First Aid Beauty earns largely positive reviews for gentle, effective staples—especially Ultra Repair Cream, KP Bump Eraser 10% AHA, and Facial Radiance/Ingrown pads—suggesting the brand works for dryness, KP, and sensitive skin. Reviews also flag drawbacks: some formulas feel heavy, sticky, or underpowered, certain scents read medicinal, pads are single‑use, and a few users saw irritation or no results, making performance skin‑type dependent.

First Aid Beauty Body Care is amazing! Their products are incredibly soothing and leave my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and nourished. The texture is rich without being too heavy, and I love how quickly it absorbs without any greasy residue. My skin has never felt better since incorporating their body care into my routine. If you have dry or sensitive skin, I highly recommend giving it a try – it’s become a staple for me!
I liked this brand. It is fair for the price. I liked the moisturizer and that they sometimes have different scents. It was smooth and was very effective. I would buy again
I use their oil cleanser and really like it.

Hydration lotion but my skin didn’t absorb it. People LOVE their lotion but it just wasn’t for me.

Love their aha/bha lotion and body scrub, and love their colloidal oatmeal skin cream. it's so nice!
Nothing fancy, but effective and fairly priced. I keep a big tube of the KP Bump Eraser 10% AHA scrub in the shower at all times. It’s a great body scrub and while I’ve tried others, I always come back. I also routinely buy some jars of the resurfacing pads for my teenage son to help keep his skin clear without the mess. He uses and loves them - this is a kid who basically only showers and does nothing else, so they’re easy to use. The formula seems to be a step above drugstore quality. Gentle, but effective.

Been using these products since I first got into skincare, and I always go back. The ultra repair cream and the face wash are so gentile and great for my dry skin. I also love the exfoliating pads, but I do not love that they are a single use product.
Two of my holy grails are FAB products: The exfoliating body scrub and the ultra repair cream. Both of them are just uniquely good at what they do: The body scrub makes my skin extremely soft (although I wouldnt mind a better smell... LOL) and the cream sometimes even helps with little scabs. I also have very dry skin so I use it like body lotion sometimes!
The ultra repair cream is as good as it says on the tin. Not for every day, but a great one to have on hand.
I love the hand cream from First Aid Beauty!
Tried their Ultra Repair cream and it was way too heavy for my combo skin. I started to break out from it. This product is nice for those with sensitive noses as it doesn't have any added fragrance.
I have tried a few products from first aid beauty and as someone who suffers from eczema I have never had one of their products cause a reaction or irritate my sensitized skin.
BEST BEST hand cream EVER!!!! And it smells terrific! But more than anything, it is true to its name!

Love this brand - specifically the kp bump eraser. I've had bumpy skin on my arms my entire life and I've never really tried anything on it. This product has worked wonders and I'd highly recommend it!
I use the Hydrating Eye Cream the morning after I apply Khiel's Dark Circle Reducing Eye Serum (which works but dries my eyes out) and this product has saved me! My eyes are moisturized and if I apply concealer, it lasts all day without cracking.

I have gone to extremely long lengths to have multiple tubes of the Arnica cream in my house. I think I would panic if I got close to running out. This brand is awesome. I've used the radiance pads...I love them because my face feels clean after using them but I don't experience that tightness that some pads and cleaners do to my face. I do like the face wash, but I have to use it as part of a double cleanse. I find that sometimes it doesn't take all of my makeup off. If you've never tried FAB before, I would suggest being one of their trial boxes where you get a variety of products and you're not dumping a bunch of money into one product. If you have dry skin, I strongly suggest the Arnica cream. If you have oily skin, I'm hesitant to recommend it to you because it is pretty heavy.

The original products are great! I have a huge tub of the Ultra Repair Cream. Newer releases are pricy and haven’t been as worth it to me. Great for sensitive skin.

I have super dry skin year round, but especially in the winter. I purchase, repeatedly, this Ultra Repair Cream tub to use as both a day and night cream. I wake up feeling soft and my fine lines look slightly more filled in.
Great no frills skincare just does the job! Whenever I go back to first aid beauty my skin looks so healthy! The Ultra repair cream is a go to along with the eye cream.
I don't think they are the best skin care on the market but I don't think they are bad. I used their products for awhile but I did not see many results. I have dry skin so I hoped it would make a difference but it didn't. Pretty clean ingredients though!
