Chargers work very well and are stylish. Sometimes the connection of a USB C into the block gets loose.

Wonderful as an everyday shoe. Comfy and customer service is kind and helpful. Their styles tend to be limited which is a bit sad. Clothing is also quite comfortable and holds up well.

Recently purchased the smart brush to encourage super consistent and worthwhile brushing. Love that it connects to my phone for tracking and is rechargeable. Reusable floss pick is amazing, so much less wasteful. Does try to stick you with a subscription, but cancellations seem easy.

Hold up well and great for their use. Take FOREVER to dry after washing, and you definitely need to force them to stay open to do so.

Great bags that hold up well over time. They do fade a bit but have never torn over years of use.

I’ve been using The Rounds in Philly for going on two years now! Pros - customer service is superb; they’re efficient at responding (and do so via text!) and are quick to replace something or offer a refund if something is missing - sustainability is truly at their core - service is convenient for smaller households, I get (close to) the environmental and monetary benefits of buying in bulk without having to do so all at once and store the items - things are generally dropped off on time in the requested location, it’s overall quite dependable! Cons - their selection is slowly expanding, but there are definitely still items that are obviously missing or desired (would love to see hand sanitizer!) - if something goes out of stock, they often don’t tell you until it’s too late to order something similar. I ran out of hand soap because they were out of my chosen scent and just didn’t include any instead of just sending me unscented - $10/month can be a bit of a high fee if you don’t use a ton of items. I’d love to see an option for every other week at a reduced fee! - some items also feel a bit expensive without being particularly “fancier” or more sustainable (basics like pasta or cereal have seemed a bit high to me versus prices for a similar product)

Usually I’m a frugal shopper, but Jeni’s is always worth the price for me. Even the basic flavors are just unique enough and feel like such a luxury. Will forever be my favorite ice cream. And it’s almost as good out of the pint as it is from the actual ice cream storefront.

Toys are high quality and last a good amount of time (depending on your dog’s destructive tendencies of course). The treats were a big hit with my pup, and getting to do the unboxing is always a joy. Eventually it’s not a sustainable subscription if your dog doesn’t tear through toys, but it makes for a super fun occasional choice or a good gift! Customer service was always super responsive and got things figured out right away as well.
