Started with ? About shipping and timeline, great service by Ryen. Received our dinnerware on time and where we asked it to be shipped. We are loving the quality, the weight of new dinnerware. The color is beautiful we ordered the color Heron for all eight place settings of dinnerware. our two small mugs that we ordered first one is gumdrop and the other is blue ridge. Because of the mugs and the craftsmanship we decided to upgrade our everyday dishes. We will have them now forever and look forward to adding serving pieces to our set. Highly recommend East Fork. We love supporting small business and USA made products.

I was lucky enough to be in Asheville during a recent "Seconds Sale." These are pots that have slight imperfections that make them unsellable at the full price. I have no idea what imperfections they're talking about, because everything I bought looks perfect to me. They clearly have high standards and I love that everything is dishwasher safe. I do wish there were a few brighter core colors. The neutrals are great, but I am not interested in adding that to my collection. I also love their commitment to giving back.

I am slowly replacing my cheap dishware with East Fork. I live alone so I started out buying a small set of plates during their seconds sale (they donate to AMAZING causes and encourage customers to do so on their own too). Every now and then, I’ll buy a new color of their mugs to add to my collection (also a lovely gift). Everything is so study and has a nice weight to it. Their colors are carefully chosen each season and the fun part is mixing and matching. I will have these for life! It really is the opposite of mass produced cheap trendy dishware. It’s a conscious decision to love something high quality for a long time.

I LOVE this company! They are the sweetest customer service, they make amazing products, and they support the community around them. I am slowly building my collection, the seasonal glazes are always so beautiful. Thus far my pieces have all been sturdy and withstood daily use. Beautiful heirloom quality stuff!

I have purchased several pots from Eastfork since 2018. Very high quality, professionally packaged pottery. Experiences with Eastfork customer service are always delightful. They go above and beyond to assist their customers.

I went down the East Fork rabbit hole a few years ago and my biggest regret is that I didn’t know about them earlier. I get so much joy out of eating on such beautiful dishes. Although the price can look daunting at first, I can tell that I’m paying for quality. Everything is so durable and dishwasher safe, and I expect to have my dishes for life. Beyond the product itself, I appreciate the company’s values and transparency. They partner with local charities each quarter, and donating gets you access to their Seconds page, where you can get nearly perfect pots at a discount.

We own two of the Everyday bowels (love them and their warm clay and warm panna cotta glaze!!!) and decided to invest in 12 “You’re All Set” sets. I called and discussed my concerns that East Fork is switching over their materials with a rep and requested that my sets be cohesive- not void of character- but cohesive. My sets just arrived and half of them are the old glaze and pottery and half are the new. They don’t even look like the same color and everything from the clay color to the texture of the glaze to the tone (old is warm and earthy and new is dark and silver? Metallic???!) is different. We’re not talking about bespoke- but just plain mismatched. Disorganized. It looks like I bought two sets of pottery in two colors possibly from two places. I’m heartbroken. Literally cried. I’m a nurse so I have perspective that there are worse things in life, but I was so excited and so let down. So disappointed that a small company wouldn’t take care of a customer. Where did all the good people go, Jack?

Some of the most sturdy and beautiful dining ware I’ve owned. The forms are very well considered, I started using this brand in 2021 and haven’t looked back. It is notable that I have accidentally dropped some of these while washing them and haven’t even had a chip. Recomend to anyone and everyone. Woth that said my favorites are the coupe, everyday bowl and side plate ❤️

Great items -- maybe a little off the beaten path because I actually did not order any of their main products, but I ordered a couple marmalades and jams...which were fantastic. They also boxed the items in some CRAZY protective (and environmentally friendly) folded paper triangles. Really neat. When I'm in the market for some dinnerware, I know where I'm going to look first!

East Fork is the only dinnerwear/serving wear I use. My cabinets are so colorful! I love the variety of shapes and colors. They do limited edition drops, which literally sell out in under three minutes. I get that it can be frustrating to miss out on these drops, but their customer service is literally unparalleled in their kindness, clarity, and service. Also, their social media presence is 10/10.

I have the mug and bowl and honestly they are stunning, beautifully Made.

worth every penny!! I love their ceramic items so much, its high quality and made with excellent craftsmanship. Luckily, I am near one of the stores and get to buy my ceramics in person.

Purchased several smaller items and am very impressed with the heft, glaze, and durability. I haven't bought a full set so can't speak to using these as dishes for everything, but all the pieces we purchased look fresh and lovely and remain unbroken even after heavy use by a toddler.

Lovely handmade ceramics that you will use forever. The colors and textures are very appealing, and their products are all expertly crafted. I would like to see more colors added down the line.

Amazing gift.

Great bowls and plates, really nice range of colors and pretty durable. One plate broke in the microwave and we discovered the problem with the special edition colors in our attempt to replace it but managed to source a replacement from the very lively (but expensive) used market out there. Next time I’d definitely get a couple of spares, just in case!

Just received our new plates. I echo all the many great things that have been said about the quality. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that their description clearly says the bowls I purchased will fit in a standard dishwasher which is why I wanted to replace my current one. But they don't 😕 my fault for not measuring but bummed about this.

Everything I've purchased from East Fork has been stunningly made. They're simple, but durable and beautiful. Their team exceeds expectations from operations to marketing. I'll never stop buying their pieces.

These ceramic vessels are expensive, but so worth it - I love the brand’s mission and how intentional they are on supporting both their own employees and their community in North Carolina. The pots are gorgeous - I have several of the mugs and they are heavy, comfortable to hold, keep coffee hot a long time, can go in the dishwasher, and feel so luxurious and pleasurable to use.
