I've been without my medication for over a month because they decided to assign me an out of state therapist who can't prescribe in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the US. Both my pharmacist and I have been (or attempted to be, it's very difficult to get any type of assistance) in contact with them several times a week for the last 6 weeks and this very simple problem is unfixed because they don't seem to care to do anything about it even when they have stated they will have it resolved immediately. Absolutely terrible service and I do not recommend it.

I got to see a provider 2/8 months that I stayed with done. On 4 of those months I had to cease treatment. At some point they had a single provider in my area (a capitol of a large state) and that provider refused to see anyone, eventually leaving to start her own practice. Providers cancel all the time, which may be surprising to new patients until they realize that done is literally scraping the bottom of the barrel by underpaying and overworking their providers. The bottom line is that you will get much better service if you just see a local doctor. The customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m sure this company does good work in San francisco. Anywhere else, prepare to feel like you don’t matter at all. Through email or phone, customer service reps from a clearly outsourced third world country will literally just read a prompt to you over and over again no matter what question you actually ask. Prepare for 3 day pauses between email response. Prepare for service reps to literally pretend to fix problems just to shut you up (i.e. “I’ve confirmed we’ve sent a prescription to your pharmacy” when none was received—this happened multiple times). Looking back at my experience, I think this service was as close to a straight up scam as I’ve ever managed to get caught up in. Please do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague.

This company is honestly the worst. Do expect to be treated as a number and do expect them to get your money and ghost you. The providers do not care about. It’s impossible to get an appointment!! Once you swipe that card and speak with the provider for 10 min that is it!! They will push you a med based on a 5 min test, and if that med doesn’t work or you get a serious adverse effect like hear palpitations good luck! Cuz they will insist you continue the med, you will be unable to to make another appointment and they will charge you regardless if you are receiving meds or speaking with a provider. If you complain to them, they will say they are going to schedule an appointment only to cancel it the day of and reschedule a few times and then leave you an zoom for over an hour waiting just to cancel it again!!!! Save yourself the money, the heart ache and the the time. Don’t mess with a company only wanting to capitalize on individuals are are in need of help

I will have you know that my experience with Done First has been very impractical and an insufficient source of well-being. I was not able to schedule appointments with my doctor via portal and they gave me a new doctor that made unruly assumptions of me after skimming through my files. The first medication prescribed to me was terrible with agitating/mood swing side effects. The second medication my initial doctor prescribed me was more efficient; however the "new doctor" refused to prescribe the medication and was very unreasonable the whole visit. The second medication prescribed was not refilled within a timely fashion of being a member. So, all in all it was a waste of time and money if you ask me. You are better off going to your primary physician. It shouldn't be that hard. Also, their support team is worrisome, their texts' do not come in properly and they will call you at inconvenient times. It seems like just another scammer platform. You won't be able to cancel in a timely manner or be refunded for your purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. It’s a scam. There’s no number to call if you have an issue; just a very basic designed portal that you can only submit requests for. I keep submitting requests and I can’t get them resolved. They don’t do anything on the call but tell you “we will submit a request and you will receive an email” and you never get the email. In the meantime of you waiting, you will still get charged a monthly fee of $79. They don’t even find or call the pharmacies for you to check to ensure the prescription is in stock. You have to do all of the work yourself. They even hang up on you because they are only allowed 10 min per call even though they’ve done nothing to resolve the issue, & they spend minutes with you on hold to “read over the policy”. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I have been with done for almost a year and I would say that I did not have a single month that went well. To be completely fair, this was basically the only way for me to get diagnosed and get this treatment without insurance. The medication and diagnosis were both life changing and that is the only reason they are getting one star. There is no way to get in contact quickly with your medical provider. When you send a message they tell you that you will hear back in 3 days but I would say on average you will hear back in a week and the response likely will not answer your question. There is a phone number that you can call but it isn't listed on your website and you can only leave a voicemail. The voicemail says you will get a call back in 24 hours but I will tell you right now that I left around 15 messages over my time with done and I never one time got a call back. Ever. They will not help you, even though the FAQ page says they will, find another pharmacy. I finally quit this service after the 4th time I went more than a month without my medication due to only their negligence and ignoring me. I have to pay a large monthly sum to them and then pay another large sum for the medication so its not worth it. Currently I have been waiting 7 weeks for a one month supply of my prescription that they already charged my card $70 for but I never received. I have sent countless emails and they truly just do not care about you or your mental health. I even came to one of my provider meetings where she said that she would not be turning on her sound or video. She asked me what symptoms I have been experiencing and I told her that I was experiencing some heightened anxiety when i first started adderall, something that is very common for people taking a stimulant and especially in the beginning when your body isnt used to it. She said that I just need to take an anxiety drug and offered a prescription right then. She was already aware that I have tried multiple different medications and ssri's. I think its irresponsible to throw around prescriptions with side effects like that so flippantly without having even a conversation with your patient. The whole experience reminds me that they are truly here to take your money and take advantage of vulnerable position people are in when seeking treatment.

