Seed is a highly recommended probiotic supplement with a sleek design and eco-friendly packaging. Many users have reported significant improvements in gut health, regularity, and overall wellness. However, some users have reported unwanted side effects such as bloating, nausea, and lack of noticeable improvement. The product's effectiveness may vary depending on the individual's body chemistry. Additionally, the cost, particularly for international shipping, and the necessity to rotate probiotics were mentioned as other areas of concern.

  • I have been taking Seed now for over 30 days. I have a lot of food, vitamin sensitivities so I wasn't sure if these would work for me. As Seed suggested I started by taking 1 pill daily in the morning while my body adjusted to them. Since I am so sensitive to basically everything, I decided to give it a few extra days before bumping up to 2 pills. I have felt a difference since taking them. I am now going to the bathroom on a regular basis which in turn has helped with bloating. I haven't tried eating any of the food that I have sensitivities as of yet but maybe down the line. I was also able to continue taking them after a few weeks which is huge because when I have tried other brands of probiotics I end up sick and have to stop taking them all together. They are a little pricey but when you break it down its not as bad as some of the other brands. Their packaging is great! It includes reusable glass jar and a smaller travel jar. You can sign up for their subscription program where they send you 3 months at a time. If you are very sensitive and are weary about trying a probiotic I would try starting here! I feel like they have made a difference so I am going to continue taking them.

  • Amazing, it has helped heal my gut and my bowel movements

  • Both my GP and my dermatologist recommended that I take a probiotic, and I chose Seed after reading user reviews. I notice a difference in the clarity/tone/hydration of my skin when I stop or forget taking these. Love them as a general health benefit and skin booster.

  • I've been taking these for about 2 months or so now and really loving them! I feel like they have helped me become more regular and less bloated which is huge for me! So far I do think they're worth the money. The packaging and everything is nice too which is an added bonus.

  • I recommend it everyone. It has completely normalized my digestion and helped many others I know. Gentle and effective.

  • Unfortunately this did nothing for me. I really wanted it to work but I didn't notice any change! Loved the packaging and website experience though.

  • I have used Seed for almost 2 years now, and I love it. I was experiencing some health issues and was recommended to take a probiotic, so I decided to give Seed a try. I feel so much better now, and I believe Seed has helped!

  • I used Seed for around 3 months and ultimately, found that for my body, it wasn't the most effective at improving digestive health. Additionally, I found alternatives that were more budget friendly. I loved the branding and packaging! Really beautiful.

  • FIRST PROBIOTIC THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! my daughter has abdominal issues and has for years- we have tried everything diet doctors and as a last ditch effort I found seed - originally for me but then noticed the pediatric version. It’s not cheap—- but absolutely worth it. Her stomach hurts way less, bowl movements have improved (she had diarrhea almost daily before). We are only one month in but I swear it kept her and I from getting sick when everyone else in the house got sick. Bonus they send emails with useful tips, info, and they’re eco friendly!!

  • I love any opportunity to rave about Seed. I’ve tried so many probiotics (and supplements in general) and the DS-01 Daily Synbiotic is the only product that I believe has improved my overall quality of life. It’s about more than regular poops! I’ve been taking it for over a year now and within the first few months, I had begun to notice an improvement in my immune system, energy levels and skin. I have to budget for it but it’s well-worth the investment. Additionally, the Seed community is great and the brand’s content is informative and educational, without being boring. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  • This probiotic is fantastic. It lives up to its claims. Def more and better poops. Most importantly for me was the affect on my skin. I had a bad skin rash associated with candida overgrowth. After 1 month of seed use my skin condition greatly improved. I'm now a Seed fan!!

  • After hearing wonderful thinks about Seed, I was extremely excited to try their probiotics. I switched over from another probiotic brand after hearing about the science behind Seed. Unfortunately, I found that this probiotic did not help my digestion/stomach in the same way that other brands have. I'm not sure if it's due to a body chemistry/makeup but I felt more bloated and had more stomach issues while using it. After my first bottle, I switched back to the other brand and started to have less stomach issues.

  • I've been using SEED Probiotics for years. When I'm consistent with taking these, my gut is at its best. I love that you can refill your original packaging because lots of supplements are SUPER wasteful with the plastic use. I also personally LOVE the design + scientific backing of the effectiveness of these probiotics.

  • i think i’ve been taking seed for almost a year now? it’s good for my body and good for my gut. i’ve always been regular, but it gives a little extra push if and when you need it. the capsules are easy to digest and it doesn’t upset my stomach. it comes with w a smaller glass jar for travel. i always keep it in my carry on and fill it as needed for travel. my subscription always arrives on time and it also reminds me to eat because it’s encouraged to take it before your meal. so. i take them, then i eat :)

  • I really wanted to not love this probiotic and yet here we are. I’m on my 10th or so refill and I truly can tell when I haven’t taken them for a few days. My insides feel more hydrated and regulated which is something I have struggled with my entire life. I am bad about taking supplements of any kind so there are moments where I’m behind and have built up a few refills but the site is pretty easy to maneuver and you can delay or reschedule shipments which is great. They’re tasteless and the green glass jar and vial look so chic! It is on the more expensive side but if it works well for you then it’s definitely a worthy probiotic.

  • I've used Seed for four years and love their product. I've tried other probiotics to test how worthwhile they were for the price and nothing has compared. Love that they offer discounts when you're gone for too long, as well!

  • In my opinion, Seed is the best probiotic for most people at a decent price point. They have great marketing, cute packaging, and really try to teach their customers more about the probiotics they're taking and the bigger world of microbes. I have been taking Seed for a while and personally notice better digestion and waste removal.

  • Couldn’t really tell a difference in my gut health after 2 months, but not any worse than any other supplement.
