I always prefer hard shell light weight suitcases so my stuff is protected but I don’t feel like I hit the weight limit before I even put anything inside. I like the internal organization features and the interesting color options (so I can spot my suitcase in the sea of black coming off the conveyer belt). I bought mine in one of their stores and had a great experience. We’ve taken it on 3 trips, 2 flights and so far it’s been great. We bought it to replace a $$ Samsonite so we had high expectations.

I love my carry on away suit case! It holds a lot and fits in every overhead bin. My only complaint is that it scuffs easily, but I did pick a light color, so the darker ones may not have this issue.

Away Minis: Over the years, I purchased the minis when they were available for gifts. The Mini is a hardcase container (miniature away suitcase material) that I ended stuffing goodies in for friends & family. They were cute. I ended up getting a few for myself that I use for travel. They don't carry them in inventory that often, so when you see them, buy them. The Everywhere Bag: I have the Everywhere Bag in Winter Night Leather (Limited edition color). It's a beautiful bag but I felt it was hard to travel with it. It's a shoulder bag so it can get heavy if you're not traveling with a suitcase carry-on to set it on top of. I rarely use it and prefer a backpack when I travel. It's well made but not for me.

I love this brand-- and I love my luggage. I understand the issues with the brand-- but the construction, the customer service, and SKU selection are all top tier.

I have two Away suitcases in the navy color - I love how they can be stored inside each other and I love how chic they look.

I have a suitcase and travel bag. Both are still in great shape with some care and medium travel. Their customer service is great and I look forward to their special launches and collaborations.

Their carry ons are sturdy and reliable. The wheels have stayed super smooth through dozens of trips. I got a beige one and it definitely gets dirty but I like that it comes with a magic eraser to keep it clean. The portable battery is also a great add - I use mine all the time.

I purchased in store and enjoyed their retail experience. I’ve had my carry on size bag for 3 years and have used it multiple times for short business trips and for international trips. The bag is great and still functions like the day I got it. The wheels are so smooth. I love my bag and would not use another luggage brand at this point.

I purchased a Bigger Carry-on from the Technicolor collection at their San Francisco location. The colorway I bought is fantastic and easily distinguishable (in case I need to check it). It holds quite a bit and still fits in the overhead compartment. Update 02/08/2023: The handle to this suitcase broke after a tumble down the stairs. After going into the store, and being turfed to online support, I was able to get a replacement fairly quickly and a return shipping label.

I've had my Away luggage (the smaller carry-on and another for checking in) for a few years now and they've held up great through many trips including international travel. The carry-on is a *bit* too small for a weekend trip if you're bringing boots or something larger, but I've made it work. My larger back cracked and Away replaced it and the process was super easy. I have the green and doesn't stand out super well, but better than black.

I bought an Away at the peak of all of their hype. It definitely has perks - I like the two different compartments, the colorful shell, and the easy-to-use lock system. I also love that they included a bag of chargers and converters - such a nice touch. They did a great job making a relatively stale, uninspiring product category fun and more fashionable.

I have the smallest carry-on. I love it, it's been to over 30 countries with me and has little to no signs of wear. Easy repairs at an away location too.

solid suitcases for travel. they are super stylish and i love all the compartments for different types of items so things really don't get lost. also love their baggage tags that are great for identifying your bag amongst all the ones that millennials carry.

The customer service and in-store buying experience (Bond St, NYC) is the best I've ever experienced. I purchased The Large in Black. Although it scruffed easily, the suitcase is very durable and fit all I needed for a 10-day vacation in an organized fashion.

Purchased 3 large suitcase for each member of the family and it works so great. Lightweight, elegant design, easy to fit a lot of clothes with the compression system, it stays organised. Love it. Will be the carry on soon.

I have the carry-on and large suitcases and they have both withstood lots of international travel. The wheels are so smooth even after 3+ years of wear and tear and the internal compression system allows you to store so much stuff. Only giving this product 4 stars because the lock on my large suitcase stopped working after 2 years but customer service says it can happen because TSA opened it incorrectly. They did offer to fix the lock but this happened right before COVID and I haven't been able to get it looked at. Overall, great product and customer service.

So I didn't buy it direct. Actually found these at a goodwill for super cheap. Use them all the time! Design is perfection
