  • Forget "add salt and pepper to taste" - The savory seasoned salt has completely changed the game for me. I season everything with it! Tingly and spicy are great too.

  • Love the restaurants but the packaged foods have been disappointing. Tried the different noodles and the sauces tasted mostly of soy sauce and were super watery.

  • So far, I've tried the Tingly Chili Noodles, the Soy Scallion Noodles, the OG Chili Crisp, and the Truffle Chili Crisp. All have been exceptional. Definitely check out the Momofuku TikTok account for recipe suggestions!

  • The salts are fantastic, noodle packs also. Big fan of the sauces too. And have the cakes for bdays

  • I GOT THESE AS A GIFT DURING CHRISTMAS. I WAS WORRIED I WOULDN'T USE IT. BUT WHEN I SAY I PUT IT ON EVERYTHING... I MEAN EVERYTHING. THE SAVORY IS A GO TO OF MINE.

  • Tried Momofuku restaurant and loved it so I was psyched to try the noodles when they hit the shelves. It's a healthier/ cleaner option for instant noodles - they use quality ingredients, the noodles are air-dried, not fried and it's packed with more protein. A bit on the pricier side compared to other instant noodles ($12 for a pack of 5). They were super easy to make but felt like they were lacking depth of flavor. Would probably not get again.

  • I typically order their noodles (all flavors) and chili crunch (extra hot). I was excited to see that they partnered with Asha as I already love that brand. The sesame oil and soy sauces are also great. Additionally, they have recipes on their website and a community where consumers can share how they're zhushing up Momofuku products. They're great for a quick meal and it's easy to elevate with things you have on hand. I've gifted so many packages of noodles, chili crunch, and seasoning!

  • I HEART MOMOFUKU! Im so glad their products are available in so many places and ways, (target, online, etc) ALl the products are delicious and inspiring

  • I'm interested in trying more products (especially the chili crisp), but the ramen kind of just made me feel sick. I didn't love the texture of the noodles, and for how hyped up it is, the flavors just didn't blow me away.

  • I bought a variety pack of the mixed noodles. They are tasty, have a nice texture, cook quickly, and are filling. I appreciate having a healthy alternative to ramen noodles. I usually add more spice, soy sauce, a little oil, etc. because the included seasonings don't go very far.

I would appreciate seeing plastic alternatives for the sauce/seasoning bags.

  • I tried the spicy soy noodles & while the noodles themselves were great quality + consistency, I found the flavor pack to be a bit lacking.

Sauce packets for noodles should be more flavorful.

  • We have tried so many of the Momofuku products! The sesame oil (not currently on their website but hope it will come back) was our favorite. So delicate, not hitting you over the head like some sesame oil can be. You can tell the ingredients are so high quality. We have ordered the tamari and soy sause a few times, and just put an order in for the chili crunch and rice vinegar!

We don't find ourselves reaching for the salts all that often - when we do, they're great, but seem somewhat tailored for specific dishes and can easily overpower a recipe if you're not careful. I'd also say the price is a slight detriment - we only take these ones out for finishing (vs cooking) and feels a bit high for what are basically staples in our household...but we keep buying them so *shrug* don't trust me!

  • Pretty delicious! These noodles came to me with no agenda- a friend got a massive order as a gift from family and handed a few packs off to me. The noodles are top tier for anything in the instant or even just dry packaged arena. And I enjoy the flavor/broth varieties. I'd say the only place where it falls short for the price point is in the dry ingredient add-ins. I've yet to fit a packaged ramen that feels like there are actually substantial dried add-ins- these, much like other brands are just some dry flakes that have more of an aesthetic value, dont add much to the taste.

  • Very great as a healthier noodle base for meals

  • I bought the Tamari -- it's good, but definitely more as an "enhancer" not as a base to cook with. One it's too expensive, and second, it's just too rich. But it is nice!

  • Loved the spice flavor, can add as much or as little spice to your recipes. Made a casserole and didn’t have to add as much salt.

  • The pre-packaged noodles aren't bad. But they are still pre-packaged noodles so I just wouldn't go in expecting something amazing. The chili crunch oil definitely has a crunch.

Comparing the Momofuku chili crunch sauce to some of the Fly By Jing sauces... I do prefer the FBJ kind. But Momofuku has it's place.

  • Tried their soy and scallion noodles - so yummy! And such an upgrade from the fried brick of noodles I lived on in college. Wish they were 25 cents a pop tho’ Still worth it!

  • My husband is a chef and I purchased the salts, soy sauce and chili crunch set for him for Christmas. Definitely a fun addition to our meals, he loves the added flavor to his dishes.

  • Really delicious, flavorful, and unique ramens. Taking at home ramen to whole new level.

The ramen is a little costly, but makes for a better meal than the old school ramen packets
