First Aid Beauty Reviews

4.4

First Aid Beauty earns largely positive reviews for gentle, effective staples—especially Ultra Repair Cream, KP Bump Eraser 10% AHA Scrub, and Facial Radiance/Ingrown pads—while mixed feedback notes heavy textures, occasional breakouts or greasiness on combo/oily skin, and underwhelming results for some. The brand works well for dry, sensitive, or KP-prone skin and post‑retinoid recovery, but scent, weight, and newer launches divide opinion.

  • The scrub really works for my KP! I’ve used a bar version from a different brand, and this works equally well (unsure about how long it would last me for the comparative cost/amount of product). I can tell a noticeable difference in how smooth my skin is after I use the scrub, and it absolutely helps resolve/prevent KP. A little of the scrub goes a long way, too. I can use the amount seen in my photo for the backs of both my upper arms. The trio is 2 oz. each, so you could put this in your carry-on. Smell-wise, the strawberry reminds me of strawberry gummy candy, which I like. Haven’t opened the others though! The main con of a scrub like this (vs a bar) is making sure you don’t accidentally wash it away when you’re still scrubbing. If you have a small standing shower, you might have to turn off the water while you use it.

  • The KP bump eraser body scrub works so well. I have always had bumps on my thighs that I find annoying and hard to get rid of, even with a loofa or exfoliating cloth, but this stuff really works well for my skin. It doesn't get rid of them 100%, but makes them so much better and less visible. Highly recommend for people who have bumps! Don't use too much water or rinse off to quickly - works better if you rub it in for a little longer in my experience.

  • I’ve been using First aid beauty ultra repair cream for about 3 years now. I don’t know what magic ingredients it has but it truly does wonders in repairing my dry skin after using retinoids. I can’t live without this! Goes so well on my skin and leaves my face well moisturized the whole day/night!

  • This cream is my absolute go to. Its great for everything. From dry face to dry elbows but most importantly that cream save my hands! I'm training crossfit and calluses are real struggle. They appear overnight 😆 this cream make my hands so soft I usually cut my calluses and put a generous layer of this cream and it helps sooo much. Now in winter time when AC at work will be running way much more this product will help my dry skin on face. Plus price for this is amazing. Havr no smell as well and its gentle.
