GORGIE earns mixed reviews: many say it “works” with a smooth, green tea–based lift and no crash, while others find the stevia-forward sweetness and lingering aftertaste off-putting. Reviewers praise lively flavors like Watermelon Crush and Peachy Keen, clean ingredients (green tea caffeine, L‑theanine, biotin, B‑vitamins), and fun, eye‑catching packaging, but call out inconsistent flavor execution, occasional jitters, and branding missteps (wasteful disco-ball filler, exclusionary can design).
AI summary based on Thingtesting reviews
I found these to be hit and miss on the flavors. I think that the branding is very cute and eye catching. I appreciate that the packaging is recyclable.
Taste was a little funky and I got a pretty bad stomach ache after drinking
Unfortunately the taste is very subpar compared to other popular energy drinks. I tried two flavors, the Watermelon Crush and Electric Berry, and both were very sweet and had a strong artificial taste.

I don’t really like energy drinks but I really enjoyed Gorgie! Cute packaging, enough caffeine to keep me awake, and great customer service. I did not love the fake sugar flavor but I recognize that is a personal preference.
Great taste, easy to drink, benefits beyond energy

Could have just been the flavor choice but I thought the watermelon one tasted fake.
I didn’t care for any of the flavors

I really like the Peachy Keen and Mango Tango - the watermelon and berry ones weren't my thing, but I can see why other's might like them. I appreciate GORGIE's because I feel caffeinated all day and don't have a crash like I normally do with other energy drinks. I prefer mine iced after keeping them in the fridge. The packaging is SO cute too!
These were not for me, I didn't really like any of the flavors I got. They had good bubbles and I really liked the concept behind them. But the flavors really didn't hit for me.

Great tasting and fun can design. Love seeing them at sprouts now! My only complaint was the packaging had these small styrofoam discoballs, they were extremely cute but I worry they’re not environmentally friendly. Aside from that, huge fan!

I tried three flavors, but didn't like any of them. There was a weird chemical effect/taste that persisted during the entire drink. I didn't notice any energy effects. Packagingg was definitely cute and memorable but I will not be repurchasing those flavors and I can't imagine I will try another flavor unless it was an entirely new product line.

Unboxing these was SO FUN! Gorgie does a great job with their brand look + feel. I was excited about these and they were pretty much what I expected. They absolutely give a boost of energy and get the job done. I like the idea of the 3 flavors they offer, but in reality found them to have a bit too much of an artificial sweetener taste. Unsure if I would repurchase.

The packaging was such a fun surprise and I love the idea of these energy drinks, but the flavors were a big miss. I wouldn’t repurchase.

I love everything about this product! The customer service was really personable and prompt. The unboxing was great - the package had little disco balls in it and I love the California vibe of the picture inserts. The drinks have great packaging too, and I love that they contain adaptogens but no added sugars.

I recently tried Gorgie energy drink and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I cracked open the can, I could tell that this was no ordinary energy drink. The aroma alone was invigorating, and the taste was out of this world. Not only did Gorgie give me the boost of energy I needed to power through my day, but it also had a delicious flavor that I couldn't get enough of. It wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting like some other energy drinks can be. Instead, it had a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess that made it incredibly refreshing. One thing I particularly appreciated about Gorgie was that it didn't give me the jitters or crash that I've experienced with other energy drinks. It provided a sustained energy boost that lasted for hours, without any unpleasant side effects. Overall, I would highly recommend Gorgie energy drink to anyone looking for a delicious and effective way to stay energized throughout the day. It's definitely worth giving it a try, and I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

areas where it could be improved to provide an even better experience for consumers. One thing that I think would be helpful is if Gorgie offered smaller size options for their energy drink. While the full-sized can is perfect for those who need a lot of energy, some people may not want to consume that much caffeine or may prefer a smaller serving size. By offering smaller sizes, Gorgie could appeal to a wider audience and provide more flexibility for consumers. Another area where Gorgie could improve is in their unboxing experience. While the product itself is excellent, the packaging could be more aesthetically pleasing and engaging. Adding some creative graphics or a personalized message on the can could make the experience of opening a Gorgie energy drink even more enjoyable and memorable for consumers. Overall, I would still highly recommend Gorgie energy drink to anyone looking for a delicious and effective way to stay energized throughout the day. However, I hope that these suggestions for improvement are taken into consideration to make the product even better for consumers.

The beverages themselves are relatively great for a low-calorie energy drink option. The flavors are bright, fizzy, lightly sweet, and mostly tasty. Some of the flavors have a heavy sort of sugar alcohol/splenda aftertaste, which isn't great but it's not unbearable unless you're fixated on it. I definitely noticed a boost in my energy and alertness as well, and found them to be the perfect option for that mid-afternoon slump when coffee does too much and tea does too little.

Gorgie is a solid product, but the branding is off-putting, and by that I mean it's waaaay too aggressive. It feels overwrought to the point that it'll get in its own way of growth. I'm all for a fun and flirty beverage and brand personality, but the way Gorgie comes across makes me feel like I'm on the receiving end of a 2016 Nashville bachelorette planning party email, written by some girl who used to be best friends with the bride in high school but doesn't know any of the current friends and has something to prove. It just feels outdated and needlessly gendered in a really stereotypical way. As a result the can is kind of embarrassing to even hold or drink in public.

Great flavor but a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll definitely try any new flavors that come out. The disco ball packaging was great.

Cut back on the sweetness a little but still a great drink.

Such a light yummy pick-me-up drink! I feel like a lot of energy/flavored water drinks are packed with stevia and a bad aftertaste but GORGIE is light and refreshing. Looove the peach flavor the most
I think whether or not you like these energy drinks will completely depend on how you feel about stevia. I personally feel like I can always taste stevia, it has a bitter note, and it's distracting from other flavors, which is why I'm so-so on this brand. I tried their Peach Tea and Mango Burst. I do really like that the flavors are true to the names: in the peach tea, I could clearly taste both peach and tea. I also like that the caffeine isn't out of control so I don't risk getting jittery after using one of these. I don't think I'd buy again because of the strong stevia taste but I think they're worth trying for people who don't mind or prefer stevia as their sweetener.
