  • Convenient resealable pouch packaging
  • Fresh, clean-label ingredients
  • Versatile multi-use applications
  • Distinct, flavorful varieties
  • Occasionally muted flavor profiles
  • Inconsistent, sometimes thin texture
  • Overt tanginess in some aiolis
  • Small, quickly finished pouches

Haven’s Kitchen earns strong reviews for flavorful, ready-to-use sauces that elevate quick meals, with standouts like Chimichurri, Gingery Miso, Golden Turmeric Tahini, Red Pepper Romesco, Edamame Green Goddess, and Zesty Jalapeño Aioli. Reviews also flag drawbacks: some flavors taste muted or too tangy, textures can run thinner or separate, and the small pouches feel scant, leaving certain users disappointed.

  • I tried the gingery miso sauce and it's good but not sure it's worth the price. The ingredients are all staples in my pantry and it's pretty easy to recreate on my own. I also felt like it was lacking salt. However, I can appreciate having a sauce that's ready to go with minimal prep so if I know I'm going to have a busy week I would consider grabbing one of these.

  • I tried the edamame green goddess dressing and it was ok! I like the convenience of it and the ingredients are good but it didn't blow me away by any means. The price is high as well so it's not something I would purchase.

  • We all know that moving away from ultra-processed additives, sauces, marinades, etc. is good for our health! These sauces are a great place to start. These pouches can double as sauces, marinades, or glazing agents on your food. They use real food ingredients, and are kept in the refrigerator at the grocery store. Real food doesn't last a long time nor preserve its freshness on the shelf. I liked all the sauces. However, I'd rather create these myself in the kitchen, but if I'm strapped for time, or if you are not sure where to start, these sauces fill the void very well.

  • These are incredibly handy products. They can help you have so much depth, the flavor to your dishes, and they taste fresh and well developed. The pouch style packaging is also very handy for getting all of the product out.

  • I tried this to marinade my tofu. It was okay- I feel like I can whip up a tastier, cheaper marinade than what I paid for this. Maybe a different flavor would be better?

  • I personally was not a huge fan of the flavor of Haven's Kitchen I tried. I got the Edamame green goddess and usually I love a green goddess but this one didn't do it for me. I think the texture was a bit off for my taste, and a little bit thicker than I would have liked. I would be interested to try the cashew sauce though and give this brand another shot cause I love the packaging and the flavors are unique and interesting.

  • Easy to use and versatile. I've tried all of the flavors and the gingery miso is my favorite. Not only it's great as a salad dressing; it is great as a soup base as well. The price may seem a bit high for such a small package, but it offers convenience for various flavors.

  • I got the Red Pepper Romesco sauce. It was delicious when paired with both chicken and beef dishes. I was afraid it would be spicy, but it was a very subtle heat. The only drawback is the very high price for the very small package size.

  • I have always seen this stuff in the store - but the price point was always just a bit too high for me for a seasoning - but when I saw the deal through Thingtesting i was stoked!!! I finally cracked this stuff open the other night to mix in with some greens, and its absolutely delicious. It made seasoning the dish seamless! Pulled it out of the fridge, opened it and poured it on top of the veggies and it changed the whole game. The packaging is easy to use and the flavoring isn't over powering at all! Definitely want to try more flavors when these go on sale!

  • I was very excited to try this product after reading the yummy sounding flavors and seeing the unique packaging. I tried the Gingery Miso Sauce. It was good, but the flavor fell a little bit short of my expectations, and I felt it was missing something. I also do not like the packaging since I cannot recycle it. I'd like to try a few other flavors, but I won't be buying the Gingery Miso Sauce again, especially at the current price. While it wasn't my cup of tea, I'd recommend others try it since it uses few ingredients and has the potential to spice up a meal.

  • I really like that the Golden Turmeric Tahini doesn't have any seed oil or added sugar. I cooked chicken in the sauce and it turned out delicious. I like to cook and enjoy creating my own sauces and marinades so I don't think I will buy these sauces that often. However, for those who don't love cooking and are looking for ways to add more yummy and healthy flavor to their food, I think this is an excellent product.

  • I wanted to try these forever and I'm mad I waited so long! These made my meals that much better. Plus the recipes available online are really top-notch and make cooking so much easier.

I would love a refillable or larger container.

  • If I could have one sauce in my fridge at all times it would be the edamame green goddess. Adds soooo much flavor to any vegetable/leafy green/salad and is a pretty sophisticated flavor profile. Perfect for adding flavor to anything fast. Ginger miso is also good but I got sick of quicker.

  • Haven's Kitchen has several types of refrigerated sauces and shelf-stable sauces. So far I have tried just about all that I can find at my local Whole Foods, Target, and Stop & Shop. The sauces are very pleasant in taste, and the packaging makes it easy to squeeze and store. My only concern is the relatively high price for the quantity, and the mark-up that my local stores add to the list price (NYC area). So it is a special treat for me.

  • I tried their Gingery Miso Sauce. It was fine but I felt like the sauce could have been more potent - I felt like it lacked a lot of umami and it especially disappeared after I cooked it. I think they need to reformulate

  • Gingery miso is so so good I use it as a salad dressing.

  • The aioli sauce is tasty but not something I would purchase frequently.

  • The Yuzu Aioli from Haven's Kitchen was a nice addition to my lunch salad. It has a fresh taste and nice consistency. However, I wish they used avocado or oil oil in their sauces and maybe made the packs a bit smaller since I found it hard to use it all up in a timely manner.

  • Tried the zesty jalapeño aioli and i couldn’t get over the aftertaste it left. The product has great ingredients, but this flavor wasn’t for me.

  • I was truly in love with their coconut lemongrass and gingery miso sauces, one of my favorite quick & easy meals to make when stir-fried with tofu. But they're apparently closing down the business?! So sad.
