Reviews mention

  • Radiance-boosting lactic acid treatment
  • Fast-acting vitamin c formulas
  • Moisturizing, elegant night oil
  • Acne-calming clarifying oils
  • Occasional pilling gel cream
  • Funky-smelling facial oils
  • Potential irritation for sensitive skin
  • Turmeric staining face oil

Sunday Riley earns strong reviews for delivering visible results—Good Genes lactic acid, C.E.O. Vitamin C serums/oils, and Luna Sleeping Night Oil repeatedly smooth, brighten, and boost glow—yet feedback flags issues like pilling with C.E.O. Afterglow, heavy or funky-smelling oils, irritation for sensitive skin, and mixed results from certain retinoids and eye products. Overall, the brand is praised for efficacy and sensorial formulas, but not every product works for every skin type.

  • Everything I have tried from Sunday Riley I have really liked. My top two favorites are specifically the orange and blue serums, vitamin C and retinoid serums respectively. They give my skin so much hydration while packing in such good ingredients. I have purchased both many times!

  • Sunday Riley makes an incredible anti aging eye cream called 5 stars. The name is accurate. This stuff works really well. My only gripe is the high price point of $65 USD

  • Got the luna night oil and the vitamin c oil on prime day. I really like the Luna oil. The vitamin C is ok. I want to try more products, they are just a little expensive.

  • I'm very lucky to have fairly uncomplicated skin, I only really deal with monthly hormonal acne spots here and there. That being said, the UFO Acne Treatment is a godsend, especially when I find that other creams and gels are starting to dry out my skin. It doesn't sting in the way an astringent or OTC treatment might, which made me skeptical the first time I used this, but it is so soothing and really helps clear up problem areas right away. Definitely an investment, but a good one if you decide to make it.

The cost can be prohibitive, but I strongly recommend if you have the means.

  • Everyone recommended I try Sunday Riley, so I did. I enjoyed using the CEO product (smells nice, liked the texture), but unfortunately I didn’t notice any improvement in my skin.

  • I've tried a handful of their products and have found them all to be effective. I have enjoyed everything from the scent to the texture, to the packaging. Their customer service is also great – I needed a replacement dropper for an oil and they sent one pretty quickly. While the price is high I would say it's worth it.

  • I really like their retinol under eye cream and luna sleeping night oil.

  • I’ve only tried the good jeans product. I wish it was a little bit more in a bottle for the price. It makes my skin feel great, but I haven’t noticed any reduction in wrinkles are fine lines. It helps to moisturize though.. possibly brightening

  • These products are on the pricey side. I do like the good genes serum as it does help plump the skin and make my crows feet a bit less visible, I’ve tried and used several other of their products and in my opinion good genes is the only one worth purchasing

  • I love the night oil (quite oily but effective)... Didn't love the A+ as much (have been using it for a while, and not noticed much change.

  • Every single product I've tried (serums, under-eye cream, night cream) have been great. Elegant packaging, smells great. I docked a star for the price, they are pretty over-the-top for the size of product.

  • I've enjoyed what I've tried--have been gifted some, purchased others at full-price. Was recommended by an esthetician too.

  • I love both the good genes all in one lactic acid face cream and Luna sleeping night oil. My face feels smooth and hydrated after using. The packaging and bottle are nice and easy to open. I will definitely buy again

  • I used to love good genes — made my skin glowy and dewy (despite smelling funky). Now, I can much more easily get lactic acid formulations that are just as nice for a much cheaper price. I believe Sunday Riley's stuff isn't bad, but I do think it's quite overpriced.

  • I've tried a few Sunday Riley products, and while some have delivered noticeable results, I find the pricing to be quite steep. For instance, the Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment is effective in exfoliating and brightening the skin, but at $85 for a 1 oz bottle, it feels overpriced compared to other exfoliants on the market. Similarly, the A+ High-Dose Retinol Serum has shown improvements in skin texture and clarity, but again, the $85 price tag seems high for the quantity provided.

  • Have tried a variety of products from this range. Favorites are the Good Genes and Ceramic Slip. Least favorites are all the oils - they smell a bit funky and have minimal results.

  • Their vitamin c products are hands down irreplaceable. I could not find any dupe. It works amazing, consistently delivers great result, and my sunspots are kept at minimal thanks to this. I look forward for more years to come with their vitamin c products!

  • I can't get enough of Sunday Riley! I swear by the face oils, eye cream, face cream. Everything!! CEO Glow cream leaves my skin actually glowing, and I use Luna Sleeping Night Oil evernight with my night cream.

  • I was soooo excited to try this product out especially cause of the praise it receives on a daily but it just wasn’t for me. I have relatively combination skin type although it used to be more dry than oily. And I thought the vitamin C would be perfect!! It did within the hour but after using it a couple times my face was getting more red, I was slowly starting to break out and my skin seemed to be more dry then usual. I want to give them another shot because I know their other products are good but this was just my experience.
