I ordered roses for my wife's birthday. I realize that they're shipped by FedEx, but the tracking showed delivery on May 16. Well, on May 16th, it was changed until the 19th. Considering I ordered them a week in advance, I'd rather she got them early than late.

I sent my granddaughter Bouq’s flowers after her surgery in September. She recently sent me a photo of the flowers. I was absolutely horrified. The flowers had no resemblance to what I ordered and I had paid $20. extra for a pretty white vase. Instead they sent the flowers in a plain glass milk-bottle. I paid almost $100. for those flowers and to say I was disappointed is a real understatement. I feel scammed and will never order from Bouq’s again.

They provide beautiful flowers sometimes, but more often that not, the flowers don't look exactly like the picture and are very overpriced for what you receive. You have to pay for the deluxe version to get close to your money's worth, and if you get the base version, barely any flowers come for at least $40 or more. I really liked the more expensive bouquets I bought, they were beautiful. But the average ones are overpriced and the flowers don't last as long. You would be better off with supermarket flowers. Their customer support is great, so that is a plus for them

The flowers arrived on the verge of being dead and literally died and shriveled up a day after they arrived. A very disappointing experience especially for the price I paid. The flowers were so expensive and to die so fast was just ridiculous.

Nothing like the photos. Flowers arrived in a box separate from the container in another box. Flowers not arranged and did not fit into vase. A total mess. Not recommended as gift. Poor product quality, and customer service was no help.

Horrible.. flowers are not as they are shown! My husband bought me flowers through this company, I told him they looked really nice! The price he paid for roses, that we’re not long stem big roses! They were tiny buds ,turned into tiny roses!Just Pathetic!!! !!Tried to send pic & work with them! Unprofessional, didn’t care, took my husbands money! Do not purchase, I take flowers classes for 6 years now, learned a lot, horrible quality, misleading..you will be disappointed like me & many others!! Buyer Beware!!

I ordered blue flowers, not one flower was blue and delivered a day late. This company is a SCAM. I will be getting a new credit card after this and reporting them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The flowers you will receive look *NOTHING* like the pictures. They'll come packed as if you purchased them from your local grocery store. All you're doing is paying twice the price to have them delivered to you *WITHOUT WATER DURING TRANSPORT*. I purchased flowers from a local florist at the same time as Bouqs was shipped, just to be safe because I wasn't sure what I was going to receive. The flower shop flowers look the same today as they did when they arrived (5 days later). The Bouqs flowers are long in the garbage because they wilted 2 days after they arrived. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Horrible experience!! My first order came in an everything seemed fine, but the flowers started wilting on just the second day!! I had placed another order to be sent to my mom and two days later it was randomly canceled, after numerous back and forth emails with the rep, they claimed that there wasn't a shop in the area and that I am to order through the "farm" so, that's exactly what I did. Two days later, randomly a second email stating that the second order had been canceled for the same exact reason. It would make a lot more sense to have the system read the zip code prior to placing an order. So now I have two canceled orders (and they charge you instantly and refunds take up to 5 days). The rep said they will send a complimentary order to make it right?!! HOW?! The rep had literally just told me there is nothing available to ship to that location and then offers to send one for free??? Another couple of days go by and all this sudden the second order status is “Sending to the farm” and active, instead of “Canceled” as it previously showed. Fortunately, I caught it and was able to cancel the order as I’d already done everything through 1800 flowers like I should’ve done to begin with!

I ordered from them previously and have even received flowers from someone from Bouqs and the flowers I ordered came wilted and broken off the stems. For the cost, I was flabbergasted.

The pictures shown on the website look great but what they deliver is not even half the quality. Came with half dead flowers squished in a box and not as many flowers as the picture. It was also $70+ as well.

HORRIBLE. Took an order that they could not fulfill. Then gave me the run around via email. Couldn't speak to a real person. Worst experience ever.

I was very excited to get fresh flowers delivered every month. My subscription was $44.00 which is a bit more then buying from florist, but I didn't mind. My first bouquet arrived & I was extremely disappointed. Sun flower died within 24hrs. Other blooms were very small & quite pitiful! I could have easily spent half this amount @ any local florist & gotten prettier bouquet. I hate to give bad review but beware... Don't waste your money on this. How on earth did this company get on Shark Tank... SMH

This place is sadly a scam. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought a $15 bouquet for what they sent and I posted $117 for. A complete waste. Don’t be taken. This is not a good company! .

They should get less than 1 star! I got flowers for my mothers funeral That arrived dead! Talk about trauma! This place really broke my heart. I would have taken 1-800 flowers in a heartbeat. This place seriously I find disturbing. There is etiquette to flowers…ppl receive them for happy times (wedding, baby shower, graduation) and also mournful times (death). You can not rely on them to deliver a nice set of flowers in these important times in our lives. Don't do it. It made a horrible day only worse for me. They don't care! Do not promote this horrible business.

SCAM! I made a one time purchase of flowers for my mothers birthday. Bouqs.com offered a %30 discount which I thought I was taking advantage of. Instead the site took advantage of me. Signing me up for an unwanted “subscription “ and taking $60 from me monthly. BEWARE this site! I’ve used FTD and other sites to send flowers in the past and have never been automatically signed up for anything.. Bouqs.com has one of the best SCAMS on the net. 0 out of 5 stars

Every year I order a bouquet if lily’s for my sister who lost her newborn at birth, Lily. This year I decided to order from Bouq. The process was easy and I just paid a but more for a Saturday delivery. The day they were to be delivered came and went with no flowers. I was devastated. I contacted customer service and they did offer a free bouquet for my trouble. After I expressed my concerns they just issued me a full refund but assured me the flowers would be coming soon. Needless to say a week passes and still no lilys. I contact Fedex and they tell me that it is stuck in customs for approval and that the sender needs their broker to call and clear the package. I get on the phone with Bouq and they deny any broker issues and blame Fedex for the delay. Blame aside, the whole thing was a bust. The day passed with NO flowers just frustration and two companies blaming each other for the mishandling. In the end, my sister is apt to get a box of dead lilys. How horrible is that?

This company sends half dead flowers at an exorbitant cost! They'll refund it and send you another bouquet of half dead flowers. And then they'll refund it and send you another bouquet of half dead flowers. And then they'll say they sent you flowers that never arrived. In other words, they suck! Buyer beware😡

Mother's Day flowers arrived today, buttercream arrangement. While my mom was appreciative, she was very put off by the quality. Flowers looked half dead, some were falling apart, and there was mold on some of the stems. For the price, this is unacceptable quality. I contacted customer service to voice my complaints and rep on chat was not helpful. Kept pushing back that 'maybe' if she trimmed they would look more alive. Asked for partial refund and they refused. Was not listening at all to my complaints. When the first words out of the customer's mouth are "I would suggest though that you stop using the company" and the company doesn't care, maybe that's a sign that it's not a service to bet on in the future.
