. If you're going into this drink expecting a sweet moment, you will inevitably be disappointed.

  • I just tried Ghia’s new/improved product release and really loved it. For the one I tried you mix the syrup with either tonic water or sparkling water which I thought made a really good Mocktail. I also tried the lime and salt spritz which I really enjoyed. I don’t feel like there’s a ton of mood enhancing benefits for me, but I really like the taste in place of an alcoholic beverage before dinner.
