Seed is a highly recommended probiotic supplement with a sleek design and eco-friendly packaging. Many users have reported significant improvements in gut health, regularity, and overall wellness. However, some users have reported unwanted side effects such as bloating, nausea, and lack of noticeable improvement. The product's effectiveness may vary depending on the individual's body chemistry. Additionally, the cost, particularly for international shipping, and the necessity to rotate probiotics were mentioned as other areas of concern.

I didn’t really see a big difference in my gut digestion. I still had a lot of days of bloating. Maybe I personally just need a stronger probiotic.

Just started using Seed and have generally felt better so far. Never sure if that is a placebo effect or what but I plan to continue to use them. From my research this brand seemed like the best fit for me compared to other supplement brands.

Love love love. Recommended by my friend who is a pHD researcher studying gut microbiomes, I've been using Seed for the past 11 months. I do feel the difference in my gut health and feel better overall. Separately, their packaging is really nice :D

I was wary on a probiotic pill because I always thought it was just better to consume whole foods as opposed to a pill, but I do feel that Seed works. I've always been big on gut health so I didn't feel a drastic difference compared to if you were new to probiotics but it definitely did the job. Loved the packaging too, but had to stop my subscription because it was just a tad too expensive each month.

I tried it for two months to help with digestion. Took as directed each morning. Made me more constipated, and I gained 5 pound, mostly in stomach. So bloated. What a disappointment. Bobby usually recommends good products- this was awful for me.

This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit. Am so glad Mrs. HARPER was able to help in getting my funds from Them. God bless you MADAM, But if you wish to get in touch with HER I will be glad to share his info Email: HARPERJAMESPLATFORM @ G MAIL COM

Great immunity boost, but I gained 10lbs within a few months of using this product. The same thing happened to my girlfriend. She put on 6lbs in 6 weeks. We both are stopping immediately. Have no idea where this weight gain would end.

I've been taking Seed for about a year and a half now and I've noticed a huge improvement in my bloating and bowel movements as well as my skin and nails. I've always had gut issues and this has dramatically helped with my bloating after eating. In the last few months, I have noticed that it hasn't been working as well as it has been for me. When I mentioned this to my doctor they said that you should only stay on a probiotic for 6 months. Each probiotic has different bacterias and once you've built up enough of one in your system, you should try another. He said that I could come back to Seed in the future but that it's important to rotate probiotics periodically. I plan on switching to a new probiotic after I finish this last bottle to see if that will help.
I have been taking Seed regularly for the past couple of years. I have noticed an improvement in my digestive health as well as my overall health. I appreciate the glass jar and vial that are provided; it makes refills and traveling much easier. The company's focus on being eco-friendly is commendable; an example of this being their compostable packaging. Subscription is very easy to manage online and shipping is fast.

Can't say I have noticed a difference from far cheaper probiotic products I have used for the last few years. Usually when I swap brands there is some difference in stomach comfort as the biome gets adapted in this case I noticed nothing. They're very good in terms of customer service, packaging is great and very green friendly with their refill packs. I think if they included some novel probiotics (akkermansia for example) which are not in common products I would feel more compelled to continue it. Its been 3 months, I'll likely finish out 6 months and call it quits if nothing else. Should I notice a difference switching away I'll append this review. That being said if you don't factor price at all it's a great product. Just not a great value.
Started with one a day to acclimate and then a week later took two. By the third week, bloating was gone. Stomach was flatter and digestion was perfect.
I recently tried this and I was thoroughly impressed with its effectiveness. The blend of probiotics and prebiotics helped to support my digestive health and improve my overall gut health. The vitamin was easy to take and didn't cause any digestive discomfort. I also noticed a boost in my energy levels and a clearer mind. The combination of vitamins and probiotics helped to improve my immune system and kept me feeling healthy and energetic. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch and I could tell that the brand put a lot of thought into creating a product that actually works. I would highly recommend this pre and probiotic vitamin to anyone looking to support their gut health and improve their overall wellness.

Everything that is being done is perfect! I love the fact that they are clean and safe. For example, they send out the first delivery in a green glass jar. And after that they send out the refills in a recyclable pouch.
The packaging is beautiful. I love that it comes with a travel bail and it’s refillable. I’ve def been feeling very regulated and lighter. So far so good! I started this because I am in early menopause and I am trying to get my health under control.

