Wow, this is the FIRST (!!) exfoliant that doesn't irritate or wreck my skin! It is gentle, yet effective. I seriously can't believe the results. The application process is enjoyable, fun, and easy. 10/10 would recommend trying! I will definitely be repurchasing.

Purchased this for my boyfriend, who is Pakistani. He really enjoyed the kitchari (reminded him of his mom's cooking!) and puts the tarka on everything. We will definitely purchase again! Paro makes South Asian cooking approachable and convenient to cook, while also serving those who are craving the traditional foods they grew up with but don't have the time to prepare.

The products are super cute but the main issues I have are that other brands' patches work better and when I'm peeling a new Starface sticker to put on my face, due to the fact that its a start sticker, it is hard to peel and therefore some of the sticker will stick to itself and not cover enough space on my face.

HUGE! fan here of the bites snacks. Chewy, tasty, and innovative. Also really impressed by the company; organically grown bananas and plantains that are then upcycled into the Barnana products.

They need to bring the price down a bit... currently selling for ~$6 per 3.5oz package.

Found these cuties at Foxtrot in Chicago. Unfortunately, not great. Super surprised by the raving reviews. While these resemble the nostalgic Hostess mini powdered donuts we’ve all had, the shape and look is where it stops. The heavy density and coconut taste from glonuts is not what I want in a donut. While glonuts are supposed to be “healthier,” where are the calories coming from? 3 glonuts are 390 calories; 3 Hostess donuts are 230. I recognize calories are only one point of reference but the main one I personally look at. Vegan donuts CAN taste good. My favorite donut shop in Chicago is vegan. But I really didn’t care for these.

Just as they say… just because it looks like a donut, doesn’t make it a donut.

Obsessed. I’ve only had the dark chocolate buttttt I’ve had them a lot (ha!). First found them at Foxtrot Market (hi Chicago) but you can find them online / Amazon. It’s like you’re eating the best bite of the ice cream cone, but over and over again.

I LOVE my Halfdays Lawrence Jacket. It kept me so warm, even at 0°F on the mountain. There are little, thoughtful touches that make this jacket above and beyond other jackets - such as the exterior chest pocket with attached phone leash. I never felt like I was going to lose my phone when checking email on the ski lift! 100% recommend snagging one of their jackets (TTS in my experience).

I would love to see some extended sizing / inclusive sizing in the future as well as more products to come from these guys! Returns are easy but the refund process is S L O W.

I bought the Double Strawberry Starter Kit, based on the reviews from the Rootless website. The other current flavors are Coconut Chai and Orange Pistachio. My initial reaction was... not pleasant (I mean, it does taste like seaweed but looks like a dainty chocolate truffle). But, these have really grown on me and I look forward to eating my bite each day. It is seaweed that has chic branding. I do believe that we absorb more nutrients through food than through the usual supplements and vitamins so this is a really unique take on this. The website has a ton of great information on the benefits of seaweed. However, I'm not sure if I'm seeing or feeling anything (this is hard to quantify), which is reflected in my rating, as well as the price (see below for more detail).

$44 / mo. is $$$$. Would love to see the price come down before I could think about repurchasing. Currently priced as a luxury item and not something I could see myself purchasing as a monthly subscription, especially as I don't know if I'm seeing any impact yet.

I've used Framebridge twice - once for a piece of original art and one for fabric / needlepoint canvas. Both experiences could not be more different. The framed original art piece is stunning! They did a great job and although pricey, it's gorgeous and worth it. Shipped on time, the whole shebang was essentially flawless. The needlepoint canvas - this was another story. Once I actually got my piece, which I feel like I waited forever for, it was SO crooked. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and I would NEVER hang this in my own house, let alone give it as a gift. Initially I tried returning the product online but the customer service chat wasn't going to let me. Luckily I live in a large city with many Framebridge store fronts. I walked in and showed them what I was sent. They were speechless when they saw what I was sent as a finished piece. It looked BAD. They canceled my order in the store, on the spot. However, a month went by and I never saw a refund processed to my credit card. I had to chat with customer service to get my money back, which was just another hassle.

    Feedback

They are NOT eco-friendly. From what I've gathered, when you return, they can't / don't reuse the frame and all these used frames pile up and don't get used and are likely thrown away. Also would not recommend using for anything that requires any sort of judgement call. You should be SUPER clear in your instructions to them.
