The North Face is highly regarded for its reliable and durable products, especially for outdoor activities. Customers praised the brand's warm jackets and their adaptability to varying weather conditions. They also noted the long lifespan of their products, with some items lasting more than five years. However, some customers felt that the quality varies across products, and others found the brand's designs rather unexciting. Some also found the jackets ineffective against strong winds.

I bought the Antora water proof jacket for me and my husband 8 years ago in Europe and it is still good and sturdy! These keep us warm under a fairly cold weather and keep us try. It is light weight so taking it with you for hikes, camping, any outdoor activity it will always come in handy.

I fill out the consumer repair return form for faulty gloves and the address I had to send them was to USA March 2024. I was sent a credit note for the USA site. However the credit note is of no value as they do not deliver to Ireland. I emailed customer service and they sent the gloves to an address in USA which I never gave. Emailed them back and they said contact Fedex to get the gloves returned. I did this but Fedex informed me that it is the sender's responsibilty not the receiver. I have never received a replacement from North Face for the gloves I returned. Aftersales service for North Face is absolutely appalling I would not recommend anyone to buy from North Face.

Amazing uninsulated windbreaker from TNF
Bought because it rolls up to tiny package under my shoulderbag (travel). More than once it has saved me, or at least the job of carrying a winter coat. In just-above-freezing and windy/cold/wet it gives full protection with just a tee shirt and a light sweater underneath. On the negative side, the white paint lining all flakes off after a while and can get on my clothes, but it doesn't affect properties. My first one did that and I sent it in and got a free jacket (guarantee) The second one did it and I don't care.
I have had two north face coats. One is a yellow and blue coat you can see from space. I received a blue jacket as a Christmas gift that I could wear for about 8 months of the year. I like the simpler colors and patterns and their general comfort and warmth.
I have a fleece zip-up that I thrifted a while ago and it still looks great (even though I have no clue how old it is). It's also really warm!

Good, durable brand of outdoor clothing.
North Face is a great brand. Mid-level price points, & high-quality long lasting products. I really love to see that they are collaborating with so many cool street-style brands. I wish they brought back some of their retro puffers.

Used to only buy the North Face. Had I not realized that everything I owned was from NF, I probably would have continued to buy from them. Cannot go wrong with everything they sell.
North Face is always a solid brand for outdoor needs. From their classic fleece jackets to duffel bags I have been a customer for years. I currently have a large long puffer with belt from them (last season) that I wear almost every day in the winter. Stylist and super warm.
OG sustainable brand. Incredible mission, incredible adventure products. And I love the collaborations. The fleece pullovers are staple in our house.
It’s a good brand for doing outdoor activities and for exsercising

Unparalleled quality and durability. It's all I buy for my own snow boarding and kids gear has been able to be passed down multiple times.
I remember when this brand became popular in the early 2000s it just doesn’t hold up to Patagonia. I remember also purchasing a pair of Norh Face shoes that lasted longer than I expected many years ago OK product, but I still have brand loyalty to Patagonia with their return and repair policy.
I have some jackets from The North Face, not my go to but I still love the jackets. They are good quality and have lasted a while. The colours are basic and styles are great, brilliant fits.
They always have quality reliable products for whatever outdoor activity you’re into
North Fave has been a staple in my closet for as long as I can remember! I don’t know any Canadian that hasn’t own something from NF! Always amazing quality!
