Reviews mention

  • Nostalgic, flavorful profiles
  • Refreshing, lighter mouthfeel
  • Prebiotic, fiber-forward formula
  • Broad, adventurous assortment
  • Occasional stevia aftertaste
  • Inconsistent carbonation fizz
  • Some flavors taste medicinal
  • Sweetness can be cloying

OLIPOP wins over many soda drinkers in reviews with nostalgic flavors like Vintage Cola, Classic Root Beer, Classic Grape, Strawberry Vanilla, Ginger Lemon, and Orange Squeeze that curb cravings while feeling lighter and “gut-friendly.” Reviews also flag weaknesses: several flavors read overly sweet with a noticeable stevia/artificial aftertaste, occasional low carbonation/flat cans, and hit‑or‑miss accuracy compared to legacy sodas—some love them, others find them medicinal or dull.

  • I live olipop! I'm not a big fan of sugatmry sodas but still like to have the flavors every once in a while. I love the cola one and recently tried the cherry cola which was super yummy. 10/10 recommend

  • I've only tried a couple of flavors (my favourite is the Strawberry Vanilla). I like that the ingredients are relatively clean - if I drank soda more, I would likely swap it out with OLIPOP.

  • I am obsessed with Olipop. I love poppi as well but appreciate that Olipop has so much fiber. I am a supporter of little-treat culture and these are perfect for that.

I wish these were stocked in my office.

  • the taste is very sweet. i normally have a sweet tooth but these were too much for me and i prefer poppi for that reason. but the branding is cute and i can see why people like this product, it just wasn’t for me.

  • Delicious flavors, you wouldn't even know that it has prebiotics in it

  • I love olipop! Such a delicious, healthier alternative to other sodas. Each flavor I have tried has been delicious.

  • Really didn't enjoy these flavors. The factor around digestive health in a sparkling nostalgic beverage is a bit funny, like did this have to also be a functional beverage? I never reached for a soda in the past with the question of how it would affect my gut, but well played. Gotta respect the innovation

  • Huge fan of Olipop and have been a subscriber for a little over a year. I keep updating my favorite flavor with their new releases! At first it was Strawberry Vanilla, then Tropical Punch and now it's the Cherry Cola and Apple Crisp. So sad the apple one is seasonal! It's the perfect treat as a healthy soda alternative.

  • I absolutely love the Grape. It tastes just like reg grape soda but less sugary. I love sitting by my fireplace, reading, and drinking an olipop! Holiday 2022

  • I don’t understand the hype with these drinks. they are healthier, but they also taste healthier and in my opinion leave a very unpleasant aftertaste. Personally these are not a re-purchase item in my house.

  • I love being able to drink something that tastes like a soda but feels good like kombucha. I have tried a majority of the flavors and they are quite enjoyable, plus I love the benefits for my gut health. I love when stores have this by the checkout so I can buy it over a traditional soda!

I prefer the fruity flavors over the soda flavors, but I will still grab the root beer and vintage cola here and there!

  • I love this stuff. Whatever botanicals and plant extracts they’re using make these a great alternative to traditional soda. I hate diet sodas that use sweeteners like stevia or aspartame because they taste very fake to me. While Olipop does not taste like a normal soda with like 30g of sugar, I really like the subtle sweetness and flavoring. I’ve tried nearly all of their flavors, and you can find a couple flavors pretty easily in most major grocery stores. I’ve found greater selections in smaller specialty stores and in Whole Foods. The price is decent if you want to give it a shot, and they go on sale at WF sometimes.

  • Love the packaging of this. Their products look so luxurious and cute.

I had the orange squeeze flavor because it was recommended to me. I was told it tasted like a Creamsicle. I do not care for seltzer water, so I’m not sure if I’m the best judge of this, but it did not taste like a Creamsicle. It just had a very salty taste to it.

  • Decent soda alternative but I tend to gravitate more towards Olipop competitors due to the excessive stevia flavor encountered here

  • Olipop is amazing. I'm a huge fan of the vintage cola, strawberry vanilla and classic root beer flavors. They've really nailed the low-sugar / low calorie soda-and I love that they're also gut-friendly and filled with fiber.

The products aren't as bubbly at times and can be a bit flat.

  • The sparkling tonic felt good to drink, but I think the flavors were a bit off for me. I tried the Cola, Ginger Lemon, Root Beer, and Grape flavors. The fruity ones were a bit more appealing. I think a fruity flavor might have a bit more wiggle room in regards to the intensity of it. The Cola and Root Beer fell a bit short in flavor for me. I think when comparing to a Coke or regular Root Beer, I was left wanting a bit more of the flavor intensity than I got from the product.

  • My review is based on personal taste preference. I love what this brand is doing and appreciate all the fun flavors, but the taste of Stevia is so strong to me that it turns me off each time. I know it's better than alternative sugar sources, but I wish there was a different formula or a way to dilute the taste a bit more or offer different versions. I still recommend it to others.
