Framebridge earns largely positive reviews for delivering polished, custom framing with an easy, modern process and helpful in-store and online design support, but the brand shows inconsistent quality control and mixed print/mat accuracy. Reviews cite beautiful, high-quality results, thoughtful packaging, and seamless gifting, while calling out crooked or upside‑down mounts, uneven corners, slow or delayed timelines, and issues with textiles/needlework; opinions split on whether the quality justifies the higher cost.
Though the frame was a bit expensive (you could frame a photo yourself for cheaper), it was well received as a gift and the recipient commented on the quality of the frame and the photo itself. Shipping was fast and it came in a nice gift box.
Framebridge was incredibly easy to use! It was so easy to see exactly what my frame would look like, and it came super quickly. I definitely would recommend using them if you want the convenience of reasonable framing done for you.
Framed a piece of art with framebridge and had a great experience. Easy to work with and modernizes art framing. A bit more expensive than other places I’ve been but the quality and support make it worth it.
I went into the physical store and everyone was really nice and thoughtful as I made a decision. The end result was so nice, and high quality. I would definitely go back to the store but I'm not sure if I'd ever be a customer who mails stuff in. (Please enjoy a photo my brother took framed here).

Framing itself is so expensive but this process was really easy and I loved going into the store because the experience was worth the price.
