Ghia earns polarized reviews yet proves effective for bitter, botanical non‑alcoholic sipping; many praise its complex, Campari‑adjacent flavor, chic packaging, and canned Le Spritz (especially Ginger and Lime & Salt) for recreating a cocktail ritual, while others find the taste punishingly bitter, murky, or one‑note and say it works better mixed. Reviews also note standout unboxing and gifting appeal but call out inconsistencies across flavors, short shelf life once opened, and sediment/cloudiness in the bottle.

I loved Ghia out of the bottle but when they launched the spritzes it was game over for me. They are sort of a splurge but they're so incredibly good. When I host a party I love having a non alc option, but honestly I've noticed that guests also just love to use them as a mixer. The original spritz and Ghia Ginger flavors are my fave-- they never disappoint! Update: I finally splurged on the Ghianduja... omg. It's beyond good. And I'm not a chocolate girl. I ate this with a spoon from the jar. It was unreal.

I love the packaging so I keep buying, but in the N/A market, this isn’t the best. To my taste, it’s too syrupy and sweet. I used to love Amaro which people compare this to. I prefer a more herbal flavor. I’ll continue to buy especially for guests.

I bought a pack of the soda with the Ghia Ginger and Le Spritz because I love a nighttime cocktail but I'm trying to find mocktails to replace it with. I love the Ghia Ginger - it's bitter, spicy, and refreshing. I felt like it had the right amount of flavor and spritz. This one was my favorite of the 2 and was a great replacement for a cocktail. Le Spritz left me wanting something a little more. It tasted watered down compared to the Ginger and didn't have the full flavor I typically want in a cocktail. For what it's worth, I love bitter drinks like campari, so the more bitter, the better. Maybe this spritz would be light enough for those who aren't into a strong bitter flavor. I think the bottle would be better for me so I can control the strength of the flavor. Besides the taste, can we just take a moment to admire the branding?! I felt so lux purchasing and drinking Ghia! The packaging really elevated the whole experience. The website is gorgeous! I knocked a star off just because they are very expensive so they're not the most accessible alcohol alternative

Ghia is a non-alcoholic staple in our house. Specifically, the cans of Le Spritz are a favorite for our brunch and after dinner drinks. All three flavors are honestly really great and unique, but the Lime & Salt flavor is my jam. It tastes a bit like a cross between a carbonated bloody mary and a caesar (IYKYK). The fee structure is a bit tough, but on special occasions Ghia hits the spot.

Wish you had larger formats of the Le Spritz.

I bought this over the holidays to serve to the family members who don't drink - it feels grownup and I love the herbaceous notes in it. It is pretty thick so I suggest mixing with whatever floats your boat. UPDATE: I picked up a pack of canned spritzes (lime + salt) on a ThingDrop and it is tasty! Herbaceous and refreshing and honestly gives me a perfect "mocktail" experience. I added plain seltzer to cut it, it has a concentrated taste to it; a single can may make at least 2 drinks.

Price point feels a tad high and it certainly doesn't last as long as booze.

I love these drinks for an after-work bevvy without alcohol. The taste is slightly bitter but in a good way. I usually add a splash of juice to the original flavor to make it feel like a little treat. My favorite flavors are the lime + salt and ginger flavor though — they are perfect on their own!

In theory I love Ghia, however the texture and color was a little off putting to me. I own a bar and we carry this product to make Mocktails and I have brought a bottle home too. I love the flavor, you can make so many fun cocktails with it. But it is just super murky and cloudy and sometimes just is not the most aesthetically pleasing color. When someone is paying $12 for a drink, you want it to look cute! Especially when all your friends are having a cocktail that is equally as cute!

As someone who doesn't typically choose zero-proof cocktails, I have enjoyed Ghia's flavor as a weekday drink option due to the punch its extracts pack (I wish they brought even a little more). I've found mixing Ghia with Fentiman's lemonade or a mineral water like Topo Chico over ice does the trick. Ghia won't magically turn me into a non-alcoholic drink evangelist, but I won't turn one down ever, either.

