Done.

This has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. All this company has done right is begin responding to my messages once they realized the problems they caused for me. The whole experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. I've already been diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed medication from another provider. I tried Done as a last resort because there is a national shortage of my medication and Done offers shipping. I've been trying to get help from their support team about multiple issues for weeks, and I still cannot verify that anything has actually been done. Here is a summary: - Paid $200 for a 30-minute consultation, opened the video chat 10 minutes before my scheduled time (on 2/27), and kept it open for the whole 30 minutes. No one showed up. - Rescheduled the appointment for 2/28 and then met with a provider for around 12 minutes. Was told that I could not get medication for 7 days and would need to schedule another appointment. OK. - Was charged an ADDITIONAL $125 with no explanation, no receipt, and for no reason discernible from their website/policies. - Reached out multiple times to the support team about the extra charge and scheduling an appointment, every message was ignored until I finally received a macro response that claimed they were "looking into it." - Tried to schedule an appointment myself numerous times, using every resource/method available to me. Reached out to support again through the website and email. - Scheduled a call, where I was told that the representative could not help me live, and that she would pass this on to the proper team. - It's been weeks since I first reached out. Many calls/emails later I still have no appointment, no resolution, and no clarity on what is happening. Now all I want is my money back. My bank also informed me that they provided documentation when I tried to charge back the $125 and I would love to see what they provided, because I haven't seen any explanation at all. 3/21 Update: Someone at Done saw this review and ostensibly they are taking action now. I scheduled an urgent call from that link right away, the representative who called me was more helpful and responsive than anyone has been prior to now. She offered to reschedule again with no additional fee, but I won't consider that until I am at least refunded for the overcharge. I explained the situation and let her know that all I am looking for is a refund at this point. She patiently explained that the $125 charge was a rescheduling fee because they thought I no-showed for the initial appointment. I certainly understand how this error could happen, but that should have somehow been communicated to me when they charged my card 3 weeks ago. I should have at LEAST been sent a receipt. The minimum satisfactory resolution, which I've been asking for, is for Done to refund the full $125 overcharge, in addition to a prorated amount of the $200 for the unused time. In these exact words, I was told that the $125 charge would "FOR SURE" be refunded and the refund on the $200 charge is "pending approval." I'm unclear on how much they would refund or how long this process will take. I've gotten multiple answers. 3/22 Update: Still wasting my time, no evidence of progress. I got an email this morning that says the $125 CANNOT be refunded because of a no show (??), which is the exact opposite of what I was told over the phone yesterday. To reiterate, I showed up ten minutes early on 2/27 and the doctor did NOT show up at all during the 30 minutes. The rep I've talked to over the phone is kind, but I have yet to see any real action taken by the company. Supposedly my case is being looked over by the billing team, but I've been told this so many times that I don't really buy it. These guys have asked me for everything under the sun-- personal information, screenshots of my browser history, messages, etc; and a reference number (??) which doesn't make sense because there is no visible number attached to any appointments or support requests. I've provided them all I can, while they do everything in their power to take down my review and try to show they are in the right. Instead of helping me as their patient, they have chosen to launch a full-on investigation over $125, wasting my time and that of their reps. Each call, they ask the same questions I've been answering repeatedly. They want a screenshot I don't have to prove I was at the appointment. So in short, it's my fault for not EXPECTING to be overcharged. As much as I want to believe this company puts their patients first, it has been several weeks since I first asked for a refund and their course of action borders on accusatory. I will update this review depending on their resolution or lack thereof. TL;DR: So far this company has charged me $325, including a $125 "no-show" fee (without an explanation or receipt), for rescheduling my appointment after THEIR DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP. I have wasted at least 12 hours of my time going back and forth with their support team, as the company "investigates" and tries to have my reviews taken down. I have been fighting for my money back over 3 weeks now, and have yet to see any sort of refund. The ONLY thing this company can point to, for the $325 I've paid, is the "30 minute" video consultation that had no results and lasted maybe 12 minutes. I never got a prescription filled with Done, nor do I plan to deal with them ever again. This company has no values and does not treat its patients like human beings. There is a special place in h*ll for the people who run this, and I have a feeling they won't be around for long. They'll take advantage of you by withdrawing money they are not entitled to-- when you ask for it back, they'll go to great lengths to make you give up. STAY. AWAY.

DO NOT CONSIDER Done. They have unethical business practices, will waste your time, and go to huge lengths to avoid refunding overcharges.
