Reviews mention

  • Crisp, cooling percale comfort
  • Softening, luxurious sateen finish
  • Plush, guest-pleasing towels
  • Thoughtful, convenient sheet labeling
  • Inconsistent fabric durability
  • Fragile duvet button closures
  • Occasional discoloration and staining
  • Linty, shedding linen material

Brooklinen earns mixed reviews: many praise the sheets (especially Classic Percale and Luxe Sateen) for crisp, cool comfort that softens with washing and improves sleep, plus standout towels, pillows, and down comforters. However, reviews also flag durability issues—tears at seams, thinning, discoloration, lint/shedding, and flimsy duvet buttons—along with stiff break‑in for percale and limited style options; buyers seeking long-term robustness may want to weigh these trade-offs.

  • For the money, Brooklinen is tough to beat - you are getting full sets, duvet covers, the works, for a fraction of the competition's price. The specialty prints are just enough of a move away from the very mundane neutrals dominating the "chic bedrooms on the internet" vibe.

I've bought probably 3-4 sets of Brooklinen sheets, and the first set(s) did not last as long as I would have hoped - small holes tearing along the seams for instance. However, a cheap, faulty old washing machine may be the reason for that!

  • The sheets are super high quality and soft. We had an issue with a set becoming discolored and the customer service was super quick to replace.

  • I have multiple core sheet sets (queen and king). They are the only sheets we sleep with now, and I have found that over 2 years, they are still holding up strong. They use natural fibers (which is greatly appreciated) and they feel wonderful to sleep in.

  • Lovely sheets, albeit a bit overpriced. I have a sateen duvet cover that still has the hotel-room crunchiness after 2 years.

  • Pricey, but really cozy, quality sheets. I've had mine for years and they've held up well!

  • Affordable bedding, but maybe not the highest quality. We have some Brooklinen sheets and end up replacing them roughly once a year. But, for basics that you know you're going to use a lot, that ends up being a better deal than investing in really expensive sheets or towels or whatever. It's also great to have on hand as extras for guests or whatever.

  • Good but not worth the money. My Brooklinen sheets ripped in the wash after around a year of regular use.

No more comfortable than cheaper sheets

  • I've been using Brooklinen sheets for the last 4+ years, and I will likely continue buying them for years to come. The quality of the luxe sheets is high, though they are a bit expensive for what they are. The real benefit of buying from Brooklinen is their customer service, which will expediently deal with any problems you have, even if you've had the sheets for years already.

  • I got the Classic Turkish Cotton Towel Bundle off of my wedding registry & I definitely like the towels, but I admittedly (as a scratchy towel lover) do miss my old towels just a bit. While I love the color and density of these towels (thin & not crazy fluffy is my jam), I think it will take a few years to break them into my ultimate towel preference - thin & scratchy enough to remove & absorb the water while drying off. I do think I'm in the minority here on towel preference and my previous towel set was 15+ years old - here's to hoping these last just as long and become a touch scratchier in the process.

  • I am the new owner of a Dreamweave Waffle Robe that I got on an amazing sale for only $84. It's great quality. I'm normally a size 8 and the size chart said to size up for a more relaxed fit, so I got a large, and I do regret that and think a medium would have been fine (which is what the chart recommends for size 8 women). There is a lottttt of extra fabric. The sleeves are also very long for me so I have to roll them up. It's very warm, probably not going to serve me much in my hot-ass apartment in summer, but I look forward to using it in the winter.

  • Sheets are very comfy and lovely. They seem to stain pretty easily and price point is a barrier. I would still recommend

  • I purchased a sheet and pillow case set. The material was thin and flimsy. Soft, yes and kept me cool but they feel like they'll fall apart in 5 washes.

  • I ordered the Luxe Starter Set and it was a massive upgrade from the budget, synthetic sheets I had bought off Amazon. They are smooth, soft, and cooling - the sheets are breathable and I never feel suffocated or too hot, even in the summers. In the past I’ve noticed how some sheets degrade in texture after a few washes, however these have held up for about year so far and still feel as good as new. As others have noted, I would recommend waiting for a sale, as they occur quite often.

  • I’ve had the percale sheets for 5ish years now and they are still my favorite! So crisp and smooth. The only reason for 4 stars is these freaking buttons for the duvet. They come apart so easily and it’s so frustrating. Also one of the inner strips ripped off so now we attach the duvet with safety pins. Not great! If Brooklinen had the option for a zipper duvet, I would only ever buy this brand.

  • I love the look, feel, quality, colors, and patterns Brooklinen offers. I've tried their comforter and sheets, and have been so impressed with all of them. They can be a bit pricey, but they often have sales and I try to wait until the sales to buy whatever I need.

    Sale or special offer
  • I bought their linen sheet sets and their down filled pillow. Honestly pretty good stuff so far. I have linen sheets from other online company as well and they are all pretty much similar quality. Better price imo

I have had it for a year, the only complain is probably the wrinkled. I air dry my sheets to help it last longe

  • Slept on my Brooklinen sheets for 2 years and they seemed to get dreamier and dreamier...until they started to completely wear threadbare. I've recently switched to Piglet sheets that feel a lot more durable from the get-go. That said, I did love things like the little tags on the inside of the sheets that tell you which side is which (for idiots like me who end up walking around the bedroom looking like a ghost trying to figure out which side goes where...), but now that I've experienced some different sheets, I'd only buy again if the price wasn't so high...

A bit expensive for the quality I think.

  • I actually have never purchased sheets from there but I have a pair of joggers I legit wear every day! It is called the Boerum Joggers. So soft and comfortable and I love the fit. I have worn them for over a year!

  • I have two bath towels from Brooklinen and what they say is true: the more often you wash these gorgeously fluffy towels, the better they get. They are luxurious and make me so happy, and every guest who has borrowed them has loved them too. Eager to try their bedding products!
