    My daughter-in-law and son in NJ sent me, in CA, a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. The arrived earlier than expected, but they arrived almost dead. They were shipped 3 days before I received them and they were not in any water - AT ALL. They arrived in terrible condition, and they were dead the next day. So sad!! I took pictures of the flowers, and sent the photos to the local florist who sent them. I never received a reply. Talk about poor customer service. I would tell my son to dispute the charge, but I don't want to upset them when they tried to do something nice. I would rate this company a 0 if it was available.

    Bouqs was the first non-traditional online florist I used, and I still send and receive Bouqs regularly - the price and the modernism of the floral arrangements work well in most occassions.

    Depending on the type of flowers being sent, they can be a bit lackluster. And the shipping prices are pretty high!

    These flower arrangements bring me so much joy! I have a subscription and get a new bouquet every 2 weeks. They come in a package without water and come to life after about 1-2 days in fresh water. They continue to bloom for about a week and last really well. The flowers are beautiful and I love that the options are revolving throughout the season. I send these as gifts for holidays and they are truly spectacular. The price is unbeatable for the quality and selection.

    I have no notes, but I would definitely purchase accessories if they had them available like pruning shears, special flower food for the water, etc.

    The photo speaks volumes! Mothers day from my son who is not local and if he could only see the crap his money buys from this company. One flower brown and wilting right out of the box, after a few days in the vase one sunflower didn't even open and the whole bouquet just looks pathetic. Don't want to say anything to him and risk hurting his feelings. Going to try and convince him to just order directly from a local florist next time as nothing he has ever sent from this company is nice.
