  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options
  • Easily smudging, scratch-prone lenses
  • Loosening screws and hinges
  • Inconsistent fit for low bridges
  • Occasionally flimsy-feeling frames

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • The OG DTC brand. Bought my boyfriend the Geoff McFetridge collab and would definitely cop the new collection too. Great silhouettes and quality at respectable prices. Love that they collaborate with interesting artists too and not just influencers.

  • Huge fan of this brand and the ONLY way I will buy eyeglasses from here on out. I have a couple pairs of prescription eyeglasses, including blue light blocking glasses, and one pair of prescription sunglasses. I love the app that allows you to virtually try on glasses using your phone camera, and also the try-at-home program (they send you 5 frames of your selection to try at home, then you send back and order the ones you actually want). There's a wide range of styles and the price is extremely reasonable.

  • Some of the best customer service of any eyeglass store, or really any store. If there is a Warby near you, it is so much easier to go in person and try on and order glasses. Never had an issue with my prescriptions or with my glasses, and every time I wear a pair of my Warby glasses I get a compliment. The frames themselves aren't exceptionally durable, so if you tend to throw your glasses into a bag without a case, they may warp and scratch.

  • I used to f with Warby but in recent years it seems the product is becoming less quality and less good design and now you have companies like Moscot who have (re)grabbed the ring. The original model was cool but now they have empty stores in hipster neighborhoods and I see them as more corporate than the mom and pop shops they are sitting on the same block as...

  • Warby Parker makes fairly priced and flattering eyewear. I’ve purchased sunglasses from them a few times that have fit my petite face well. Their in-store team can also help fit them to your face which is great if, like me, one ear is ever so slightly higher than the other. ;)

  • I have now had several pairs of glasses from Warby Parker for 4+ years. They quality and design is that of a designer brand, but significantly more affordable. I have been impressed with their brink and mortar stores as well as their app based selection as well.

  • Amazing experience with WP! Ease of purchasing glasses without having to step foot in a WP store. I loved that they send you three try on pairs complimentary and then you can easily use their app to purchase, obtain a prescription or even get an eye exam. It’s truly an affordable one stop shop that is so wonderful to have in a typically expensive industry!

  • I’ve had my WP eyeglasses for over a decade now and still love them! Super high quality even though I’ve been tossing them around apartments, bags, and airplanes for 10+ years. I recently went with my husband to the ATL store to find new sunglasses and it was a great shopping experience!

  • I needed a pair of glasses to wear before I got lasik surgery. My vision was so bad (-7.5 in glasses) and I had only worn contacts for about 15 years so when I tried to get glasses they made me nauseous. I didn't know how I was going to not wear contacts like I needed to before surgery. I went to WP and got a pair with the high index lenses, and the lenses were thin enough that I could wear them all day no problem. And cheap! $125 at the time. I really like the frame shape and wish I had gotten them sooner so I could have worn them more.

  • Great look, quality is mid but price is affordable so chill. Also one time got a pair to shoot with for like fashion stuff and you can just get them with dummy lenses so you don’t put the drunk goggles on your model but still achieve the (overrated) hot because they read look.

  • Love there designs and quality! My brother kept a pair and they are just what I said. Great design and qualify!

  • I’ve found that while Warby’s glasses selection is trendy and generally looks good, it’s not made for small or more delicate nose bridges (cough not inclusive). There are tons of other comparable services on the market now that have double the styles and come it at a more affordable price point

  • Expensive glasses not worth the investment. Store sales people are good.

    Feedback

Would not buy again. I prefer going to my optometrist for fitting.

  • Love my warby parker glasses - great customer service and I love the styles. Super affordable, too.

  • Love, love, love their selection of frames. I'm on my 4th pair of glasses and now they accept my health insurance. Time to buy more!

    Feedback

    Nothing

  • Overpriced, innovative in an outdated Web2 brand type of way. My bet is they'll shrink and fade into obscurity, too much good competition. I've had higher quality specs for half the price.

    Feedback

Too expensive, limited options, not customizable.

  • Customer service is great and the glasses are very affordable. The frame quality is just average and are uncomfortable for daily wearing. The look is trendy but didn't work for me.

  • Between my wife and I, we've purchased four pairs of glasses and have loved each pair. We've done both online and in-person and had great experiences each time. I appreciate the ability to try on pairs at home so you know exactly what you're getting. I'll continue to order my prescription glasses through Warby Parker- you truly can't beat the price or quality of their products.
