I’ve been on a health centered focus the last year and a half. I walk 3 times a week, if not more and in Arizona I need breathable and tough options. The other big athletic wear brand just isn’t my personal style. Sure they have black options but alo offers black options with styles, e.g. mesh, nice patterns. I have the airlift leggings, a long sleeve and a hoodie. They fit in all the right places, the hoodie is cropped and snatches right at the waist. I have the airlift hightide onsie and dang, too bad it’s too cold to wear it this year but it also fits great!

I don’t wear bras with wires and it’s hard to find a supportive bra that doesn’t dig in to my shoulders. I wear a 38D and there’s a few bralettes that fit the bill. Just have to try different ones on. We all have different bodies so I can’t recommend a style but one thing to consider is if you’re ok with hard nips (not talking about the nip shirt) popping up every now and then….or not!

OK,the lemony lupini beans, I am sad I don’t have some right now. I like to eat a savory breakfast and I don’t get sweet tooth cravings. I have a salty tooth as I say. These pack protein, salt and acid. LOVE. I have a pack in my grocery order I actually need to go pick up right now!

Grapefruit and the half and half lemon tea are my personal favorites! Also lime, with some coconut water and a dash of agave syrup and ice is a delicious way to level it up. (Not that it needs it)

So tasty! My husband does not like the texture but that means I can drink the whole bottle. Coconut water is a great way to stay hydrated in Arizona. You don’t want too much water without electrolytes and I hate stevia and artificial sweeteners so using electrolyte powder is not ideal. I will say it’s expensive AF but if you think about a coconut from seed to harvest, the environment required for a quality product, as well as the human touch that goes into processing, it’s fair. The one with pulp is amazing too.

Muji is stylish and utilitarian. I visited the store in Portland a few years ago and it was like Disney land for me! From stationary and desk supplies to a nice linen shirt, they had something for everyone, and many things for me. I especially like their pencils? The mechanical ones.

It was hard to get my prescription from them and idk why I even went.

Over the past year I have gone on more walks than I can count (my watch does that for me) as part of a healthy routine. Being in AZ means shorts which means, it’s almost always thigh season! Never once had any issues while on my walks or the occasional jog. Not thinking about my thighs meant I could focus on enjoying my walk or pushing myself further. I’m suggest it to everyone I know.

I tried the noodles available at Whole Foods. A bit oily but good especially if you have something acidic and or spicy to cut the oil with.
