Reviews mention

  • Radiance-boosting lactic acid treatment
  • Fast-acting vitamin c formulas
  • Moisturizing, elegant night oil
  • Acne-calming clarifying oils
  • Occasional pilling gel cream
  • Funky-smelling facial oils
  • Potential irritation for sensitive skin
  • Turmeric staining face oil

Sunday Riley earns strong reviews for delivering visible results—Good Genes lactic acid, C.E.O. Vitamin C serums/oils, and Luna Sleeping Night Oil repeatedly smooth, brighten, and boost glow—yet feedback flags issues like pilling with C.E.O. Afterglow, heavy or funky-smelling oils, irritation for sensitive skin, and mixed results from certain retinoids and eye products. Overall, the brand is praised for efficacy and sensorial formulas, but not every product works for every skin type.

  • Overall i really like this brand. I used the good genes for quite some time but the price is high and i managed to find some good alternatives. They are not as 'cosmetically elegant' but they do a good job. If you have the money to splurge and looking for a good chemical exfoliator that is also gentle this is a great option.

  • Love love love this treatment!! I use it 1-2 times a week and it makes my skin GLOW. This is especially nice in the winter time when my skin is dull. This feels nice and smells amazing. Will be repurchasing

  • This particular product is the CEO afterglow, brightening, vitamin C gel cream by Sunday Riley. It’s not my favorite, but it’s OK and it smells nice. Like a lot of people have said, this product will peel on your skin. That’s a really big downside. I don’t like having little pieces of what looks like dirt. The vitamin C turmeric oil on the other hand is really lovely and I would highly recommend.

  • This is a really moisturizing vitamin c cream that doesn’t irritate my skin or have a weird scent (like most vitamin c product do) I don’t find it very thick so I like to put my regular moisturizer on top but it is an effective way to help fade dark spots and make my skin feel more plump.

  • I started using Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil and instantly fell for that cool, lavender-blue glow it gives as you apply it 🌙. It felt amazingly soothing on my skin overnight, and I woke up with softer, calmer, and noticeably more refined texture. Just a heads-up: a little goes a long way, so I learned to use it sparingly to avoid any residue.

  • Good Genes truly smooths and brightens the skin — I saw results after just a few nights of use ✨. It helps with texture, dullness, and gives that “glass skin” glow. But it’s quite strong and pricey, so it might not be ideal for sensitive skin or tight budgets.

  • I love the aesthetic of this brand and I feel like their serums are really strong in terms of what works well for the brand. I really like the UFO serum and I think it’s a great last step in my skin care routine.

  • Sunday Riley makes amazing products that improved my skin so much. The Good Genes helped my skin with sun damage and general aging. My skin looks so much better and healthier now. Definitely worth the price!

  • I’ve been using the Sunday Riley C.E.O. Glow cream moisturizer and face serum consistently before bed for the past 3 months (I typically gua sha following final oil step

  • I purchased the Luna oil based on a recommendation from an influencer. The price is a bit steep but I took advantage of a sale on Amazon. It feels good on my skin. I have not used it long enough to see results just yet but I am hopeful.

  • Sunday Riley is a skincare staple. I often have their retinol and vitamin c serums readily available. Caroline Hiron’s book Skincare is where I first learned about the brand and I’ve been a devoted customer since! I love that they also make travel-sized products for easy packing!

  • Let me start with.. this are one of the best brand out there now.. this are good.. u see the benefits while using this.. is expensive but worth every damn penny

  • Sunday Riley's CEO Glow vitamin C face oil is great for giving your face a bit of of pick me up. It does give a glow and dewy look. A little goes a long way too! Caution though, due to the turmeric, don't over do it. Apply two or three days a week max. It can stain/tint your skin over time. Like all their products, a bit pricey for what you get and many competitors have similar products for less. Worth it if you've got the $.

  • I love this brand for anything under-eye related. I have both the Auto Correct Eye Contour Cream and the 5 Stars Eye Serum. I received the contour cream in an Ipsy bag a while back and when it ran out I went to Sephora to get the full size - it's soooo big and will last a long time! The eye serum is great to apply at night to support collagen production while I sleep. Love these products!

  • First off you had me at the Purple bottle! lol This is a very nice water base Niacinamide serum. It has really helped with controlling my oily skin. My face looks more smoother and hydrated. No redness or breakouts.

  • Obsessed with their serum and ceo brightening moisturizer products. I’ve been using them for the past 6 months and my skin looks great!

  • I only used one product from Sunday Riley which was the "Good Genes" all-in-one lactic acid treatment. It's suppose to help with dark spots and discoloration. Although, this product was working slowly to fade my imperfections; My sensitive skin couldn't handle this product. I ended up breaking out into hives and acne appeared more when using. This is a great brand but make sue if you have sensitive skin to read all the ingredients before applying any products.

  • Sunday Riley’s Good Genes, C.E.O brightening serum and B3 Nice are a part of my daily routine for that last year and I’ve noticed changes that were specific to my skin type and need. I like how they offer a number of tips, across different platforms/channels, on how to use their products and pair products with each other effectively. I also really think it’s great that they offer smaller sample and travel-size options on their site or through Sephora.

If you order direct from Sunday Riley you get nice size samples, which I’ve used for travel. I’d also start with sample sizes from Sephora as another option.

  • This is probably one of my favorite skincare brands to date! They never miss and I’ve always seen significant results in my skin from their products!

  • I first encountered Sunday Riley on Amazon as one of the Prime Day deals and bought the CEO Glow. It was basically as an impulse buy (because of the discount and the all-natural ingredients). I started using it after washing my face but before putting on moisturizer/SPF and got hooked. I have normal to dry skin that is about a 5/10 in terms of sensitivity. I am in my 40s so acne isn't really as much of a thing as preventing fine lines and wrinkles. I love the CEO Glow. It's a must-have to help with brightness, fine lines and the turmeric helps with inflammation. When replenishing my CEO Glow I then added the Luna Sleeping Night Oil. It's blue and messier than the CEO glow. if you aren't careful or you miss rubbing it in somewhere you can stain your pillowcase blue. It comes out though, it's just a little off-putting. It also is messier on the dropper (as you can see in the picture). It works well and lasts longer than the CEO glow because I don't use it every night due to it having a retinoid in it so it's more intense than the CEO glow. I have found that it's great for surface redness, pores and fine lines/wrinkles. To be totally honest, I use these products WITH three-times a year Botox because my goal is to land the aging plane more smoothly.
