quip earns mixed reviews: it looks refined and travels well, but its brushing performance trails true electric rivals. Reviews praise quip’s sleek, lightweight design, mirror-mounted travel cover, timed 30‑second pulses, and hassle-free refill heads (often with batteries). Many criticize weak vibrations that act more as a timer than a cleaner, bristles that feel too stiff or wear quickly, fragile heads and motors, hard-to-remove parts, and occasional mold or gunk buildup—some dentists urge switching to oscillating or higher-powered brushes.

I've been a quip customer for 5 years. Amazing product and customer service. I'm never going back to buying a regular toothbrush again.
The Quip offers a convenient and sleek solution for oral care. The slim design of the toothbrush makes it easy to carry, whether at home or on the go. The floss dispenser is equally handy, fitting perfectly in any toiletry bag. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the bristles could be more durable for long-term use.
Let me tell you a story. This company believes in their product and in sustainability so much that they pushed back when I complained with a toothbrush issue (stopped vibrating after five years of use). They made sure it really wouldn't work, before giving me a free replacement. I didn't feel denied, I felt like I was helping the company be more sustainable. This brush reminds me how long I need to brush and has the *soft* bristle head my dentist recommends.
I received their water flosser and I haven't used regular floss since! Its such a great product and I highly recommend it! It's easy and compact. I had the opportunity to work with them on a collaboration and they were super helpful and nice! Definitely try their stuff!

Meh not worth it! Expensive and doesn't work as well as a normal electric toothbrush!
I have been using a quip toothbrush for about 3 years. I purchased one with a metal casing - it is very cute but has just been a little heavy over time. I am also beholden to price increases for replacement heads. Overall, I am happy with the product and would buy again.
I got the quip refillable floss pick and was so excited about it. The rose gold color of the case was lovely. Unfortunately, the part that cuts the floss frequently got jammed so I wasted a lot of floss trying to get it to cut. The hinge on the floss pick also rusted quickly. Ultimately, the product is a great idea but needs some more tweaking. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product.
Got this fire my kid. Fairly flimsy and didn’t hold up. had trouble cancelling the subscription. Back to oral B….
I don't think of Quip as an electric toothbrush, I think of it as a manual toothbrush with a built-in timer. It doesn't really do much on the vibration front, you still brush your teeth like you would with a normal tooth brush, but it does make you brush them for 2 full minutes which I definitely wouldn't do with just a manual tooth brush. I have the subscription which is handy so you're regularly swapping out your tooth brush head and getting new tooth paste. I've had the same component for over 5 years, so the quality is definitely there. I wouldn't compare this to other electric tooth brushes though, so if you're looking for a more heavy duty clean that you might get with a standard electric toothbrush, this isn't it. Fwiw I haven't had any cavities since I started using Quip...not sure I'm going to give the brush all the credit, but it's worth noting.
La calidad de sus cepillos es genial de verdad y son super suaves y gentiles con mis encías

Brush buzzes a little bit. Nothing compared to a real powerful top notch e-brush. You're prob better off w a standard plastic toothbrush tbh, not worth the money. Looks nice though.
The stupidest toothbrushes ever. It’s so small and takes so much longer to brush your teeth with this tooth brush. Save your money and buy the normal electric tooth brush.
Nice design and quite convenient for travel but quip does simply cannot compete with actual electric toothbrushes.

It’s a basic toothbrush. It gets the job done, but I would say there’s nothing special about it. Just a standard toothbrush. I had one that had a battery mode and it stopped working within a few months :(
Not sure this product improves any hygiene not seen in other Colgate or PG products.
Great looking product and I love that it comes with a way to attach it to your mirror. However, that's where the enjoyment stopped for me. Didn't feel like the vibration added additional benefit for me. I avoided doing that step and just brushed my teeth normally and then the brush heads started arriving and piling up. Great looking device, but that was it for me.
Super convenient for my ADHD brain to have a subscription based toothbrush head refill situation, love how sleek and easy it is to travel with since the stand doubles as a case, and I love the 30 second interval timer for each section of my teeth. The only thing I don't love is that I feel like they're not doing enough as a company to increase their sustainability. However they have been increasing their efforts on that front in recent years. Update: I've since got an Oral B electric toothbrush and by comparison I feel like this does nothing. Certainly better than manual I'm sure, but the vibrations are so much weaker.

I wish I liked this toothbrush more because it is so aesthetically pleasing and I loved having it on my bathroom counter. But it stopped working for me :( I thought it was just the battery but I replaced the battery and it still didn't work - it was something to do with the button I think. It was fun while it lasted!

My husband and I have been using quip for years. We're so glad they offer rechargeable options now! It's definitely not as intense as some toothbrushes, but it's great for us!
Such an easy way to make sure you brush your teeth for two minutes and always have a clean brush head available.