I AM WARNING ANYONE WHO TRIES TO USE THIS SITE, THIS IS A SCAM. I was charged even when the so called experienced provider no-showed. When I finally did get a “live”” appointment with the provider-who was almost 10 minutes late I was then mysteriously cut off just as I was going over the medication so, not only did I pay the $199 service fee and then the $99 for each of my 3 so-called appointments even though they were the ones that no-show 2 times for a whopping total of $500. I also walked away with no therapy and no medication and despite my myriad of attempts to call, text and email them no human ever spoke to me live!! And despite my myriad of attempts to call, text and email them no human ever spoke to me live it’s easier to set your money on fire then give it to these con artists.

Customer

This company is horrible. I was online and started the process of making an appointment. I stopped mid registration and they considered me a no show and would not issue a refund. The charge was $199 for an initial fee which was not clear during the registration process. There was no information about amount when registering or even an email detailing charges. The registration process wouldn’t let me exit or go back to cancel. Their customer service is practically non-existent. They don’t have a phone number to call. You can email but they give you the run around. You can make an appointment for them to call you but they will cancel or reschedule it. They’ll keep emailing you to say that your ticket is closed and the issue was resolved but it wasn’t. 0 out of 5 would recommend!

An absolute disgrace to the medical community. This company exist only to charge patients for bogus appointments that never take place. If you close your account they will erase all your medical records so not to share with REAL healthcare providers. Stay away from them at all cost.

Every month they deny me my medication. The providers are horrible and won’t send them to the pharmacy on time, make you schedule appointments the delay your meds even more, don’t respond to your complaints or help requests, and charge you in full for it.

Patient

Their customer service is subpar at best! It’s been 18 days since getting my prescription and I needed a pharmacy change due to the shortage (I was unaware of) All I’m getting is apologies from them which take 48 hours for them to even give me that. I need my records released to go to an actual office for care and they skate around that by making it briefly seem as if they are getting my prescription moved over. All of this on top of the fact it took almost 3 weeks of me reactivating my account to even get someone to attempt to get an appointment set up. Clearly they are too busy to handle the volume of service in which they’ve taken on.

Feedback

It would be nice if they didn’t take days to respond with just an apology. Actual action would be decent considering it’s a paid membership.

Normally, I get frustrated when people say that they would give zero stars if they were able to, but this is the one time it's true. I reached out over a month ago to done because I felt like I was needing help. They reached back out fairly quickly, set up an appointment and were very prompt. We spoke for about half an hour, I was diagnosed and was told that help was coming. Help never came. I was never able to get my prescription filled, and when I reached back out to my provider she suggested using an online pharmacy. After I set that up, my ability to send any messages on my portal went away. I was told that I would hear back from a provider ASAP, and 2 weeks later there was nothing. I asked multiple times for help, and turned it into just asking for it to be canceled and refunded since they were never able to provide anything to me. They said they would forward my request to the department to process that, and a few days later I get an e-mail asking if I would like a 1 month free extension, which fell on the same day they charged me $79.00 for the next month. I've already let them know I'm going to reach out to my bank, and the BBB. I let them know that at some point, they are going to have someone who really needs help, they are going to ignore them, and something tragic will happen, and the blood will be in there hands. Please, please please people I beg of you, listen to these reviews. Do not, I repeat DO NOT reach out to them. I've never written a review like this, but this has been a horrible experience, and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of them.

Feedback

What could they have done better? Actually respond to the patients, and care for there needs? The service is trash, and the second they rob you of your money, they leave you and never respond back. Each e-mail response seems like they never read the rest of the chain.

Absolute scam. As soon as they get (steal) your money, the app suddenly doesn’t operate. Agents don’t respond by text, email, or phone call except to explain that they can’t cancel your membership because you didn’t provide a reason (despite multiple reasons in multiple communications for multiple days and photographic evidence) or to tell you you’ll hear back within 48 hours (you 100% will not). Once they have your money, the app immediately conveniently cycles on itself refusing to load. Then if you attempt to follow cancellation links from the spam emails from multiple numbers they send you, it just forces you to try to enter more personal information and never allows you to get to a cancellation page. Please please report to BBB and cancel all cards immediately if you are scammed by these people. I have requested immediate cancellation and full refund by email, phone and text message more than 10 times in the past week with no support whatsoever from the scam artists at Done. Reach out to me if you’d like to join a class action lawsuit.

I was able to fill my prescription about 3 times before they just stopped responding. Reached out to them 5 different times but nothing so far. It's upsetting because I just paid a full-year subscription (since the service seemed to be working prior to that). Perhaps making it public would cause them to actually do something about it.