I enjoy the flavors and would encourage the brand to go even bolder.

Received this as a gift. The unboxing experience was unreal. I really wish I took a picture. It was definitely cool and experiential which made me really excited to try Ghia. I think the drink itself was tasty. I didn’t get the kick of energy or calm down the mind… but it was enjoyable. I don’t know if I would order again, but if someone were to offer it to me - I wouldn’t turn it down. Comes with a recipe book for mocktails too!

I feel that you need to have a sweet taste buds for these. I think they are good as I like a more sweet aspect in my drinks. I appreciate the non-alcoholic feature to this, you can enjoy in a social setting. Keeping you healthy and woke I say.

Tired this as a drink alternative over the holidays. Been drinking less. This is hard to describe, not sweet but had a lot of fruity flavors with some spice? It hard to describe. I like that it doesn't taste like juice and Ive mixed with with club soda to give it some fizz

Beautiful packaging, unboxing was really nice, product was nice but a bit too bitter. Perfect if you love a G&T, but that’s just personal choice.

Shelf life once opened didn’t last long at all, and went off almost immediately.

Love the packaging and intention behind this brand, but flavor wise it just isn't my taste. I tried it plain and in mocktails but ultimately was not a taste I enjoyed enough to repurchase.

Tried a can of the Ghia lime & salt le spritz - Super complex, like a light, sparkling Negroni with lime? Don’t get a lot of saltiness but happy about that. Cute little can with an innovative, oddly tactile label…is it odd that I like stroking this can? 😂 Not sure if I could drink more than one of these in a sitting but certainly an interesting mix up to a traditional NA RTD

I have purchased Ghia twice and love how it’s packaged, branded and most importantly tastes. Even though I’m not trying to cut back my drinking, I do love the herbaceous flavor profile and use it as a mixer as well. Great with alcohol and great without! Update: just tried the Lime & Salt and although it's not the one I would repeat buy because I love the original so much , I would definitely suggest to those who prefer a lighter aperitif. It was so refreshing over ice and I'd mix it with tequila (I know I'm missing the point) for a great cocktail

I had the Ghia ginger spritz that I bought at Sweetgreen and it was fantastic. Not sweet but have slight floral notes with a bite of ginger and a little spice at the finish (not spicey but more like a warming sensation at the end)

Ghia really does make it easy to opt for non alcoholic options on an evening out. To me it feels just as special to drink a Ghia cocktail then it does an alcoholic one. Looks great on a picnic table and the packet of 4 is presented so cute to bring along to a party! My favorite flavor by miles is the salt and lime! Love to crack open one when I cook The only negative is that the cans are so tiny for what they retail for in most stores. But the aperitif bottle is more economic and tastes lovely with ginger beer!

Branding meets taste buds 🌈 Ghia takes the award for one of the most shelf worthy beverage brands. I tried the Le Spritz OG and was pleasantly surprised by the taste giving sweetness and bitter all in a slow sequence on the taste buds. I would love to get their cocktail box as a gift to myself so definitely checking that out!

Ghia does absolutely no wrong in my eyes!! The taste, the feel, the branding, its all on point! I've been a fan of Ghia from the start, when they started the concentrate only and that sold me. I became an even bigger fan when they came out with the Spritz. I will say they are more on the bitter side, which I love but if you do not like bitters, I would steer away. The Ghia chocolate spread is also an amazing alternative to Nutella, made with more natural ingredients and better oils, I would go for Ghia's chocolate spread anyway! I am a subscriber for all the products, so easy and seamless, they always send you text reminders and its always easy to manage and move them if needed. 10/10 for Ghia!

I really wanted to love Ghia. I’m allergic to alcohol so I’m always super down for mocktails and non-alc beverages. However, Ghia didn’t really live up to the hype. The flavor I tried was lime and salt and it just wasn’t tasty. I think it’s because they added bitters which is typically used to mask the alcohol taste but since there is no alcohol, no reason to use bitters.

Make it tasty! Love the aesthetic and branding but the actual taste of the product could use some work.
