Dead floppy "farm fresh" flowers. Contacted thru email because cannot get ahold if them any other way. Was told to put the dead floppy flowers in water. If they are not ok in 3 days to contact them. Their flowers cone dead and floppy all the time.

HORRIBLE! Would NOT recommend to anyone! Flowers showed up practically dead, was asked if I "peeled off the packing petals" I assured them I tried but it was dead all the way through the daisys had a net holding the petals in place when I took the net off all the petals fell off with them. I called and they didn't offer a refund or even an upgrade they offered to credit the cost of the flowers (not flowers and delivery) for q future purchase.

Awful. The bouquets don't look anything like the pics. If you subscribe you are only allowed to choose low end bouquets that look like the ones sold at Target.

I shop from Bouqs for special occasions (birthdays, special events) as well as have a monthly subscription as well (love their flower selection as part of my subscription too and look forward to each delivery).

Fortunately I ordered Bouqs in NYC, where they were delivered fresh and same-day from their local store, but the vase and overall presentation looked nothing like the picture online. Oversold, under-delivered.

I ordered recently from them, and was surprised that they don’t have a local shipping model for flowers. My delivery took 3 days, and went from New York to Houston. It was a little wilted by the time it got to the recepient 🥲 for how expensive these flowers are, I was expecting more density & better arrangements too.

I've used the Bouqs for flower gifts to other people for years. They're always reliable, and the flowers always look beautiful. Would recommend!

Ease of use and distinctive packaging. The platform experience is good. The flowers represented on the website and the actual flowers received are a bit disappointing. Also, the value for $$ doesn't always make sense ... particularly if you want to be a frequent sender.

I shop Bouqs when I'm sending flowers to family and friends. I have had a good experience so far, but you almost have to buy the Deluxe as the regular size is really small (and expensive). Have not done the subscription.

The prices seemed good and I liked the sustainability mission. But shipping flowers has been hit or miss and not everything I got looked good when it arrived.

Do not order from here!!! If you do indeed receive your order in time or at all, it’s nothing like the pic. How hard can it be to mess up flowers? Anywho…. Flowers are ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE these days. Get it right people! We want our moneys worth!!

Bouqs is my go-to online flower store. Shipping is always reliable, the site has a great selection and I like how I can see where the flowers are sourced from. The site also has a cute assortment of vases to choose from which makes each gift look extra thoughtful.

I thought I'd try a flower delivery service for Valentine's Day. The bouquet looked very nice in the picture. It was much more expensive than I expected so I assumed they would be delivered in a good presentation. Nope, they just come in a box and you have to cut and arrange them. I guess I should have read the details closer. The flowers were decent, but needed work to make them presentable. I was kind of embarrassed that they didn't look as nice as I hoped so I went down to the local Safeway and bought another bouquet for less than half the price. This service only seems useful if you live in an area that doesn't have many florists. I'm mad that I wasted my money on a second rate bouquet. I should have checked the reviews.

Have like the bouqs historically. Price and shipping are great, and the product offering is modern and stylish. Quality at times can be a bit meh, which has led to trying out competitors.

Pretty options in all price points and easy delivery

I am not sure why these have such mediocre reviews. Bouqs is my favorite bouquet delivery service, and it has been for years. They support small farms worldwide and deliver the prettiest and most unique arrangements.

Pretty good quality for what you pay - though sometimes can be inconsistent. However, they are always offering promotions and the customer service is FANTASTIC, which means I continue to gift their flowers.

I love The Bouqs and they are the first brand I go to to purchase flowers for delivery. The bouquets are always so well assembled and never sparse. The quality of the flowers are high quality and the flowers last forever if you take care of them!

So beautiful! Flowers are fresh and arrangements are well thought-out. Definitely a splurge.
