Done. appears to have a major issue with billing customers even after cancellation and not providing the expected service. A member of their staff was being hostile, rude, and ignorant (Alaba Kehinde). They were treating me for ADHD and wouldn’t let me explain myself before they refused to give me my prescribed medication and interrogated me. They should not be interacting with patients or have a medical license. Alaba should be fired, he is incompetent and beyond rude. He wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and refused to believe anything I said even though I had evidence as to what I was saying. It was a demeaning and horrible experience. I’ve been taking my medication for years and this is the only provider I’ve ever had an issue with and I’m now experiencing terrible withdrawal symptoms after not being allowed to receive my medication. His actions should be illegal. 

Signed up because it is hard to find resources in CA due to the shortage. App sets you up with everything. It isn't until you get inside the 24 hour window of your first appointment that they'll send you an email saying no major pharmacy will fulfill their prescription. I called my health insurance company and the customer service agent had nothing good to say about them. How bad do you have to be for a health insurance company to think you are trash. Immediately cancelled my account and ate the bill. 

Woke up a month later and they are still trying to bill my card. No human will pick up. And if you do any search for their people, the only person I could find on them publically was titled a "chargeback specialist." So they know they are trash and they hire people to be shady. 

Beware, the company is terrible.

Done is horrible. Their site doesn't work. They will steal your money. They make you pay for consultation even if you are not able to get your medication near you and will not refund you if you are not able to get your medication. This place is so erratic and all over the place, better just to find somewhere else. Dont wast your money

they won't let you cancel within 48 hrs and they take  your money. the website is garbage 

Waste of time and money.  had consultation and so far no prescription.  takes 3 days to get any response.  had to fill out HIPPA form and get clearances from a cardiologist and so far nothing.   they don’t read my questions completely and don’t really answer my questions or help me.  Better and easier going to a local dr. they didn’t help me and made me $200 poorer.

I can’t complain! The provider I saw legitimately worked with me. Made my feelings/thoughts/& concerns feel validated.  After having my initial consultation & prescription being sent to a local Walgreens (that yes, did refuse to fill my RX)  I sent a message explaining my situation & asked that my RX be sent to a different local pharmacy. Within 16 hours I had a message informing me my RX was sent to the pharmacy I requested-my insurance covered 100% cost of the RX & I was able to pick it up the following AM. I paid $200 for the consultation & it was more than well worth it. I absolutely LOVE & appreciate my provider for being so caring & understanding! 

It's a pill mill, and a cash grab. Charges $79 a month even after you stop using the service. I thought I would get charged per appointment, but once you have your initial appointment and get a prescription they just keep charging you even if you stop. I've been paying $79/month for a year for nothing. Didn't realize it until my card expired. Taking advantage of people with ADHD because they know they'll forget.

I started Done after seeing an ad, I didnt do my research. I signed up, was prescribed medication, but no pharmacy near me would accept a script from Done. None. Even ones listed on the Done site as approved would reject the script.

The predatory issue happened when I tried to cancel. After clicking deactivate, a popup convinced me to just pause my account. However, what they don't tell you anywhere on the page is that your account will un-pause itself after one month and resume charging your credit card. To make matters worse, while your account is paused, you don't have access to the deactivate account option. So once you hit pause, you are actually committing to another month at least.

I'm out hundreds of dollars with no service provided.

I contacted support, who confirmed this is not a mistake, this is a feature. Below is the most recent email, several months into this saga:

Greetings from Done! We wanted to inform you about the process when you choose to pause your membership. When your membership is paused, your account access will be temporarily deactivated for a period of 1 month. After this period, your membership will be automatically reactivated, and you will be charged for the monthly membership as usual.

During the pause period, please note that you will not be able to schedule appointments, communicate with your provider, or request refills. This is a standard procedure to ensure a smooth reactivation of your account after the pause.

Done. is a scam. They stole $100 from me. They don't guarantee any service and they don't use any real doctors or certified nurses. Especially now that telehealth ADHD medication has been shut down in most states, this place is just a site designed to steal money and take you on a wild goose chase. Avoid at all costs. 

Over my 9 month experience with Done, I had two providers and each ghosted me for an extended term before exiting and leaving me to restart their consultation process a third time. Refills are never on time forcing you to spend hours every month engaging with their horrendous support process where they allow themselves 72hrs between each reply. No brick and mortar pharmacy will accept their prescriptions so I was referred to an online service which they managed up front but eventually punted me to transact with directly with no notice or coordination, which created another long gap in prescription availability. Altogether too painful and unreliable. 

Paid and asked for my refill on Tuesday at 10am.  Its is 7:30 pm on Friday,  have requested my refill twice today. They keep saying the refill will be sent to the pharmacy shortly, My pharmacy closes in a half hour. Still nothing. 

Thanks you fucking pill mill. 

Scammers. Stole over $400 from me. They never respond, they illegally withhold your records, they don't fill your prescriptions or provide care. Their leading executives just got arrested for fraud.. no surprise there!

Wow. I wish I'd read the reviews here first. I would not have given them my card #. Now I'm genuinely scared. They double charged me for something then just said the charge is non-refundable. I deeply regret getting involved. How is this legal? Isn't there recourse? Some agency that can stop them? 

Didn't refill a (non-adderall) monthly med after multiple requests over several weeks. Terrible customer service. Provider cancelled appointment day of saying they were getting married. Incredibly careless and negligent. 

I'd give DONE Telehealth negative stars if I could. They love taking my money each and every month but can't seem to handle ANYTHING that isn't automated on there end.

