Our Place earns polarized reviews: the Always Pan and Perfect Pot look stunning, clean easily, and the integrated spatula rest, steamer baskets, and thoughtful lid-strainer design impress, but durability falters—nonstick coatings often degrade within months, exteriors stain and chip, handles run hot, and high heat ruins performance. Reviews affirm the brand can work well with careful, low-to-medium heat use and gentle cleaning, yet many cooks report uneven longevity and prefer stainless or cast iron for lasting sear and reliability.

I tried so hard to love Our Place. Maybe it's just not suited for my cooking style, but The Always Pan got super scratchy / worn super fast (for me at least!). As of late I've been sticking to a traditional stainless steel pan!
I am officially a fan of Our Place. I put off getting the Always pan for a long time because I thought it was gimmicky, but I ended up purchasing one for my husband for a holiday gift this year. Even though it's not dishwasher-safe (which he dislikes), it's been a great pan so far. I like that it's a little bit deep so it can be used for dishes with more liquid or sauces, and I like the look and feel of the pan. The top handle does get a little hotter than I was expecting. At the same time, I purchased the Wonder Oven for my teenager--well, OK, for the whole house--because they wanted an air fryer and I wanted a new toaster oven. It has been amazing! It's adorable and just the right size for our smallish kitchen, the toast and air fryer functions work very well, and I was even able to make homemade pizza in it a few weeks ago when our oven suddenly died. My only confusion with the Wonder Oven is about the steam elements, which is supposed to rejuvenate old bread, waffles, etc. We've only used it once and it seemed rather...wet. Probably user error. Their products are both stylish and work well!
I bought the first generation of the Always Pan when it first came out! I loved the aesthetic of it and the fact that it had a spoon rest. I also got a dumpling steamer for free with my order. As much as I like how it looks, it is not the most functional pan. Despite following care instructions, the pan lost its nonstick coating within a few months. I cook A LOT and have since invested in professional stainless steel pots and pans so if you're looking for something on a professional level or something long-lasting, I don't recommend this pan. One of my friends recently bought the 2nd version of the Always Pan and they love it, so maybe the newer version is better. I still believe that if you're looking for something to last a long time that you should invest in stainless steel cookware instead. HOWEVER... I do recommend their dishes! They're very high quality and I've had them for almost 4 years now! They're extremely durable and dishwasher-safe. I bought a whole dinner wear set including dishes, bowls, cups, and mugs. I host people for dinner quite often and I always get compliments on my dinnerware. Another great thing about this dinnerware is that it's all stackable so it takes up very little space in my small apartment.

I love my Always Pan - I've had it for three years now and it still works great and is in pretty good shape visually!
Great alternative to it’s more expensive friends. The nonstick really stays and the products look cute too.
I love my mini perfect pot, so I saved up and bought an Always Pan 2.0 (the kind that can go in the oven, too!). I've just bought more during their sale for gifts for my family and friends! I love that it is SO easy to clean these, that they have multi-uses and look amazing sitting out in my small kitchen. Also, they got to my heart when they put a note on the box to reuse it! I currently am using it in storage. Sustainability for the win!
I love my One Pan, though don’t know that it’s totally worth the price.
Fantastic customer service and a great product. It’s the pan I consistently reach for when cooking.
I've heard mixed reviews about the pan, but I purchased the night + day glasses after a friend recommended and I have no complaints! They feel high quality and work for any occasion. I ordered the warm colorway and the photos on the website represent the colors accurately.
I bought the green Always pan at the Black Friday or Christmas sale for $99. It's a great pan. I love it for eggs, reheating leftovers, steaming, anything easy. I love how the spoon has its own rest and how easy it is to clean. I take good care of it, don't use metal on it, and wait for it to cool down to clean, so I haven't had any issues with the non-stick but I know people who have. It's a great basic pan and great for someone starting out with cooking or who doesn't cook much. Its definitely not a pro's pan, but it is solid and if you can swing the price tag, you'll have the pan for years to come.
hey hey hey these are my mfing gang right here. The product looks cool and it works nicely. I've beaten mine into the ground and we are still rockin. Big fan. We need some new colors but other than that just keep vibin. I literally have all of it. The little dishes, effin cups, knives ALL OF IT. My mom just keeps koppin *no cops, acab baby* for holidays and I am not complaining. Its sick. Really solid beginner stuff that all works great.
I have only tried their Cast Iron Always Pan, the Tiny Cast Iron Always Pan as well as the Cast Iron Perfect Pot and I love them!
I bought the pan in 2020. And while mine still looks quite good. Except for on the outside where it’s getting chipped. Which ruins, the whole purpose of how aesthetically pleasing it is. It stopped being nonstick almost immediately. This was so pricey, and if it was actually nonstick, or if it’s still looked quite nice on the outside, then I would say it was worth it. But it’s really not. I honestly don’t understand how this brand continues to be so successful.

Greatest pan on the market. Sleek design lets you keep it on the stove and the nonstick works amazingly. Use it to while cooking every single meal. From a single fried egg to a full pasta dinner, this is my go to pan. The lifetime warranty can't be beat either. If your pan starts to burn on the bottom you can just submit a picture and they'll send you a brand new one once you turn yours back.

I wanted to love this brand and product so much but it fell short. I used the pan consistency for 3 months before the non-stick was completely gone. During that time I made sure to never use heat higher than medium, or clean it with anything other than the sponge they provided. I love the look and the colors, the usably was amazing during those 3 months... after that it was a pain. I truly dislike this pan so much.
Feedback
Create a better nonstick property to allow for higher heats.
Th Always Pan is a great multi-purpose product, but I don't think it cooks well or lasts. After just a few uses, eggs started sticking to the pan without massive amounts of oil (which I'm pretty sure is the opposite of what they advertise).
I loved this pan truly but I am about a year in and the coating is chipping.
Feedback
The coating is chipping after normal use and hand washing.
I've had the Always Pan for over a year now, and I really do use it the most out of all my pots and pans. The only things I don't use it for are chili and other soups where I just need more room. Conversely, if I just want to cook an egg or two, it's a bit big. It is also super easy to clean.
Feedback
It is HEAVY, and for all that it can do, it is a shame that it can't go into the oven.
It works and my pan has laster, but the coating deteriorates and the handle on the side of the pan gets very hot and feels useless.
