Do NOT use this company. It's an absolute rip off and a total scam. I reached out to Done after seeing an advertisement to seek a diagnosis for 200$. Totally misleading ad because after the diagnosis you'll be immediately signed up for 80$/month membership payments. On top of that they will not inform you that most common pharmacies WILL NOT work with them. The first week of my membership I spent waiting for my prescription to be filled. When I reached out to them about it they told me my pharmacy (Walgreens) and most other common pharmacies will not accept prescriptions from them anymore. At their request, Monday of the second week I sent them the name of a pharmacy they could contact under my insurance. Friday of that week I reached out again asking if they had heard back and if they hadn't to just refund me my membership fees so I would go elsewhere. Monday of the third week I heard back from them saying they couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy, so I sent them a list of the pharmacies my insurance accepted that weren't cvs or walgreens or others like them. I still hadn't heard back from them by Friday, so I demanded that I get a refund and to cancel my membership and remove my payment information. They gave me half of my membership fees back ($40) for wasting three weeks of my time and putting me through immense stress and hassle. I will be disputing that payment since I did not receive the product I paid for, but I doubt I will be getting my money back. This company is unethical. It's clear to me that they did not really pursue assisting me in contacting the pharmacies that I provided or helping me to find a pharmacy that would work with them and my insurance because I wouldn't pay out the posterior to have them ship my medications to me from their pharmacy. Not only that, they should be up front in disclosing the fact that so many pharmacies will not work with them. Literally go ANYWHERE else but here. Save your money, time and stress.