There’s complete control over your subscription so that’s helpful!
Won't start no shi* ...won't be no shi* and that's on everything I know, lol. Once you start taking Seed, prepare to be planted in the bathroom on a regular basis. All jokes aside the science is really doing its thing with this one. I try to tell everyone I give a shi* about, about this daily synbiotic (probiotic + prebiotic). The proof is in the poop and they did not disappoint. This is hands down the best self-care thing I have done all of 2023. I wanted to add to this review, I just picked up my 1st refill and the sustainable packing is just beautiful. I also love that I can tailor my subscription, I know a lot of people mention the price point not being budget-friendly, but you don't have to get them every month. You can make it work for your budget, most people can easily spend more money on a night out drinking with friends, which am not condemning. Just trying to find a healthy balance is one of the keys to living.
Love the look and the feel. Looks so pretty on my nightstand, I never forget to take it in the morning. Usually, I feel like I need to hide all my ugly supplement bottles. It takes a bit to see results but I genuinely believe I've seen improvements in my system after taking it. Great experience with the shipping too. They recently launched a sustainable program where you can preorder 6 months' worth of the product and get a discount. Love that I don't need to think about it too much and be more sustainable as a result.
not to be dramatic but Seed has changed my life! Before taking these I was really struggling with an unbalanced gut - bloating, acne, etc. I’d tried probiotics before but after consistently taking these I noticed comfort in my gut and clearer skin and just a general better relationship with how I felt after eating. the subscription model is soooo easy and the travel containers make it impossible not to take your Seed with you!

I've never been SO overwhelmed by a product's marketing before. I believed in my soul that this product MUST be a winner, so much so that I told a lot of my friends about it, only a couple weeks after I began taking it. The scientific-sounding research, so many health promises... I loved having the cute little glass vial to take on vacation last week, too! However, I was soon to be disappointed. I received my first shipment about 5-6 weeks ago. I've been an occasional user user of probiotics (my wife, much more so). I also take Juice Plus, a fruit and vegetable powder that contains acidophilus, and I am the most regular person I know. And my friends sometimes ask me why I look so young (I'm 58). I believe part of it, aside from drinking tons of water, is gut health. My stool flows VERY, VERY well. And my colon (per my last colonoscopy) is squeaky clean. When I saw the Seed ads, I figured, why not take it to an even higher level, right? I have been taking Seed every night, on an empty stomach as directed, before bed. All I can say is that I feel bloated, cannot each much food (always feeling full) and my stool is never regular now. I'm pausing Seed today and going back to my regular routine to see if I can get better. As for my wife, she also does not feel regular, and she also says she has been having strange and scary nightmares, almost every night, when taking it, so she also stopped. (After she did, the nightmares stopped.) The sad thing is I ordered a 3-month refill for each of us ($135 x 2), to be more economical and eco-friendly (shipping-wise). I was so convinced that the product MUST be good (the marketing is extraordinary!). But now I'm feeling a bit silly, and a little bit taken advantage of. Is it a thing that some strains of probiotics (and prebiotics) are just not for every person? Do I need a certain strain for it to be compatible with my body? (I have a call into Seed.com to ask questions. I'm so frustrated and bewildered.) I look forward to any feedback I can get on this. My wife, too. And soon I'll find out how my 23-yr old son likes it. He also ordered his own subscription. UPDATE: I got a call back from a very sympathetic and helpful customer service rep at Seed. She took copious notes about mine and my wife's detailed experiences and is passing it along to the scientists at Seed so they can respond to me with specific recommendations (by email). On top of this, she gave me a 50% refund for the 3-month supply we ordered, and said that if we end up deciding to fully discontinue using the product, she would refund the rest of it as well! Whatever concerns I had about Seed (aside from my body's results) were alleviated by her kindness. They seem to really care about their customers!

Marketing is spot-on, as EVERY person has laid out. Beautiful, ecological, smart. I read something somewhere that they did a couple clinical trials, but the results were not yet published. (I'm really curious what those results were!) Will they keep tweaking their strains until most folks feel better when taking it? For the price, and all the thinking/marketing/money they poured into this product, I expected much better. The CVS brand for half this cost per month works WAY better for me. And I'm sad about that. See my UPDATE above. Seed got back to me and was VERY accommodating in giving us a partial refund (so far) and is sharing my info with the scientists for more advice. I'm impressed with them as a company, even if the product does not work for me personally (so far).
