Bought for my son. Seemed to have worked pretty good. I wouldn’t say instant but I’ve not come across any instant pimple remover yet. It’s a bit on the pricey side. Wish there was a clear patch

Mighty Patch (Hero Cosmetics in general) are one of my go to brands for those pesky skin problems that pop up from time to time. I always have these stocked in case of an emergency to get rid of spots fast!

Minimizes spots and pimples. But I have no idea how it works.

These patches pull the most gruesome gunk out of my face. I don't know how they work, but they work. My acne is visibly less red and flatter after wearing these overnight.

I have tried every pimple patch under the sun and Mighty Patch (specifically the invisible) is my forever love. They actually draw more gunk out than others and I like that I can wear them through out the day with out being seen. Just be mindful they turn a milky color once they are activated by the impurity, so you will see that after long wear.

I bought these with no discount attached. This product is a game-changer. At 64 years old I never have seen a product to work on this deep-under-the-skin bumps that just sucks out all the evilness within overnight. It’s weirdly satisfying to see all the goop you can get into that little gel patch, without causing any redness or pain. Even better, if I forget until morning to put on one of these patches, they’re nearly invisible, and depending on how much scrutiny I think I’ll be under, I’ve gone out with one of these patches, safe in the security of knowing all the while they are working their magic on my soon to be eliminated zits. Love these!

Wear these overnight and have been impressed with their results. They are a bit visible on my skin and so I'm less likely to wear them out and about. Easy to apply and non-irritating.

Wore these pimple patches over night and while working from home. Helped so much with my acne.

I love the MightyPatch and their Hero Balm. They are a quick fix for pimples and I always have them in my bathroom.

A nice way to give my skin some TLC on the down low

I bought these when I was going through some periods of stress and my skin was breaking out. I loved how discrete they were and they stayed on overnight like a charm. Great for daytime use and decently affordable.

I am early 40s and unfortunately have difficulty with acne more than in my teens!

I've tried the mighty patch and it didn't make a difference on my skin. It just made me *feel* like I was doing something for myself, but really felt like putting a bandaid on top of my skin.

Out of all the pimple patches/solutions I have tried these have worked best for me. I like not having to clean off product on my face in the morning, plus how they can be clear and i can wear them out and about. The only negative is every once in a while they will leave a little circle on my face after wearing them to bed.

I really like these for white heads. I think they do a nice job of pulling all that gunk out of your skin. I also like that they are clear you can get away with wearing them during the day. I also find it satisfying to look at them after is a disgusting way. I just wish they worked for more than one kind of pimple, I have only had success with white heads.

Decreased inflammation on my blemish. I didn't read the box fully at first but it does need to be a blemish that I'd already popped/open for these to absorb whatever it removes from your skin. Good product though.

the patches worked fine, but they took a while to work and made my skin feel sticky afterwards. the amount of patches is not at all reasonable for the price.

Love the hydrocolloid patches, they have worked every time so far.

I have no stress when I get a breakout anymore because I know a day or two of a Mighty Patch will take care of the problem without risking any discomfort or scarring. When I was working in spas doing facials I would recommend Mighty Patches to almost all of my clients, especially those with hormonal breakouts.

Might be my favorite acne patches. The micropoint patches work really well and almost always help when I breakout.
