Framebridge earns largely positive reviews for delivering polished, custom framing with an easy, modern process and helpful in-store and online design support, but the brand shows inconsistent quality control and mixed print/mat accuracy. Reviews cite beautiful, high-quality results, thoughtful packaging, and seamless gifting, while calling out crooked or upside‑down mounts, uneven corners, slow or delayed timelines, and issues with textiles/needlework; opinions split on whether the quality justifies the higher cost.

I sent two pieces to be framed, and they did a wonderful job! I loved the options they presented me with, and the designer was easy to work with. My one complaint is that it's more expensive than I was expecting, so I would only use them for high-quality framing.

It was gifted to me. Adorable packaging.

My brother introduced me to Framebridge when he purchased some framed photos for my birthday gift - I love framebridge, its a bit pricy but it also makes sending thoughtful gifts so seamless and easy. I love how easy they make this process and will be a long time customer.
I've used Framebridge on a few occasions to frame very special or oddly shaped pieces. In general I have been really happy with them. They make your pieces look elevated and they have unique frames and mats. The quality has been a bit inconsistent - they framed something upside down once and a textile wrinkled once but they did resolve both.

Seamless process, transparent pricing and great product.
I am torn. The first time I ordered from this company years ago, the experience was outstanding. Then when I ordered recently I had multiple issues which required so much back and forth that I said never again. I feel like the quality and attention to detail went down hill.
I'm obsessed with framing with Framebridge. Their inspiration picks make me want to frame the most random of things - Like a cute take-out bag from a restaurant I had my birthday dinner at. They have a fun collection of frames and what feels like endless matte options. I've used their design services for a custom gallery wall as well for my wedding photos and memorabilia (like the small patch with mine and my husband's initials that I had sewn in my wedding dress as "something blue") and they were so helpful - and patient!! - with the design choices and changes. Each one of my pieces has come out beautifully and the quality is great. I gave them 4 stars only because it's hard to sometimes tell the color or shade of the frame online versus in real life. If you're near a store, I recommend trying to drop in just to see it person - the metallics for me were quite different once I did that!
Excellent selection of frames to choose from and the customer service goes above and beyond to make everything look fantastic!

Have your measurements ready to go and everything should run smoothly.
I've used Framebridge twice - once for a piece of original art and one for fabric / needlepoint canvas. Both experiences could not be more different. The framed original art piece is stunning! They did a great job and although pricey, it's gorgeous and worth it. Shipped on time, the whole shebang was essentially flawless. The needlepoint canvas - this was another story. Once I actually got my piece, which I feel like I waited forever for, it was SO crooked. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and I would NEVER hang this in my own house, let alone give it as a gift. Initially I tried returning the product online but the customer service chat wasn't going to let me. Luckily I live in a large city with many Framebridge store fronts. I walked in and showed them what I was sent. They were speechless when they saw what I was sent as a finished piece. It looked BAD. They canceled my order in the store, on the spot. However, a month went by and I never saw a refund processed to my credit card. I had to chat with customer service to get my money back, which was just another hassle.

They are NOT eco-friendly. From what I've gathered, when you return, they can't / don't reuse the frame and all these used frames pile up and don't get used and are likely thrown away. Also would not recommend using for anything that requires any sort of judgement call. You should be SUPER clear in your instructions to them.
Very seamless customer experience on the website to pick out a frame that fits your needs. I am really impressed by the quality too and how it compares with other professional framing services. However, for more casual posters/art works that aren't as valuable, I'm more inclined to buy non-custom options or order a less expensive custom option from Etsy.
I like that there are online print/frame options. Makes sending framed photos to relatives who live farther away so much easier. I've had a couple of hiccups with the frame stores themselves, and receiving items that weren't framed how I had asked. I think it's because the salesperson who I discussed my items with is not the one who actually will frame it; they ship your things off to another location where someone else frames. So I think there's a lot that gets lost in translation. Overall, kinda pricey, but their frame selection is fantastic and it's a lot more streamlined of a process than trying to frame something myself
So. Easy. And such amazing quality! I entrusted Framebridge with an old tapestry from my great grandma and their team helped me choose the best design and frame for my space. It ended up being a very smooth and positive experience even with some of the necessary back and forth.
Love this brand. I have ordered from them several times. While it might feel a bit pricey, it's worth the effort. Much easier to use than a framer at a big box retailer and the print and frame quality are great. I also love the wide variety of frame options.

Had a picture printed, framed and sent to a friend. Great seamless process.

I used Framebridge once with needlework and it took 3 tries to get anything mildly acceptable. They have me a promo code for a free medium frame and I thought I’d give them another try (more time to perfect their technique) but when I went to use it, it no longer exists on their system or may be fraudulent. So not only did they screw up my first order but they issued me s fraudulent promo code. Way to go Framebridge!!!

The promo code could have worked. Do not use this company with needlework or anything you can’t afford to lose.

I really didn't want to leave this review, as I had a decent experience with Myranda during my gallery wall consultation. But after getting sent a gallery wall with an entire photo&frame missing, and now a faulty hook on one of the frames that fell off immediately after hanging- I'm left feeling like I got MAJORLY ripped off. After spending $1,000+ dollars for this gallery wall, I expected to not have to go out and buy super glue for the frame hook. Ridiculous. Save your money, do a gallery wall on your own.

Could improve upon counting the number of frames the customer orders before shipping it out to them. In my case, I ordered 10 frames. So learn to count to 10.

I cannot attest yet to the quality of the product as I have not received it yet. I handed my piece two weeks in a physical store with the guarantee that within 48 hours, I will be able to get four frame designs, as I paid for their service of designer's choice. From here, things just spiraled down... At this point, it has been two weeks with no resolution other than finally 10 days later crediting me with 20%. At this point, my trust in them is non-existent. I cannot be sure that they have my piece or that I will see it anytime soon. I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially as their efforts to expedite or instill trust are lacking.

Ridiculously bad quality. Everything was framed wrong. Completely ameteur job. Negative value. Deeply regret using. Completely garbage, useless company.

Definitely more expensive than buying a frame off the shelf, but worth it. Items are high quality. Slow shipping, IMO, but they work hard to personalize the work and everything is beautiful.
