Seed earns polarized reviews: many users report that DS-01 and the 14-Day Gut Reset reduce bloating, improve regularity, and even support skin and mood, while others feel no effect or experience nausea, rashes, constipation, or worsening bloating. Reviews also praise Seed’s science-forward approach and elegant, eco-friendly glass-and-refill packaging, but call out capsule size, glass travel vial fragility, and mixed tolerability; some question transparency and a few cite aggressive subscription practices.
