Native earns mixed-to-positive reviews: its deodorants and body washes smell exceptional and many users say they work for everyday wear, while others report short wear time, residue, and staining. Reviews praise clean-feeling formulas, sensitive-skin options, and standout scents like Coconut & Vanilla, Eucalyptus & Mint, and Citrus & Herbal Musk, but note inconsistent odor control in heat/workouts, occasional rashes or grit, and cardboard-packaging ergonomics.

I wanted to like the deodorant but it doesn't work for me. Smells good but lasts like 20 min and gets on my clothes. However!!! I've tried the body wash and it was nice.
I have used a couple of different scents of their deodorants. While the scents were nice, I found these to be in the middle of the pack to the lower end of the natural deodorants I have tried. While Malin and Goetz and Kopari deodorants are both more expensive, I have had much better long-term success with them without feeling a frequent need to reapply.

Does not work for me. I gave two stars cause the packaging is pretty on my shelf. But I gotta pass. This is only for the deodorant. I might need to try their body wash since the fragrance is nice and mild.
Just started using this and I love
I found this deodorant, have a very gritty texture and I didn’t like that. I also thought that I could sweat out quite quickly I didn’t love the smell.
The scents are pretty good. I’ve tried cashmere rain, mint chocolate cookie, coconut, and maybe one or two others I forget the names of now. Probably the biggest selling point for me are their mini deodorants that are great for purse or travel. That being said, I wouldn’t need to keep a mini handy if it didn’t need to be re-applied. I think the scents are great, but the price point is high for what it is—smelly goop for your pits. My biggest issue with their product is value for money. Notes: - MCC deodorant turned dark brown (from off white) after a month or two. I stopped using after that. - eco friendly (paper) packaging: fell apart after maybe two weeks. Lots of product left that I’m mostly unable to use because I don’t have a suitable replacement container.
i purchased their shampoo in the vanilla and cactus flower scent, and their conditioner in the cucumber mint scent. the shampoo lathers well, and the scent is sweet but not overpowering. the conditioner coats my hair well enough, but has not been able to save my ends from splitting or dying. it does detangle and smooth, so i think it’s worth it for the price. the cucumber mint is reminiscent of the cucumber melon scent from bath and body works, so i will say i purchased it mainly for the nostalgia…
I have allergies to most deodorant but I am in love with Native, the smells are great also.
I had a subscription for a while. It’s ok. I love that is natural. But I don’t find it lasts long and the scent is a bit off to me. I would definitely be willing to try other scents.
great scents (vanilla coconut is my favorite) and love that they have a plastic free option! medium odor/sweat protection - fairly long lasting, but not perfect
I use Native's Sandalwood and Shea Butter deodorant for sensitive skin, and it has worked great for me! Usually, natural deodorants give me trouble (rashes, dry patches, etc), but I haven't had any problems with this for 6+ months. The sandalwood is a lovely light scent, and I was actually surprised how well it lasts for me. I've used it on some pretty hot/humid summer days, and I didn't have to reapply throughout the day.
The charcoal body wash is the absolute perfect scent! Deodorant smells great. My girl friend loves the subtle notes in it as well! Wish is moisturized a little better!
Was very excited when Native first came out - bought for the whole family. The protection was not strong enough and the solid left us all feeling very tacky - took a long time to dey. Once dried, it did rub off a lot on our clothing. Unfortunately we have abandoned Native - but will try again if there are improvements.
I have try a lot of body washes.. one of the brands that I love bc they come out with the best scents is native… I love there winter scents n well summer as well
For the most part, I like Native's products. The scents and packaging is what speaks to me the most. However, I don't feel like the product, particularly the deodorant, lasts very long.
I love the natural aspect of this company and their products. The scents are pretty good especially the new lilac scent. I recently tried the new aerosol deodorant, love the scent but not my favorite aerosol deodorant on the market. It seems to spray all over a wider range than others so ends up on clothes. It is light and airy doesn’t feel heavy but also feel like I need to apply more often.

Started using Native’s deodorant and never looked back!! The brand design is minimal and just perfect for every day use. I feel comfortable using this because of the more natural ingredients. The latest candy themed release was so fun too!

I've tried multiple Native Deodorant scents and "hit pan" (used them until I completely ran out) on each of them, so feel well-equipped to write a review. One of the standout features of Native Deodorant is undoubtedly its range of scents. The company offers a variety of appealing fragrances, and they did not disappoint in this regard. I've personally tried their lavender and rose, jasmine and cedar, and grapefruit and bergamot scents and liked each of them. The scent alone was enough for me to keep using the product to the end, which I rarely do. However, what ultimately led me to seek alternatives was that Native Deodorant definitely leaves much to be desired in the texture department. Upon application, the product felt somewhat gritty and grainy, which was not the most comfortable experience. While I appreciate the commitment to natural ingredients and I know sometimes this results in less than desired texture or scent, I still think the texture was a little too thick for my liking here, making it difficult to spread evenly. This resulted in a sticky residue that lingered on my skin for a while, which was not ideal. I would have preferred a smoother consistency that glides on effortlessly, providing a more pleasant application experience. This gritty texture was also visible on the skin, so that when I raised my arms, you could often see gritty white parts. In terms of packaging, Native Deodorant's design is simple — nothing groundbreaking but it holds up effectively without any issues throughout the lifecycle of the product. The twist-up mechanism worked well, allowing for easy dispensing of the product without any mess or waste. Overall, if you prioritize a wide range of appealing scents and eco-friendly ingredients, Native Deodorant is def worth the try. If you're a stickler for texture like me though, the hunt for a natural deodorant the glides on well and has a pleasant scent continues.
Feedback
My main piece of feedback is around the texture. If the product could be reformulated to glide on more smoothly and invisibly, without sacrificing the appealing scents, I'd be a full convert!
I like the concept but I don’t feel like it works well on sweat prevention or keeping odor away all day. Not the most reliable if you sweat a lot or plan to work out.
I really wanted to like this product but it left my skin irritated.
Feedback
Felt my body was finally acclimating to this natural deodorant but then my skin broke out in a rash from it. Had to discontinue use.
