Momofuku earns strong reviews for flavorful condiments and well-textured, air‑dried noodles, indicating the brand is good—especially its Chili Crunch, soy sauce, tamari, and seasoned salts—while critiques cite bland or overly salty noodle sauces, small portions, and occasional overpowering seasonings. Reviews also note standout packaging and easy meal upgrades, but some find the ramen underwhelming without add‑ins and certain sauces too oily or intense.

Tried the noodles and overall I think the flavor was underwhelming. The texture was great but I was looking for way more flavor.
Okay. I'm addicted. The spicy soy noodles are incredibly delicious and so easy to whip up - only takes 3 minutes. I love adding on the chili crisp and fresh veggies. It feels like I'm eating out a restaurant. I hope they never stop selling these things.
These are absolutely delicious. The only spices you’ll ever need (if you’re a minimalist). I would recommend them to anyone. We accidentally left Tingly (yes, we travel with them) in Puerto Rico and I’m super bummed about it.

Big fan of the tamari and shoyu soy sauces!

Tasty noodles if following their recommended cooking time. It's easy to prepare and their umani flavors tingle the tongue. My only compliant is the noodle portion size but you can always just cook two packets.

This is the best instant noodle ever and it is baked not fried! I love the slightly wavy, flat noodle shape compared to the typical instant noodles shape. Can be dressed up with several things -- a soft boiled egg, some edamame, stir fried veg, or just chili oil. I like a bit more flavor than what the sauce packet provides so I always add a few extra toppings but it's fine without.
Noodles are a bit pricey but price point is understandable for the more "elevated" experience. If you are not an avid home cook, Momofuku has the right products for you! If you are interested in how other chefs create spice and seasoning blends, Momofuku has the right products for you! If you are only interested in eating foods of a certain taste or generally think "I could just do this myself" - then, maybe Momofuku is not the brand for you. That being said, I think many Momofuku products have a place in most people's kitchens, whether you are a home-cook on the much lazier side, just trying to spruce up some meals, or really beginning to experiment with flavors.
the noodles are quick and easy.

Incredible food brand and I especially like their Ramen, which I got from Whole Foods.
I tried the noodles available at Whole Foods. A bit oily but good especially if you have something acidic and or spicy to cut the oil with.
I tried the ramon noodles and the soy sauce. Both were so good that they are my new go to brand. The noodles in the ramon were not mushy and the packet was the perfect amount of sauce.
I've only ever tried two products (the soy sauce and tamari) and the tamari is my favorite thing ever~ I make the most flavorful tofu with it, some rice vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce. I love the packaging in my fridge too.
Love using these for vegan meals with tofu. The flavor goes a long way and lasts a long time.

I tried the soy and Scallion noodles and was really excited as I love an easy meal, especially for lunchtime. The packaging felt elevated and I liked the picture of the noodles on the front. The noodles were easy to cook and the instructions were clear. The portion was a bit small if you're going to eat just the noodles, but I added some leftover chicken I had and some sliced carrots. As for the taste... It was very mild and honestly, quite disappointing. The noodles alone were amazing. Looking at this together though, it was not worth it because the sauce and flavoring was so mild it was almost non-existant. I'll be looking to try A-sha noodles next because the noodles were the best part (and the reason why I am giving this a 2 star instead of a 1 star).

The flavoring needs improvement... It is so mild, it's basically non-existent. It's also a bit of a small portion on its own. It was okay for me once I added in some leftover chicken and sliced carrots but if you have a big appetite, it probably won't be filling enough for you. At the price point, it wasn't special enough for me and I'm interested in trying A-sha noodles next because the noodles were the only positive thing taste wise.
It's no surprise that Momofuku's condiments, noodles, and chili crisps are amazing. Fairly priced, fun to cook with, and simply delicious. They also provide awesome customer service on the wholesale end of things. An all-around great experience for an awesome product.
The noodles are dead simple to make and delicious. I'd recommend buying them to keep on hand for a quick meal!
The chili crisp is amazing

Have the tingly salt and love it. Goes with anything, especially good on popcorn. Can’t wait to try the others.
I gave my spouse some of the Momofuku chili crunch as well as their soy sauce and tamari. The chili crunch was an interesting entry into the deep chili crunch market these days. It isn't the most classic, so I'd recommend it specifically for people who are already into the genre and want to compare different spins on it. The soy sauce and tamari were similarly fun to try and are for sure high-quality; we didn't feel the need to go out and repurchase once we'd finished them, though. All in all, fun to try, but not pantry staples, necessarily.
I have the savory/tingly/spicy salt kit and it's really delicious. I love marinating tofu in the tingly salt with some soy sauce and sesame oil and air frying. The savory salt is also great on fried rice/cauliflower rice and I wish I had a tub of it in my kitchen. This is a godsend for lazy cooks who prefer well-seasoned food.

The salt can get a little clumpy after 3 months.
