Done. Reviews

1.1

Done asserts it provides telehealth ADHD care but reviews show it often fails: reviewers praise a few effective diagnoses and medications, yet overwhelmingly report missed prescriptions, repeated provider no-shows, and unresponsive or deceptive customer service. These reviews indicate the service can deliver helpful treatment for some patients but is unreliable and administratively harmful for many — buy only if you accept significant risk of interrupted medication and poor support.

  • I started Done after seeing an ad, I didnt do my research. I signed up, was prescribed medication, but no pharmacy near me would accept a script from Done. None. Even ones listed on the Done site as approved would reject the script. The predatory issue happened when I tried to cancel. After clicking deactivate, a popup convinced me to just pause my account. However, what they don't tell you anywhere on the page is that your account will un-pause itself after one month and resume charging your credit card. To make matters worse, while your account is paused, you don't have access to the deactivate account option. So once you hit pause, you are actually committing to another month at least. I'm out hundreds of dollars with no service provided. I contacted support, who confirmed this is not a mistake, this is a feature. Below is the most recent email, several months into this saga: Hi, Greetings from Done! We wanted to inform you about the process when you choose to pause your membership. When your membership is paused, your account access will be temporarily deactivated for a period of 1 month. After this period, your membership will be automatically reactivated, and you will be charged for the monthly membership as usual. During the pause period, please note that you will not be able to schedule appointments, communicate with your provider, or request refills. This is a standard procedure to ensure a smooth reactivation of your account after the pause. If you have any concerns or questions about this process, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. Maria Catherine Joy Done. Customer Success | ADHD, managed

  • This company is a scam! They will charge your card, but you won't hear anything back from them. I requested a refill on 6/29/23 (same day as when they charged my card $79), and it is now 9 days later in the evening of 7/7/23. I have not heard anything back from Done other than a generic message letting me know that they're working on it and it might take up to 3 days to get the refill. It's been 9 days! This is such a hassle and an absolute waste of my time. Also, it's expensive for the "convenience." I added my receipt of payment as proof with my name and claim number blacked out as proof.

  • This app is a joke!!!! They charge and charge some more just to tell their patient they can no longer prescribe their medication because of another medication they are on but the provider was well aware of every med the patient was on! Did not give time to find a new provider NOTHING!!!! Do not waste your time or money. They are known as DONE/Mindful Health. They should be shut down completely!!!! They give false hope and that's not fair to the PAYING patients!!! I believe a class action lawsuit should be started!!!!!

  • They charge monthly and still refused to provide any service for months. At first, it seemed fast and convenient. I met with a doctor who prescribed me Adderall for my ADHD. He mostly sent refills when requested. However, he would not meet with me after the first appointment. I would schedule appointments and he would cancel them and make changes to my meds based on my comments. Then, I requested a refill and got no confirmation for days. I requested again, and again, heard nothing. I was out of meds at that point. A few days later, I got a notice that my doctor was not with Done anymore and that I was being transferred. The nurse practitioner they matched me with didn't have availability for 6 weeks. They would not give me a refill in the interim. I finally met with her and the appointment was good. She adjusted my medication and we planned a follow up appointment for about 8 weeks later. I got confirmation of the appointment multiple times the week before, the day before, and even two hours before. I logged in at the appointment time and I got an error saying the appointment had been cancelled. No information other than that and no warning. I logged into Done and found that it said I was being transferred to a new practitioner. I clicked on the schedule a meeting and there were no appointments available. I scheduled a call with customer service for the next day. The next day, I logged onto Done and found that my new practitioner had exactly one appointment available and it was 4 weeks away. When they called, I explained the situation. I told them I had an appointment for a medication adjustment that was cancelled without notice. I needed not just a refill, but a doctor who could help figure out the problems I was having, and I needed it sooner than a month from now. The person on the phone apologized profusely and said he would try to find me an earlier appointment. The next day, I got an email confirmation that my practitioner had changed (first time they'd officially notified me of that) and that my appointment was confirmed for a month from now. I also got an email saying my ticket was being closed because I had an appointment so my issue had been resolved. I replied that my issue was not resolved and that this was not what I had discussed. They replied to the email chain and said they would keep the ticket open, but could not schedule an earlier appointment for me, so what did I want to do. I told them if they could not get me an earlier appointment, then close my account because I'm not paying for a service they're not providing. I heard nothing for several days. Then I got a reply to my email, saying they hadn't heard from me and asking if I wanted the ticket to remain open. I replied that I had responded and I was waiting for their response. Several more days pass. They reply again (all of this is in the same email chain!) saying that since they haven't heard from me, they are closing the ticket and considering the issue resolved. I went in and manually closed my account. Done is, at best, an open prescription pad, and at worst, a monthly subscription service that refuses to provide service whenever they feel like it. I ended up paying for 3 months where they did nothing for me. They also don't take insurance, so all of that was out of pocket. I would advise anyone not to rely on this service.