This has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. All this company has done right is begin responding to my messages once they realized the problems they caused for me. The whole experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. I've already been diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed medication from another provider. I tried Done as a last resort because there is a national shortage of my medication and Done offers shipping. I've been trying to get help from their support team about multiple issues for weeks, and I still cannot verify that anything has actually been done. Here is a summary: - Paid $200 for a 30-minute consultation, opened the video chat 10 minutes before my scheduled time (on 2/27), and kept it open for the whole 30 minutes. No one showed up. - Rescheduled the appointment for 2/28 and then met with a provider for around 12 minutes. Was told that I could not get medication for 7 days and would need to schedule another appointment. OK. - Was charged an ADDITIONAL $125 with no explanation, no receipt, and for no reason discernible from their website/policies. - Reached out multiple times to the support team about the extra charge and scheduling an appointment, every message was ignored until I finally received a macro response that claimed they were "looking into it." - Tried to schedule an appointment myself numerous times, using every resource/method available to me. Reached out to support again through the website and email. - Scheduled a call, where I was told that the representative could not help me live, and that she would pass this on to the proper team. - It's been weeks since I first reached out. Many calls/emails later I still have no appointment, no resolution, and no clarity on what is happening. Now all I want is my money back. My bank also informed me that they provided documentation when I tried to charge back the $125 and I would love to see what they provided, because I haven't seen any explanation at all. 3/21 Update: Someone at Done saw this review and ostensibly they are taking action now. I scheduled an urgent call from that link right away, the representative who called me was more helpful and responsive than anyone has been prior to now. She offered to reschedule again with no additional fee, but I won't consider that until I am at least refunded for the overcharge. I explained the situation and let her know that all I am looking for is a refund at this point. She patiently explained that the $125 charge was a rescheduling fee because they thought I no-showed for the initial appointment. I certainly understand how this error could happen, but that should have somehow been communicated to me when they charged my card 3 weeks ago. I should have at LEAST been sent a receipt. The minimum satisfactory resolution, which I've been asking for, is for Done to refund the full $125 overcharge, in addition to a prorated amount of the $200 for the unused time. In these exact words, I was told that the $125 charge would "FOR SURE" be refunded and the refund on the $200 charge is "pending approval." I'm unclear on how much they would refund or how long this process will take. I've gotten multiple answers. 3/22 Update: Still wasting my time, no evidence of progress. I got an email this morning that says the $125 CANNOT be refunded because of a no show (??), which is the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone yesterday. To reiterate, I showed up ten minutes early on 2/27 and the doctor did NOT show up at all during the 30 minutes. The rep I've talked to over the phone is kind, but I have yet to see any real action taken by the company. Supposedly my case is being looked over by the billing team, but I've been told this so many times that I don't really buy it. These guys have asked me for everything under the sun-- personal information, screenshots of my browser history, messages, etc; and a reference number (??) which doesn't make sense because there is no visible number attached to any appointments or support requests. I've provided them all I can, while they do everything in their power to take down my review and try to show they are in the right. Instead of helping me as their patient, they have chosen to launch a full-on investigation over $125, wasting my time and that of their reps. Each call, they ask the same questions I've been answering repeatedly. They want a screenshot I don't have to prove I was at the appointment. So in short, it's my fault for not EXPECTING to be overcharged. As much as I want to believe this company puts their patients first, it has been several weeks since I first asked for a refund and their course of action borders on accusatory. I will update this review depending on their resolution or lack thereof. TL;DR: So far this company has charged me $325, including a $125 "no-show" fee (without an explanation or receipt), for rescheduling my appointment after THEIR DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP. I have wasted at least 12 hours of my time going back and forth with their support team, as the company "investigates" and tries to have my reviews taken down. I have been fighting for my money back over 3 weeks now, and have yet to see any sort of refund. The ONLY thing this company can point to, for the $325 I've paid, is the "30 minute" video consultation that had no results and lasted maybe 12 minutes. I never got a prescription filled with Done, nor do I plan to deal with them ever again. This company has no values and does not treat its patients like human beings. There is a special place in h*ll for the people who run this, and I have a feeling they won't be around for long. They'll take advantage of you by withdrawing money they are not entitled to-- when you ask for it back, they'll go to great lengths to make you give up. STAY. AWAY.

DO NOT CONSIDER Done. They have unethical business practices, will waste your time, and go to huge lengths to avoid refunding overcharges.

Hello, first of all I am a true patient that sought help via Done online because of living in a rural area not supported easily by doctors familiar with ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety disorder many year ago from the Veterans administration. I am a multiple war veteran of 12 years service. The VA offers only Adderall to treat ADHD. I wanted to explore other options which aren't offered by that organization. So I pursued donefirst.com or as I call them donefirst.con because I paid them $180 for a consultation I didn't need to find out I have a disorder I have been diagnosed with for many years. I was partnered with a Nigerian who supposedly happened to have gone to the same school as me and was from my town in Nebraska.... Then after they "diagnosed" me they failed to submit a prescription for the suggested medication. Which btw was an insanely low dose of meds compared to what the VA has had me on for many years. I am still yet to receive any prescription whatsoever for any medication. I quite the VA's treatment plan to receive better treatment at a significant cost and I have been completely failed by this scam company. I doubt that the person I had a video call with is a legitimate doctor. It's been several weeks and my pharmacy says they have received nothing from this make believe company and "doctor" Please DO NOT USR THIS WEBSITE they will scam you and never deliver any prescription. Helpful Veteran.

Worst company ever. I have been woth them for several months now and EVERY SINGLE MONTH they have failed to send in my refill. The only way I get it is by hounding them on the phone a d via email until someone gets back to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