I've had issues many times over the last year for them to simply update something on there end to get my perspiration and they just can't seem to do it. Currently, I've been waiting over a week for them to change the pharmacy.

They LITERALLY keep sending me the same email every other day that they're sorry for the delay in getting to it and will start promptly. I've gotten that same message three times this last week.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had issues with done first in the past several months with pharmacy’s refusing to fill prescriptions provided from Done First, likely due to their shady dealings. When I was informed that my pharmacy no longer accepted done first, I was told that I WOULD HAVE TO FIND AN ALTERNATE PHARMACY ON MY OWN..like it’s my fault that no one will work with them. After finding an alternate pharmacy and literally giving them all of the information, the customer service fails to do their job. I have had to repeatedly send emails and set up calls for updates because they literally do nothing until begged. The experience I’ve had with their customer service has been ridiculous..they refuse to respond until about the fifth email and when they do, it’s a generic “we’re working on it”. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of care when it comes to their patients..if done care ever wants to survive, they need to get rid of their horrible staff and get people that are competent 

They charge monthly and still refused to provide any service for months.

At first, it seemed fast and convenient. I met with a doctor who prescribed me Adderall for my ADHD. He mostly sent refills when requested. However, he would not meet with me after the first appointment. I would schedule appointments and he would cancel them and make changes to my meds based on my comments. Then, I requested a refill and got no confirmation for days. I requested again, and again, heard nothing. I was out of meds at that point. A few days later, I got a notice that my doctor was not with Done anymore and that I was being transferred. The nurse practitioner they matched me with didn't have availability for 6 weeks. They would not give me a refill in the interim.

I finally met with her and the appointment was good. She adjusted my medication and we planned a follow up appointment for about 8 weeks later. I got confirmation of the appointment multiple times the week before, the day before, and even two hours before. I logged in at the appointment time and I got an error saying the appointment had been cancelled. No information other than that and no warning. I logged into Done and found that it said I was being transferred to a new practitioner. I clicked on the schedule a meeting and there were no appointments available. I scheduled a call with customer service for the next day.

The next day, I logged onto Done and found that my new practitioner had exactly one appointment available and it was 4 weeks away. When they called, I explained the situation. I told them I had an appointment for a medication adjustment that was cancelled without notice. I needed not just a refill, but a doctor who could help figure out the problems I was having, and I needed it sooner than a month from now. The person on the phone apologized profusely and said he would try to find me an earlier appointment.

The next day, I got an email confirmation that my practitioner had changed (first time they'd officially notified me of that) and that my appointment was confirmed for a month from now. I also got an email saying my ticket was being closed because I had an appointment so my issue had been resolved. I replied that my issue was not resolved and that this was not what I had discussed. They replied to the email chain and said they would keep the ticket open, but could not schedule an earlier appointment for me, so what did I want to do. I told them if they could not get me an earlier appointment, then close my account because I'm not paying for a service they're not providing. I heard nothing for several days. Then I got a reply to my email, saying they hadn't heard from me and asking if I wanted the ticket to remain open. I replied that I had responded and I was waiting for their response. Several more days pass. They reply again (all of this is in the same email chain!) saying that since they haven't heard from me, they are closing the ticket and considering the issue resolved.

I went in and manually closed my account. Done is, at best, an open prescription pad, and at worst, a monthly subscription service that refuses to provide service whenever they feel like it. I ended up paying for 3 months where they did nothing for me. They also don't take insurance, so all of that was out of pocket. I would advise anyone not to rely on this service.

This company is a scam!  They will charge your card, but you won't hear anything back from them.  I requested a refill on 6/29/23 (same day as when they charged my card $79), and it is now 9 days later in the evening of 7/7/23.  I have not heard anything back from Done other than a generic message letting me know that they're working on it and it might take up to 3 days to get the refill.  It's been 9 days!  This is such a hassle and an absolute waste of my time.  Also, it's expensive for the "convenience."  I added my receipt of payment as proof with my name and claim number blacked out as proof.

Do NOT use this company. It's an absolute rip off and a total scam. I reached out to Done after seeing an advertisement to seek a diagnosis for 200$. Totally misleading ad because after the diagnosis you'll be immediately signed up for 80$/month membership payments. On top of that they will not inform you that most common pharmacies WILL NOT work with them. The first week of my membership I spent waiting for my prescription to be filled. When I reached out to them about it they told me my pharmacy (Walgreens) and most other common pharmacies will not accept prescriptions from them anymore. At their request, Monday of the second week I sent them the name of a pharmacy they could contact under my insurance. Friday of that week I reached out again asking if they had heard back and if they hadn't to just refund me my membership fees so I would go elsewhere. Monday of the third week I heard back from them saying they couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy, so I sent them a list of the pharmacies my insurance accepted that weren't cvs or walgreens or others like them. I still hadn't heard back from them by Friday, so I demanded that I get a refund and to cancel my membership and remove my payment information. They gave me half of my membership fees back ($40) for wasting three weeks of my time and putting me through immense stress and hassle. I will be disputing that payment since I did not receive the product I paid for, but I doubt I will be getting my money back. This company is unethical. It's clear to me that they did not really pursue assisting me in contacting the pharmacies that I provided or helping me to find a pharmacy that would work with them and my insurance because I wouldn't pay out the posterior to have them ship my medications to me from their pharmacy. Not only that, they should be up front in disclosing the fact that so many pharmacies will not work with them. Literally go ANYWHERE else but here. Save your money, time and stress.
